Easiest 10/10 review I've ever left - highly recommend Grimm's Plumbing Services. The quality of work is incredible. We had a new water main valve replace, leak detection system installed, new hot water heater installed, and a significant amount of piping replaced. All the work was done to the highest quality, efficiently (I was surprised at how quickly it was completed), and for a great price. I was especially impressed with our water main valve replacement where Grimm's coordinated everything with Aquarion so our water was only turned off for 20 minutes at the street. They prepped everything beforehand so when the Aquarion rep was there they could immediately replace the valve, which allowed them to turn the water right back on. I was expecting to go at least a day before Aquarion could come back out but Grimm's was so efficient and had everything so well planned it was immediate.

Rich is a rockstar at his craft, or as he says the “oral surgeon” of plumbers. He came the same day, unclogged my drain and charged a fair price. He was meticulous and treated my home like it was his own. A+. Great guy.

Drain Away serviced our townhome on a Saturday with very little notice. Richard and Lou are INCREDIBLE and their commitment to clients and their work is a rarity. They not only fixed our sewage backup issue but were able to diagnose the root of an ongoing issue other companies couldn't. Not to mention they are so fairly priced. We had an issue with a gurgling toilet at our condo in Greenwich. Tony was incredibly responsive. He answered the phone at 7am and came to our condo the same day. He clearly communicated each step of the procedure to unclog the drain. He was professional, patient and polite. Tony recommended a descaling process to prevent a recurrence. Jason is a life-saver. We had a main-line clog on Christmas Day that caused a backup and leak down into our basement. Jason showed up within 15 minutes, and quickly determined that the sewer line had collapsed right outside of our foundation. He was back a day later with an excavator and quickly resolved the issue within a few hours, for a reasonable price. Not only did he do an excellent job with the work needed to replace the line, he took great care to leave the landscaping in a better state than it was before he came. We can't thank Jason enough for his quick help, open communication and professionalism. Will be going to him for all plumbing issues in the future without question.

We had a leak it our water supply pipe in our slab foundation. Luke & Cody from VP Plumbing came and quickly accessed our problem, gave a clear explanation of what work needed to be done and provided a fair and reasonable estimation of the cost. They cut into the slab, made the repairs and cleaned up when finished.

We had a frozen heating pipe that burst. Vinny’s crew arrived within two hours of me calling them. The crew was extremely professional and fixed the pipe. Steve just got a lifelong client! I spoke to him after Rotor-Rooter came out to snake the main line from the house to the street. I wish I had been called Atomic first! Rotor-Rooter spent more time pitching me "water mitigation" and other services that I definitely didn't need. They eventually told me they could fix the issue for $8K! I called Atomic for a 2nd opinion. Steve came out and not only eased my stress confirming that the work didn't need to be done ASAP but also quoted HALF the price. Clearly, there are still some companies out there that are not trying to oversell services and overcharge clients. I'm glad I found Atomic & will be using them going forward.

Steve, the owner, brought my beloved old kitchen faucet back to life! I thought I was going to have to find a new one, but he changed several key malfunctioning parts and fixed it - just like magic! He also determined that the master bath toilet seemed to move slightly because the floor is uneven. After placing a shim underneath it now feels solid and sits perfectly on the floor. Steve is professional and a great problem solver. He works cleanly and efficiently. I would recommend him to family and friends in a heartbeat.

Diego and his team were phenomenal. I've recently moved to the area and found Leak Off Plumbing & Heating through an AI search for a snaking of a bathtub pipe last month. For that project Diego was communicative, and they came out quickly and resolved the issue on their first visit. Then last week I had another - and unrelated - plumbing issue in a different bathroom. Diego responded quickly and kindly squeezed me in the following day. He kept me updated on timing via text, and he and his team arrived on time and provided excellent service from start to end. This included a replacement toilet, which they went out and picked up. The price was reasonable and more than fair, and the finished work was excellent. I couldn't ask for more.
