Called every plumber around, even the 24 hour ones and couldn’t get ahold of a single person, only ai bots. Johnathan answered that evening, and had a guy at my house by 730 the next morning to take care of our extremely plugged and backed up kitchen sink and laundry drain. They installed a clean out since we didn’t have one and cleared our clogged drains quickly, professionally, and cleanly. He will be getting every call for all of our future plumbing needs. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Good work. I was actually going to do myself. However the product they delivered was much better. The thing that really made this company stand out was them showing up when they said. Same day service and no hassle. Just good work from start to finish. Appreciated this.

Jonathon at Mid Valley Rooter went above and beyond to get my project done on time and done well! He worked with me and my renters to get new PEX piping done on the whole house after a leak deemed my old slab pipes unusable. He got in there within a day and gave me a very fair price and explained every detail. He communicated with me and my tenants with each step and was always the one answering the phone when I called. I am a woman and often times I feel like we aren’t treated with the same respect that a man would be given but I feel as tho Jonathon was very respectful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Mid Valley Rooter from here on out with any plumbing issues. He also replaced the old water heater with a new one which I am very happy with! Along with new faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen. Amazing work!

$395 for 15 minutes (if even that) to snake my sewer line and put down a camera to see what was blocking it, on top of 45 minutes of drawing up the invoice and a quote for other work. I would have turned them away when they told me the price, and I questioned the amount, but as most people are when their sewer line is backed up, the situation was dire. Never again. The only positive was the plumbers were super nice. There are much cheaper plumbers who perform quality work and I should have stuck to my tried and trues.

I had a backed up drain pipe in the garage that I needed to get snaked out. I have this happen every couple years so I have an idea on cost. I usually use a local business, but could not get anyone out in the next couple of days. So I called Roto Roter and they were able to come out the next day so I made an appointment. The next day, within the expected time frame, an awesome technician showed up and got me fixed up. My only complaint is it was expensive. It was almost double what I expected to pay. There was no pressure and they broke down the cost prior to working. I just didn’t have time to wait so I agreed and it was done. The technician was awesome and explained everything.

I called Roto Rooter for the very first time and was not a fan with their services! I was told they would be out in the morning and they did not arrive until after 5pm. Once they arrived, it was about the scare tactics and up sales. I asked that they snake and scope a sewer line on my property. Tech was unable to snake because of issues with the sewer line. He called to tell me his manager left and took his camera. I get a call the next day and the manager only did a partial inspection and was trying to up sale me with some short of pressure washing the sewer line? I informed the manager to run his camera thru another clean out to confirm issue before trying to sell me with an additional service. Once he did a full inspection, he found the sewer line collapsed. So that up sale would have done nothing for me and would have cost me $2200. Once they gave me a quote (which was too high for "a partial repair"), I found a local plumber to do a full repair for WAY less than what they quoted for a partial repair. I missed a phone call from their office. Then the next morning (not 24hrs from when the work was completed) I get a text threatening me they would take me to collections. What a joke! I would never use this company!

All Star Plumbing really should be named Five Star Plumbing. They came in and not only replaced a drain but they also recommended using parts that would work better and have a better result long term. Not only did they fix the issue but they cleared out the drain to ensure it worked properly and also cleared out another drain that was nearby that may cause an issue. The team was professional, quick, and responsive. I highly recommend A-1 All Star.

A-1 Allstar Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. Their customer service was absolutely amazing from the first call, and they were able to come out right away to fix my tankless water heater. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and everything was explained clearly. It’s such a relief to find a company that’s responsive, reliable, and truly cares about their customers. I won’t be using any other plumbers but A-1 Allstar Plumbing from now on. Highly recommend!

I have used A1 AllStar plumbing for multiple jobs regarding my home. On each occasion, the plumber was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Most recently, I required a hot water heater replacement. I listened as the plumber tried to locate parts to repair the existing water heater, which was unsuccessful. The appliance that was installed was premium quality with a five year warranty.

Andy and Luis were great! We got a quote from another local plumber, that was obscene. Allianze is super affordable, they were in and out in a blink. Would definitely recommend. Thanks so much guys!

Zero stars !Would not trust this business they recently started a job for my father named Art an older man , and then out of nowhere Left the job undone and ghosted him one day now my father is stuck with a bathroom that’s unfinished this is very unprofessional and untrustworthy I don’t suggest any of my friends or family the community. When he performed the diagnostic he showed me pictures of what was wrong and the condition of my system and gave me options on repairs. Had them install my unit in June 2018, and in July my electric bill ran $150.00, the average temp was100+°, but my house 1100 sq ft was a sunny 76° 24/7.❤ Before I had been using window ac's that ran me $200.00+ a month for just 2 rooms ! 🤨 Now I have a 2 stage, blow down heating and AC Lennox unit that replaced my swamp cooler and old gas furnace. It's a 3 ton 16 seer (higher the seer, the quicker it gets cold, and the 2 stage is an energy saver) I've had them service it twice (cleaning / normal maintenance). They are always quick and professional. Give them a call. (I got mine through Lowe's and used the card) I had 4 estimates and they were the cheapest..(sears, a local ac company, 1-800remodel and home depot) And it's a smart unit, I can check, change turn off or on the unit through my cell from anywhere !

Daniel was superb. On time, very thorough, very nice and professional. Highly recommend. Forgot to update this. Although this guy was professional, he was sent to do a system rejuvenation and I found out he did nothing. None of our filters were replaced like we were told they would be. But he did tell me we needed work done then he sent his boss out for an estimate. Supervisor came out and basically said we needed a whole new system (think it was $40k-ish), took our filters and didn’t replace them, then went around and pointed out all of our issues. Not sure if it was the original guy or supervisor but someone turned off the gas so we had no heat. Had someone else come out and we didn’t have any issues. Our ac AND heater are still working just fine. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Willie D's is a great plumber! Super knowledgeable and experienced with old-school work ethics and habits but a progressive attitude to get the job done correctly.

If I could rate Willie higher I would! He’s great! He installed a utility sink in our patio with hot and cold running water and did an amazing job! His price was well worth it also! I expected to pay a lot more than that!

Willie D’s Plumbing replaced a garbage disposal for my grandma and did an excellent job. They were on time, efficient, and professional throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their services!

They answered the phone and were quick to schedule. The guy was 20 plus minutes early from estimated time which was amazing. We had a clogged toilet and the gentleman was able to fix quickly. I also mentioned I had just had gotten some parts for my other toilet and needed to install. He was able to do that as well. They just charged for the hour. Which was amazing. I expected the price to be more as they arrived so quickly. I called close to 3pm on a Thursday and they were there and done well before 5 pm. A great experience.

I love these guys. They are affordable and know what their doing - very friendly and personable. They helped me install a new drain in a bathtub we had converted to a shower and I am contacting them for more work today. If they are going to be late - they almost always respond to messages and calls to let you know what's going on. If you need quality work, done affordably and you have a flexible time schedule, these are the guys to call.

I recently had another drainage problem. My house is old and previous plumbing is antiquated to say the least. Fast response to service call. Ryan and team did everything and more to resolve our sump pump replacement and septic back up. Very reasonable and his knowledge saved us many thousands. Very dependable, knowledgeable and reasonable.

When I initially reached out to RDL Plumbing explaining my issue, I had already been told by two other companies that I would need to redo the drain behind the tub, which would require a remodel and cost thousands. Ryan immediately said that he would like to try fixing it and within an hour of arriving at my house, he had. This man saved me thousands. Will definitely be calling him for future services!

Called twice and sent photos for a sink install for a quote a few times and never heard back so can’t say much except that they maybe didn’t want my business.
