12/19/25 Called around 8:00am as I was having an issue with my kitchen sink area not draining properly. Monarch advertised a $77 dollar snake fee, which sounded extremely reasonable. Monarch said they could have someone out between 12-1 today. I said great, then received a call from Jack asking if he could come early!!! :-) I said GREAT and he arrived 22 minutes later just like he said, just after 11:00am. Jack did an AWESOME job locating my blockage, had me back in business in no time. Then offered to do an inspection while he was here, I know this just keeps on getting better. Jack scoped my main line with a camera and explained what he was seeing the entire time. I could not be happier with my first experience with Monarch Plumbing or with the incredible professional young man they sent out. Oh, and my cost, $77 dollars just like they advertised. It's nice to see there's still companies out there that believe in good old fashion service and hire the right people for the job... Well done today Monarch Plumbing and Jack!!!

Excellent Service! Eli is My New Go-To Plumber I highly recommend Eli! He is a fantastic plumber who provided quick service and exceptional work at a very fair price. I first hired Eli to replace two toilets in my home. The installation was quick, clean, and perfectly done. The work was absolutely great, and I was impressed by his professionalism. More recently, I had a much more stressful problem: a water leak under the house. I called him, and he was incredibly responsive. He showed up right away—it didn't take him a lot of time to arrive, which was a huge relief given the severity of the issue. He quickly diagnosed the leak and got it fixed properly. Not only was the quality of his work great on both occasions, but his pricing was awesome. It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and offers such competitive rates. I had an excellent experience with Eli. I submitted a service request late last night, and he was at my home promptly at 8:00 AM the very next morning. Eli was extremely professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process. I had a major leak in my primary bedroom that completely soaked the carpet. He performed a thorough water test and discovered that the leak was coming from inside the wall behind the shower. He opened the wall, clearly showed me where the problem was, explained what caused it, and walked me through how it was repaired. Everything was fixed properly and with great care. While he was there, I showed him a second issue in another bathroom that initially seemed minor. Eli took the time to investigate further and found underlying issues from previous work, including a loose toilet. He addressed everything the same day, came fully prepared with the necessary tools, and made sure the job was done right. What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for my home. He left the work area extremely clean — floors were mopped and everything was tidied up before he left. Great pricing, excellent communication, and top-notch service. Eli was wonderful to work with, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and honest plumber.

12/5/25 - Handy Man Plumbing helped me identify a clog in my sewer line with a thorough inspection. They gave me a competitive quote for installing a house clean out and cleaning the sewer line. The installation was done quickly and avoided messing up the yard. Highly recommended. 12/16/25 - Update. I decided to have Handy Man Plumbing replace my very old sewer lines under my house. Their quote was the most competitive. They kept our place clean during their work, sealing off our rooms from dust and covering the floors. They were very thorough, replacing all old GI pipes and even some old ABS pipes. While the scope of work was for "horizontal" pipe replacement, they did their best to replace as many "vertical" pipes that they could without opening any drywall (shower drains, toilet flanges). They also helped me repair some bad water supply pipes the noticed while doing their work. They didn't try to upsell me on trying to replace all my water supply lines, and with these repairs, said it should be good for a while. In all of this, they did not charge any additional fees for the extra work they did (i.e. needing to dig under two foundation walls, doing extra repairs, or needing an extra day of work). Highly recommended.

Mr Arturo Lopez was fantastic. He arrived on time with pre-arrival notification and tracking available. Arturo was knowledgeable, neat and efficient. He took the time to show me the repair and explain why it was needed. This was a two step process with technician Denis Orellana first diagnosing the issues and providing a quote. Once I accepted the quote and scheduled the service, Arturo Lopez arrived to make the necessary repairs. 100% trustworthy service by a two really nice guys. They were open super late I think 24 hrs which allowed me to get an appraisal the next morning and when they did come they gave great prices and did the job on the spot. He was fast, professional, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable about them getting the job done right. I'll definitely be using them again if I need a plumber.

Cesar and Francisco came to my house and were extreme professional, courteous, helpful, and amazing. They were able to fix the problem with no cost to me and they were able to give me information about my mom‘s washer and dryer that I didn’t know about as it pertain to the drainage. They worked for especially Francisco, who is an amazing gentleman for an hour, even though the piping behind the washer was difficult and best to clear out, he did his best and then when we ran the washer and the rinse cycle took, he was able to fix the problem at no cost, and then Cesar came by later, and between the two of them, I was amazed at their professionalism and their help. There should be a some kind of award that they should be given for their kind of extra help to the customer. I was glad that I could put this review out there because I’ve been a little late in offering this testimony of amazing service!

