During the process the washer had to be moved and a small issue occurred with the drain pan and belt when it was put back. What really impressed me was that the owner came out personally, acknowledged the issue right away, and reimbursed me within hours without hesitation or requiring a repair invoice. That level of professionalism meant a lot. The drain is now working perfectly and I appreciated how quickly and fairly the situation was handled. I would definitely recommend them.

A special shoutout to Alyssa from the main office as well—she was incredibly helpful in answering questions and providing clarification regarding pricing and services. She was amazing to work with. Although there were initially some pricing discrepancies, the main office addressed them promptly and worked with us to reach a more than reasonable agreement. They also provided a $100 coupon toward our next service after completing the initial visit, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the customer service was outstanding. Water Softener + Conditioner Installation Cory and Jesse were great!! I had a tankless water heater, and the heater treater scale protection filter started leaking. Cory initially came and inspected it, I decided to upgrade the whole house water system with the water softener and conditioner. Cory was very knowledgeable and offered great price, was very responsive, flexible and quick to schedule. On installation day, Cory and Jesse did a super swift and thorough job. Installed the water softener and descaled the water heater and unclog the drains in my bathroom too. Want to give special shoutout to Cory, for going above and beyond, after they left, my recirculation pump started leaking for some reason, it may or may not even be related, Cory returned the same day and worked late into the night to ensure it’s not leaking. Both Steven and Oblad did an amazing job they were professional, they did not attempt to hard sell additional services , they did suggest installing a clean out for present and future blockages. I felt it was reasonable. It did take most of the day to install. They ran a camera through the pipe to ensure the blockages were addressed. I am pleased with the results. The home staff was also responsive and returned phone calls and answered phone calls promptly.I will call DC plumbing in the future for future plumbing challenges , great overall experience!

Clean Out Kings are the only plumbers I’ll ever use again! Today Our technician Bobby was changing our water softner Brine bin and within 15 minutes he was on the road. What are the chances that in those 20 minutes or so we had a major back up in the whole house! We called Bobby and he returned to the residence and cleared his whole schedule to completely clear our main line. He also had to tell us the bad news of roots growing through our pipes near the street and even included a video of the damage! I have used Clean Out King’s for many years with a variety of repairs, water heater repairs and replacements, or whatever requires plumbing issues. My to go plumber is Martin. He is absolutely the best. He goes far and beyond to do what is best for his clients. He is knowledgeable, patient and transparent. This week I had the most challenging job for him. We had a slab leak in our powder room. It was a difficult task to try to figure out the problem, but Martin worked endlessly until he solved and fixed the issue. Today he came with another nice gentleman, named Raul and both worked for long hours until everything was. working perfectly. He also installed a new water pressure regulator. We woke up to a serious backup in the bathroom with sewage and grey water coming up through the shower and toilet. Benjamin and his team were able to get to my house pretty quickly and find the problem. They found a significant amount of root damage and intrusion in our main line. They cleaned it all up and installed perma-liner in the main line. They also replaced the clean out in front of the house that was previously incorrectly installed. It wasn't a cheap fix, but based on my research and previous quotes from other plumbers, it was a very good price. Everyone was friendly, respectful and forthcoming with the information I needed. Speedee drains & plumbing has the best service in town! I called after hours and spoke with Vanessa who was extremely friendly and helpful. She made sure to get a tech out to our home as quick as possible. We had Gilbert and Chad come out. Not only were they quick and honest, they gave us a great price as well.
