After a terrible experience with another local well known plumbing company who was hired to clear my shower drain, but was unable to without spending thousands of dollars to dig up and replace pipes, I reached out to Always Ready Plumbing and Drain, and I am beyond grateful for the amazing service I received from this company. Jay the tech was promptly sent out and he went above and beyond to clear the drain, even calling Richard (the owner) to bring a camera that could possibly help. Within an hour the drain was clear, everything cleaned up and they left a very happy and relieved homeowner. When the gentleman (Angel)showed up, it turned out that I didn’t need to have the drain snaked for the kitchen sink that had backed up, but he graciously looked at it anyways. Andrew and his son Jason from Anthonys Plumbing showed up quickly after we had a main line issue. They gave me a very reasonable price to clear out the line and run a camera to find that we had a break in the line from root intrusion. Andrew answered all of my questions and were able to pinpoint/mark where the break was over 5 feet down. Although I was provided a fair price to fix the job (relative to other companies) I ended up doing the repairs myself as I was recently laid off. While they were not the absolute cheapest option, their pricing was very competitive, and their customer service and attention to detail more than justified the small difference. Daniel was great when he came out asked about the issues kind of did the walk around through all my area drains and pretty much told me that most likely it’s either in a root invasion or sludge over the years after he started the Hydro jet he started working the drains and within the half hour he literally cleared the clog. Axel and the plumber that showed up with the camera were very professional, knowledgeable, informative. They also showed up in a short time frame. They went above and beyond to mark out where exactly the blockage was. They weren’t pushy, and understood that I was going to be doing my own repairs. I will definitely be calling these guys back when needed. As a bonus, they were a smaller, local company. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat from what I experienced today.

Our drain pipes were 62 year old cast iron. The drain pipe under our kitchen had totally disintegrated. I called another well known plumber to diagnose and give me an estimate for the repair. The list of repairs was extensive and the sticker shock immense. I then called Top Notch and spoke with Frank. He calmed me down and said he would take a look at our pipes and suggested that I get a few more quotes. I got a total of 6 quotes. I then circled back to Frank. He gave us the best quote with the most permanent solution. They ended up having to reroute our kitchen drain through our back yard, descale the drain pipes and put in a drain liner. Frank sent Carlos to do the job. Carlos was truly AMAZING! He and his crew worked very long hard hours. They were polite, friendly, clean and very helpful. We will never call anyone else if we ever have any plumbing challenges. We highly recommend them!