I highly recommend Rooter Solutions, especially Cesar and Francisco. We needed plumbing services for a sewer line backup and called Rooter Solutions for a quote. Cesar came out and was thorough and professional as he worked to figure out how to fix the problem. Francisco did the work. He is hard working and very knowledgeable. He took care to keep our house clean when accessing the crawl space in a closet, explained what he was doing, and even offered advice for improvements on plumbing deficiencies he noticed while here. He also worked late to make sure we were up and running for the night. I liked their work so much we decided to have Rooter Solutions move a supply line pressure regulator from an underground Christy box to a more accessible location. These guys are pros. I’d use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

TLDR: New washing machine backing up into drainage standpipe, because of kitchen sludge, and had Rooter Solutions install the correct piping to great success. DEEPER DIVE: New manufactured home came with dodgy 1.5" kitchen/laundry drainage, with 10 years accumulated severe sludge in a few places. A week of enzyme drain treatments had zero effect (enzymes might be a choice for maintenance but not hard clearing in this experience). Wanting an answer, sought out a company with great reviews: enter Rooter Solutions. On time, Hector ran an auger, then appraised the situation, and offered solutions. Snaking can only get you so far in our situation (my take, and also very true). Video analysis revealed a further story: Big time sludge, that a mechanical auger can't correctly address. It came down to hydro jetting or pipe replacement. The latter was the most attractive, from a cost-benefit analysis sense (ie: keep up with routine cleaning of an inadequate system, or replace it to standard, per new washing machine specs, and have more peace of mind). The next day, right about mid afternoon, the team completed the job. Very impressed. Since then, no more musical pipes, just the sweet sound of runoff. Much appreciation to Hector's knowledge and project skills and to Division Manager Cesar. Both exhibited great customer relations, care, and patience. I highly recommend Flow City Plumbing. I have used them for sometime and have had nothing but exceptional work done. I've had them do some pretty big jobs but today I needed someone to come out and unclog my toilet. Carlos, Veronica and Mike came out within 30 minutes, snaked the pipe and within minutes and had the toilets flushing without any problems. Everyone in the household appreciated the quick response! Very honest and nice people! I called Jeff because we were having a clogged kitchen sink and the water backed out from our laundry room. He sent a guy pretty quick who is pretty cool and knowledgeable. The sink somehow started working before Herbert arrived but he still helped us to check out any potential issues, made sure all is good and gave us some advice as well. We will definitely call them again if we have any further plumbing problems.

On Sunday, I needed immediate service so I started going down the list of plumbers near me that are open 24/7. Four different businesses didn’t answer the phone and one said they only take appointments…. What??? Drain Doctor Fremont was next and I was assured someone would be at my home within the hour. The technician was here within 30 minutes and just as quickly he had cleared the drain from the street. Both the office and the technician were very courteous and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. The task was completed, but I will tell you service makes all the difference! Job well done, and it let me get back to my weekend quickly!

OK, this is overdue. Last month I noticed water on the garage cement floor and thought it was just moisture. After careful review I noticed that the water heater was leaking. I called four different plumbers to get estimates with Drain Doctor being the first one I called. A little history of my previous water heater is in order. in 2019 I was overseas, and the heater broke and leaked all over the garage damaging some important personal items. My girlfriend at the time called a plumber who installed a new heater and what a mess it was. That plumber used galvanized steel for the inlet and outlet of the heater lines. Routed the pressure relief pipe into the water heater pan rather than outside of the pan and installed my recirculating pump facing the side wall where I could not gain access. Additionally, the gas line reservoir was installed by the water heater rather than near the gas line valve coming out of the wall. There were no 2x4 boards in the back of the heater for earth quake bracing and the water lines were not earth grounded, all of which are city compliance requirement. To say the least it was a cluster F. When Bobby from Drain doctor showed up, he immediately pointed out the nonconformance of the water heater and gave me a bottom-line price from his standard pricing book which no other plumbers could beat. Some quotes were almost double and after negotiating with those plumbers they got close to Bobby's price which didn't sit well with me. So, I decided to go with Bobby and that proved to be fortuitist based on his efficient and compliant work. Bobby is a plethora of plumbing information or more like a Wikipedia of plumbing. He does have a laid back and straight forward attitude but don't let that fool you. He's the top gun in his industry. Anyway, I've read some of the negative reviews and in each case, there has been a unique set circumstance that all of us experienced in our daily life but over 99%+ of Drain Doctor reviews are very positive. I can't tell you how happy we are with his work and in fact our outside main water line inlet valve was broken, unbeknown to us and we had him come back the next day to fix that as well. I didn't bother getting other quotes because I knew Bobby would give us a competitive price but more importantly do the job right. Anyway, you can't go wrong with Drain Doctor and ask for Bobby. I have hired Smart Plumbers over the past 10 years for a rental and my residence. My experiences have always been positive. Relative to the costs associated with plumbing, I believe Smart Plumbers has been affordable and I can depend on them for a quality job. For this specific job, Joe and Victor removed a water treatment unit and reconnected the main line in my home. In doing so they also installed a cutoff valve in the line accessible from inside my garage.

Long time customer. They just came out to replace a water heater they installed 15yrs ago. I did no maintenance on this water heater at all for 15yrs and I'm surprised it lasted this long. They recommended a Bradford & White 55gal 15yrs ago and I replaced with a 50g Bradford & White, I'm going to be better about draining it every few years and hopefully get 20yrs out of this one! They are probably not the lowest price but definitely not the highest price and they will not take advantage of you. Everyone I've dealt with over the years at Smart Plumbing is super nice, courteous & friendly. This is why I keep calling them for all my plumbing needs.

Luis and his team did a great job for me replacing my 1960's vintage cast iron sewage pipes under my duplex with ABS. They were there during the time windows they committed too and and the whole team were very friendly and professional. I also found Smart Plumbers price to be very competative.

Waldir at ProRoto did a great job managing 2 big project for us- water main from house to sidewalk box, with back flow valve and replacing the last of our galvanized pipes and cast iron sewer line under the house. They worked so hard, did a beautiful job and left the work areas like new. They were great to work with. I had gotten estimates from 3 plumbing companies. I highly recommend them.
