We had a major plumbing emergency late in the evening and RedHead Rooter responded quickly and professionally when we needed help the most. We called four places before we found them. Not only did Damien come out super fast, but we didn’t speak to an answering service or an AI chat bot. We spoke to a person! that meant so much to us right from the jump! Our main line had a serious blockage that caused sewage to back up into our bathroom and multiple rooms — it was a stressful and messy situation. Damien and Nate arrived on time, assessed the issue, and worked quickly to clear the blockage and stop the problem. They explained what was happening with the line, showed us with their camera where both blockages were and handled the job like absolute professionals. When you’re dealing with something as unpleasant and urgent as a mainline backup, having a company that shows up quickly and gets to work makes a huge difference. A total sewage stoppage at our home on New Year's Eve led to rotor-rooting and then hydro jetting with camera assist, that discovered a break in our sewer line. The break was under a concrete patio, and despite being a holiday, they came back New Year's Day to replace the section of broken pipe, without charging holiday rates. Their efforts allowed us to remain in our house instead of a hotel while the repairs were made. The compromised area had many sewer tie-ins and difficult angles, yet I felt very comfortable with their level of expertise. Working conditions with lots of rain each day made the job more difficult, and even though I offered them to come back after the rains ended (even if days) to finish the site clean-up, they persisted in finishing the job. I never felt pressured to make my decisions as the job progressed, and felt very comfortable with their competence level. I highly recommend RedHead Rooter!

I've used the Graham Plumbing services for the past 8 years for all my plumbing issues and have never been disappointed. This time I had a major clog affecting my shower, sink and toilet. They quickly discovered the where and why it was clogged and clearly explained the process of the necessary descaling and hydro jetting of that main line as well as the risk when dealing with 70 year old pipes. The work was successful and I'll continue to use and recommend Graham Plumbing. Job well done!

Thank you Sean! My range is no longer sticking out . I had recently upgraded my range due to the last one breaking but unfortunately the gas line behind the stove was actually protruding and didn't allow the new range to fit properly. It was sticking out about 5-6 inches and looked around to find a reputable plumber to help us out. I contacted a few and many of them told me they didn't do residential work or anything "small". Randomly I was on Nextdoor and asked if anyone knew any good plumbers and 12/20 responded with Graham Plumbing so I figured I'd give them a shot. Right away Reagan set me up with an appointment and even if we had to reschedule I really appreciate that she left multiple voicemails to get to me. On Monday I had Sean come look at the site and see what could be done and right away he told me what would be the best solution. He first checked the water pressure, smart meter and water heater to see that everything was running fine. He then noted a few problems and gave me different options for what he could do. It was nice to know that Sean was quick at pointing out things that our home inspector had told us to repair in our home report. So I knew that Sean was the real deal and wasn't just trying to get us to add more unnecessary projects to the gig. I appreciated the different cost effective options but I opted for the best one, which included everything that we planned to get repaired anyway. It was nice to just get it all done in one full swoop than to have to do it in parts. Sean was very pleasant and took the time to care for our appliances, cabinets and furniture. He also took the time to explain the process and steps as he went. He also showed me what I needed to do when the gas line shut off due to the earthquake shut-off valve and it was nice to know I could explain it to my husband afterwards. He cleaned up and left the place spotless too. Overall, my experience and impression was pretty positive and I know I will 100% contact them again for any other updates or issues. Thank you so much. Prices were also really fair and reasonable considering all the work that was done.

I have used Graham Plumbing twice now. They're employees are respectful and get right to work. This time they cleaned up the maze of pipes that were under my sink and installed my faucet. Now I know I can install the faucet myself but with the maze and sizes of my pipes I felt, if something should go wrong, I would not have the right tools to fix it.

Our water heater suddenly went out and we had no hot water, so we called Good News Plumbing & Drain. They were available right away and sent Lupe and Jaime. They explained our options clearly and got to work right away. They were very helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. The issue was resolved quickly and we had hot water again! We will definitely be calling them next time.

We had an emergency due to a shower not turning off. We also understood we had to pay the after houra emergency fee. He put on 2 faucets (one on tub, one on shower) and on top of the emergency call charged us over $600 . We were desperate because we live on a septic so we paid it but in the process we lost our hot water and were not told this would happen. Even with all that he spent more time outside walking around than even putting the valves/faucet heads on. Such a disappointment not only did we get over charged but loat hot water. Beware this vendor ls taking advantage of people.

We had a shower drain that was becoming progressively slow. I attempted to snake it myself a couple times as I am usually able to clear it, but this time no luck. Called Clean Out, quickly got a response and Bryant showed up on time as promised. After repeated attempts, he took a look further and determined that it was likely a partially blocked old galvanized/cast iron pipe which is exactly what it turned out to be. Nobody likes plumbing problems, but these guys responded quickly, assessed the issue, provided me with options, set expectations so that there would be no surprises, provided a great service and stood behind their work with a 5 year warranty. On top of that, Marco (the owner) followed up a few days later to see if I was happy with the work. All of this at what I felt was a fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done. Awesome experience this morning with clean out plumbing. It’s Saturday 7 AM and all of our drains start to back up. I called Christopher and he was able to come out within a couple hours. He is very knowledgeable and was thorough in his assessments. He took a lot of time to answer questions, and in the end, quoted me several options, all at very reasonable prices. I totally recommend this company for any drain and plumbing needs!

Clean Out Plumbing was great. We had some significant issues with our sewer line and after a few companies came out to give us a quote, we decided to go with Clean Out. Erick and his crew were excellent. He clearly explained the work they would do and some of the challenges that could potentially come up. He was honest through the whole process. Drain great was amazing. This is the second time we have utilized their services and hands down there is nowhere else I would rather call prior to them. Not only were they responsive but prompt and respectful when addressing our concerns. My primary contact was Frank and I just need to say that he has been very professional and great face of this company. I originally had a drain problem which evolved into needing repiping of my entire drain and intake system. Frank was able to show me pictures and videos which helped inform my decision on what I needed to get done. There were bumps as in all construction but they were able to communicate the issues in a timely manner and able to work with our schedules. I am very happy with their work and they also continued to monitor after the job was done too. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for any job, big or small.

I may have posted only 1 or 2 reviews for various services over the years, but my wife and I felt this one was well deserving of mention. a big thumbs up for Rodrigo and the Rooter Man Plumbing service for turning a nightmare sewer drain situation into a successful, minimally invasive project to give us peace of mind for years to come. His calm, friendly and professional attitude helped us to make good, long term decisions for our property and saved us unnecessary expenses to avoid disastrous consequences down the road. In a time when many services will charge a fee for just showing up or giving a quote, or using special equipment, Rooter Man did all of that free of charge and showed me the problem areas inside our plumbing, using live video and gave us a comprehensive plan with options so we could deal with the critical issues first and save the less pressing ones for a later date. These guys had to work in a very tight space in order to avoid destroying both landscaping and hardscape in the front of our home and took great care to keep it all intact and put it back the way it looked before they arrived. We are very happy with their work and will recommend them to others.

Had a clogged sink and looked online for a plumber. Called Rooter Man and they came out within 2 hours. Was able to snake our sink for the $49 price offered. Tony T was our repair man and he was very professional and personable. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate if we needed a plumber again. 5 🌟!!
