Our mainline backed up and we needed hydro-jet service to clear out years of root growth. I got a $950 quote from a major plumbing firm that I won't mention by name. I went onto Yelp and Barbosa Plumbing responded quickly with a $350 bid. Based on their Yelp reviews I took a leap of faith and hired them. They communicated with me on the day of service and arrived on schedule. It was a 2 man crew that did a great job, very professional. I watched the whole thing go down on their video monitor and got a copy of it to show the wife. I'm going to tell her it was my colonoscopy. I could not be happier with the service and outcome. They also cleaned up the area before they left, which was appreciated. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience! They arrived early on a Sunday and used their camera to find the blockage in my main sewer line. I watched on the video as they hydrojetted it and pushed the roots out. They also pointed out cracks in the line in another spot under street and suggested I have the city fix it before it collapses. I got way more info from them about my line than from any previous plumber. All done courteously in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend Barbosa!

Plumber 007 Plumbing Services Paramount did a fantastic job for us! The technician arrived right on time and was both friendly and professional. We were really worried because we’re selling our house in Paramount, had an inspection scheduled soon, and the kitchen sink was completely clogged. Another plumbing company had come out before but couldn’t fix the issue—they just told us to call someone else. Luckily, we got an appointment for the next morning. The technician quickly found the problem and fixed it. It turned out the previous plumber hadn’t reconnected the water pipe properly, which left water pooling under our sink. Everything works perfectly now. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. Soo Hipp installed a new water softner system for us after we inquired with Eddie about the process and cost. They installed the unit and a smart monitor, as well as the needed outlet, and they drained our water heater. Any questions we had were handled quickly and the work done on time and even with a supply chain issue it was all completed in good time and the estimate was honored. This services was added on to other work and we didnt have to wait for a new work order or a new start date which is great when youre dealing with time frames where its necessary to turn off water. Our experience with them was great and I would look to them for quotes for future needs.

Roger was so nice and accommodating. I needed some plumbing help with my toilet and sink. There was a couple of huge blockages. He cleared it up, showed me what was in it, and was nice to my needy dog!

I hired Soo Hipp Plumbing to address my aging 65 year old clay main drain. I was interested in having my drains inspected after repiping my house after addressing some leaks on my old galvanized incoming water line. Seeing the condition of those old pipes, I assumed I could also be having issues with my drainpipes subject to the same subterrenean conditions. I sat with them as they ran their camera through all the drains feeding the main drain as well as the main drain itself. They were very patient and explained things thouroghly as we inspected the drains together. Most if not each connection of clay pipe had become seperated to a small degree but enough for the roots of my trees to find that drain water. I thought it best to ask them to blast those roots free and line my drains now while the issue was manageable rather than waiting for a section to collapse or become out of alignment enough to be impossible to run a drain liner through the old clay pipes. Glad I did it and have peace of mind regarding my drains. Their pricing was fair, the work was top-notch, and they are good hard working folks and easy to work with. I'd recommend Soo Hiip to anyone needing plumbing or drain repair.

I'm a tenant under RPM property management (and they are slow to act, but that's a different story :/). However, Drainzilla Plumbing is the vendor they sent to my home to replace the shower knobs. Michael from Drainzilla was polite, professional, showed up EARLY, and finished the maintenance request within 1 hour! Our 10 year old water heater died. We called Miguel and he came the same day. He provided an estimate that we agreed on. We assumed he’d start the next morning as it was getting dark. He said, no I can get it done for you tonight so you’ll have hot water tonight. From the time Miguel arrived, diagnosed, went to get the new water heater + supplies, install the new heater, took a total of 3 hours! Amazing service. Miguel came back the next afternoon to finish up the little things. I will say we’ve had work done from Miguel in the past and he has always provided great service and is always considerate.

I had my cleanout replaced by another plumber who said everything was fine, but eight months later my line completely blocked and he stopped answering my calls. This review comes after several months of multiple plumbers and service workers who have attempted to diagnose the problem to no avail. 4 months later, I patiently scrolled 5 star plumbers, immediately located Ms. Connie with American Drain Works and Plumbing. I phoned the number listed in google. Ms. Connie extensively took her time to assess/troubleshoot the main concern. Ms. Connie was warm, supportive and very knowledgeable. I was quoted by other companies thousands of dollars which was so disappointing and scary. Ms. Connie referred her appliance specialist Mr. Larry who has successfully been in business for over 20 years in the Los Angeles and West LA area. Mr. Larry arrived on time with a very professional demeanor and incredibly knowledgeable. Mr. Larry diagnosed and completely solved my months long problem (not being able to use my kitchen for months due to scared of water damage. A few hundred bucks later, I have full access to my kitchen again. I will forever refer Ms. Connie and her team. Mr. Larry also may be able to repair my tripped dryer issues. Wow! I’m completely floored by the professionalism, courtesy, and expertise provided by Connie and Lalo. We had a crack in our sewage line and other plumbers recommended a simple replacement of that section. However, Lalo recommended a replacement of the whole segment of cast iron to ABS. He let me know that cracks are usually not isolated and that this would ensure we don’t run into any other problems. Though it was slightly more expensive than what others quoted, I’m so glad I listened to him! Lalo was able to come out the next day with a colleague and they ripped out about 20’ of old cast iron pipe. The excavated pipe was corroded and completely cracked throughout; replacing the segment, on the other plumbers recommendation, would have only caused the problem to happen again. Also, Lalo went above and beyond to replace our old clean-out with a two-way one! Overall, I’d highly recommend American Drain Works! They’re my go-to contact now for my plumbing needs.

After a clown plumber messed up my flood and drainage issue more, I called R&B Plumbing. Samuel and Lordes were excellent, professional, and right on time! They did a great Job pumping our septic tank. They arrived within an hour of talking with Frank on the phone. The job was completed within 30 minutes of the truck arriving. The final price was very reasonable and was slightly lower than what he had estimated on the phone. Frank followed up with a no cost evaluation of the tank. No high pressure sales just explaned the conditioni of the tank and some optionial modifications if they become necessary in the future. All in all very happy with the service, honesty, and professionalism.

I had initially contacted Robert about a pipe burst for my sewer line, and after getting quotes from over a dozen different rooter companies, I have decided that Robert seemed the most helpful, easygoing, and willing to answer my various questions about the process. At the time, I wasn’t ready to proceed, so I kept in contact with Robert for 3 months, during this time, I’ve also called him about other questions I had, even questions my friends had, and he was always patient and willing to advise me on my concerns. This reaffirmed me that this company is the right choice. Ultimately I was ready to proceed with the project and Frank became my main contact, he was professional, willing to work with my schedule, and took plenty of pictures during the process to reassure me. I would overall recommend this company, as I felt that they will be people I can continue to reach out to if I had any future questions!

The house is at least 70 years old and most of the pipes are the original galvanized. We discovered an extremely bad water loss and we put in a call. They found the main issue and then showed us pictures of many more. As you can tell from the pictures, a nearly full plumbing replacement job took place. These guys were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, being very forthright with sharing that knowledge. They made sure to keep us informed the entire job. They explained any and all questions we had. Long story short, they worked long hours for a week to get this job done. Jovanny, and the entire crew were excellent! Especially with all the under the house work that had to be done. They had to crawl around for hours under the house like classic tunnel rats. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing any kind of plumbing work.
