Main line repair was completed as planned and Miguel is very easy to work with. I am using New Pro Plumbing as my go to plumber.

My sink was very clogged and Miguel was able to resolve the issue the same day! It was so last minute but he was able to fit me in. He was very nice and am very grateful for his services. I will definitely be contacting him in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Our 10 year old water heater died. We called Miguel and he came the same day. He provided an estimate that we agreed on. We assumed he’d start the next morning as it was getting dark. He said, no I can get it done for you tonight so you’ll have hot water tonight. From the time Miguel arrived, diagnosed, went to get the new water heater + supplies, install the new heater, took a total of 3 hours! Amazing service. Miguel came back the next afternoon to finish up the little things. I will say we’ve had work done from Miguel in the past and he has always provided great service and is always considerate.

Plumber 007 Plumbing Services Paramount did a fantastic job for us! The technician arrived right on time and was both friendly and professional. We were really worried because we’re selling our house in Paramount, had an inspection scheduled soon, and the kitchen sink was completely clogged. Another plumbing company had come out before but couldn’t fix the issue—they just told us to call someone else. Luckily, we got an appointment for the next morning. The technician quickly found the problem and fixed it. It turned out the previous plumber hadn’t reconnected the water pipe properly, which left water pooling under our sink. Everything works perfectly now. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. The workers really know what they’re doing and look ready to handle any job. Very satisfied with the service!

Soo Hipp installed a new water softner system for us after we inquired with Eddie about the process and cost. They installed the unit and a smart monitor, as well as the needed outlet, and they drained our water heater. Any questions we had were handled quickly and the work done on time and even with a supply chain issue it was all completed in good time and the estimate was honored. This services was added on to other work and we didnt have to wait for a new work order or a new start date which is great when youre dealing with time frames where its necessary to turn off water. Our experience with them was great and I would look to them for quotes for future needs.

Roger was so nice and accommodating. I needed some plumbing help with my toilet and sink. There was a couple of huge blockages. He cleared it up, showed me what was in it, and was nice to my needy dog!

I hired Soo Hipp Plumbing to address my aging 65 year old clay main drain. I was interested in having my drains inspected after repiping my house after addressing some leaks on my old galvanized incoming water line. Seeing the condition of those old pipes, I assumed I could also be having issues with my drainpipes subject to the same subterrenean conditions. I sat with them as they ran their camera through all the drains feeding the main drain as well as the main drain itself. They were very patient and explained things thouroghly as we inspected the drains together. Most if not each connection of clay pipe had become seperated to a small degree but enough for the roots of my trees to find that drain water. I thought it best to ask them to blast those roots free and line my drains now while the issue was manageable rather than waiting for a section to collapse or become out of alignment enough to be impossible to run a drain liner through the old clay pipes. Glad I did it and have peace of mind regarding my drains. Their pricing was fair, the work was top-notch, and they are good hard working folks and easy to work with. I'd recommend Soo Hiip to anyone needing plumbing or drain repair.

I'm a tenant under RPM property management (and they are slow to act, but that's a different story :/). However, Drainzilla Plumbing is the vendor they sent to my home to replace the shower knobs. Michael from Drainzilla was polite, professional, showed up EARLY, and finished the maintenance request within 1 hour! This review comes after several months of multiple plumbers and service workers who have attempted to diagnose the problem to no avail. 4 months later, I patiently scrolled 5 star plumbers, immediately located Ms. Connie with American Drain Works and Plumbing. I phoned the number listed in google. Ms. Connie extensively took her time to assess/troubleshoot the main concern. Ms. Connie was warm, supportive and very knowledgeable. I was quoted by other companies thousands of dollars which was so disappointing and scary. Ms. Connie referred her appliance specialist Mr. Larry who has successfully been in business for over 20 years in the Los Angeles and West LA area. Mr. Larry arrived on time with a very professional demeanor and incredibly knowledgeable. Mr. Larry diagnosed and completely solved my months long problem (not being able to use my kitchen for months due to scared of water damage. A few hundred bucks later, I have full access to my kitchen again. I will forever refer Ms. Connie and her team. Mr. Larry also may be able to repair my tripped dryer issues. Thank you again Ms. Connie.

Wow! I’m completely floored by the professionalism, courtesy, and expertise provided by Connie and Lalo. We had a crack in our sewage line and other plumbers recommended a simple replacement of that section. However, Lalo recommended a replacement of the whole segment of cast iron to ABS. He let me know that cracks are usually not isolated and that this would ensure we don’t run into any other problems. Though it was slightly more expensive than what others quoted, I’m so glad I listened to him! Lalo was able to come out the next day with a colleague and they ripped out about 20’ of old cast iron pipe. The excavated pipe was corroded and completely cracked throughout; replacing the segment, on the other plumbers recommendation, would have only caused the problem to happen again. Also, Lalo went above and beyond to replace our old clean-out with a two-way one! Overall, I’d highly recommend American Drain Works! They’re my go-to contact now for my plumbing needs.

I want to start by saying that both Jose (the plumber) and Alice (assistant/administrator) we're both easy to work with and polite. At the end of the day my drainage was fixed but I have two issues. Pics of the issue and before/after below as well. 1) Jose showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly, he then told me to wait while he puts together an estimate. After a few minutes he says it's going to be $975?! For removing the water, cutting out some of the pipe and replacing it so that he can snake it properly. I said no way that should cost $975 and asked how much is the "water removal" he said $100!! After a lot of back and forth and me saying I needed to get a second estimate from another plumber he told me they could fix it for $475 (and I now had to take out the water myself to save money, which I did and it only took 5-min...). I really wish I didn't have to barter to get a decent price (I assume I still got over charged). Ridiculous that after a few minutes of talking they dropped the price by more than 50% off what he quoted 5 minutes prior. Don't let these guys take advantage of you, if you use them, definitely get a second opinion and negotiate. 2) This is way less minor, but I did try to book through the online "Booking" link. I didn't hear back for about 8-hours until I had to call directly. If I hadn't called I don't think I would've gotten a response. This is not a big deal, but it did delay me getting everything fixed by a day, which is a slight annoyance.

Scope of project was to install a new cold and hot water valve behind washer and dryer…Drain force plumbing did a great job! I called many plumbers and this crew was able to do it all, including the drywall..They were available with my tight schedule time that the work needed to be done for our tenants. Will definitely hire them again.

We run a commercial laundromat in Wilmington and our drains were constantly backing up. It got bad enough that we started worrying it might disrupt customers. We called Drain Force and Jayson came out to take a look. He was friendly, explained what was going on, and told us the pipes were old and corroded. He recommended replacing them and honestly, it made a huge difference once the work was done. The job was done carefully and he checked in with us throughout so we knew what to expect. Since the replacement, everything has been running smoothly and we have not had another clog. It was a relief to finally have a long term fix instead of quick patches.
