not even kidding, i thought my whole morning was ruined. i woke up, made coffee, and literally five minutes later i noticed water spreading under the kitchen sink. you know that feeling where your brain goes “please don’t be what i think it is”… yeah. i’m in aromas, so i started calling around and most places either didn’t answer or were like “we can come in 3 days.” i found brad’s plumbing and honestly i’m so glad i did. brad picked up quick and was super chill on the phone, didn’t sound annoyed at all (which is nice because i was kinda panicking lol). he showed up on time and got straight to it, but in a calm way. he explained what was wrong in a way i could actually understand, and he didn’t try to make it sound like some huge expensive disaster. turns out it was a worn-out connection and a small valve issue. he fixed it faster than i expected, cleaned everything up, and even made sure there was no leftover moisture or anything. he also gave me a couple quick tips on what to watch out for next time. overall just super professional but also friendly. it didn’t feel awkward having someone in the house, which is honestly a big deal. if you’re in aromas and you need a plumber who actually shows up and does good work, brad’s plumbing is the move.

I've always been happy with the services done by Mario's plumbing, but this last time he went above and beyond what anyone else has ever done. He fixed the root of the problem that we were having with our septic system. Other plumbers have come in just cleared a blockage but didn't do anything more. It was the first time Mario had to deal with this problem and he fixed it so we won't have the blockage again which is wonderful. It is no fun having the contents of your septic tank come up into your tubs and showers and I've been experiencing it off and on for years. Thanks Mario for fixing the root of the problem. I highly recommend Mario's plumbing they've always been very professional, clean, polite and willing to come in an emergency.

I am happy with Tim's excellent service for installing the Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor. He worked hard to meet my expectations and determine the cause of the issue with the outlet. Tim was very nice in replacing the drain valve on my water softener without charge. His good manners are a pleasure to work with.

Tim is the most humble plumber I’ve ever worked with on personal projects as well as contractor work. He showed up on a weekend removed 3 toilets to clear a clog and tried to charge me gas money since he couldn’t reach clog as the line was unaccessible.. Who does that .. Tim does he is a great guy and company he owns and runs is for sure a 1 stop shop for all your plumbing needs. He is punctual and very professional about all the work he does I’ve never met a cleaner plumber and still willing to get in the muck to make sure you don’t have too .. All around best rooter service I have ever had and rates are very reasonable consider you pay for what you get. Don’t call anyone else for your plumbing needs.

Called out to rod a drain. Charged $165 and drain is still clogged. Said would call back in a week with an estimate to repair a broken pipe. Useless service call - workers refused to move their rodding machine to the basement to complete the process. I have to buy a larger sewer rod and finish the job myself! Very unsatisfactory service.

We have a tankless water heater that stopped functioning and called Ernie's plumbing. They sent out a qualified tech that was specialized in our type of water heater. He advised us that it was initially plumbed in improperly and provided us with several options to correct the issue. I'd like to say I'm very satisfied with the staff at Ernie's Plumbing. I found them to be quite honest, professional, and they arrived on time. The job was completed and our water heater is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

A MUST READ. Thanksgiving evening 2024. Family in town. Water heater control module/ thermostat went out. No hot water! I called Ernies. New customer. A technician named Mario called me back and immediately tried to upsell me a new water heater. I told him mine is only 4 years old and I just needed the thermostat module replaced. He said, "no one has that part" and I could "contact the manufacturer and check if it's under warranty and if so, the part would take several working days to arrive and I could call him to come install it or, if I dont want to wait and want hot water now, they have water heaters." In the end, I found another local technician (Reilly's Plumbing) that listened to my issue, had the part, came over, shook my hand, and replaced it on the spot Thanksgiving night. Astounding! Some people care less about honest, good business and reputation than they do about money. A story more and more familiar in today's world I'm afraid. Sadly. Bottomline, yall look elsewhere. I’m very thankful to have come across Avila Plumbing & Heating. They responded to my after-hours inquiry within ten minutes and had me scheduled for the very next day.
