I had two good experiences working with Clean Out Kings. A few years ago they snaked my clogged bathroom sink, and I have never had an issue since. Recently Martin looked into issues with the toilets and found downstream piping issues. Martin resolved the immediate issue but explained the bigger cause. He was thorough in the inspection and explained the issue clearly. Overall a trustworthy company.

Clean Out Kings are the only plumbers I’ll ever use again! Today Our technician Bobby was changing our water softner Brine bin and within 15 minutes he was on the road. What are the chances that in those 20 minutes or so we had a major back up in the whole house! We called Bobby and he returned to the residence and cleared his whole schedule to completely clear our main line. He also had to tell us the bad news of roots growing through our pipes near the street and even included a video of the damage! Rest assured the Clean Out Kings are giving me solutions to fix my issue and at a reasonable price. Can’t thank these guys enough for saving the day!

Being an owner of an older home, we have used Clean-Out Kings for a wide variety of issues. They have improved our main sewer line, restored drain lines for several rooms, worked on our kitchen, etc. Frank has been the primary plumber for all of our jobs. He knows what he is doing and presents options with fair reasonable solutions to achieve the desired outcome. He did a fantastic job in our rough in phase and final hook-up phase of our kitchen remodel. When I call the office they are very kind, responsive and work hard to remedy my issue in a timely manner.

Soo Hipp installed a new water softner system for us after we inquired with Eddie about the process and cost. They installed the unit and a smart monitor, as well as the needed outlet, and they drained our water heater. Any questions we had were handled quickly and the work done on time and even with a supply chain issue it was all completed in good time and the estimate was honored. This services was added on to other work and we didnt have to wait for a new work order or a new start date which is great when youre dealing with time frames where its necessary to turn off water. Our experience with them was great and I would look to them for quotes for future needs.

Roger was so nice and accommodating. I needed some plumbing help with my toilet and sink. There was a couple of huge blockages. He cleared it up, showed me what was in it, and was nice to my needy dog!

I hired Soo Hipp Plumbing to address my aging 65 year old clay main drain. I was interested in having my drains inspected after repiping my house after addressing some leaks on my old galvanized incoming water line. Seeing the condition of those old pipes, I assumed I could also be having issues with my drainpipes subject to the same subterrenean conditions. I sat with them as they ran their camera through all the drains feeding the main drain as well as the main drain itself. They were very patient and explained things thouroghly as we inspected the drains together. Most if not each connection of clay pipe had become seperated to a small degree but enough for the roots of my trees to find that drain water. I thought it best to ask them to blast those roots free and line my drains now while the issue was manageable rather than waiting for a section to collapse or become out of alignment enough to be impossible to run a drain liner through the old clay pipes. Glad I did it and have peace of mind regarding my drains. Their pricing was fair, the work was top-notch, and they are good hard working folks and easy to work with. I'd recommend Soo Hiip to anyone needing plumbing or drain repair.

I’d highly recommend 1-Tom Plumbers! They were on time, super professional, honest, did great work and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. We have old pipes in our old house and were continuously dealing with backed up drains and toilets. A friend recommended these guys and they came and cleaned out our pipes. I couldn’t even find our cleanout - turns out it was hidden under our house - they were patient and searched our property and found it. Used cameras to see what was happening in the pipes and a hydrojet to clean out the main line. They explained everything thoroughly, including how we could avoid the issue in the future. We haven’t had a problem since. I’d definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.
