First of all, I really appreciate that Leo and Nick arrived right on time. From the moment they walked into our home, they were friendly, polite, and courteous. Leo took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained what they were going to do, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Our toilet drain had roots growing alongside it and even starting to come through the flange. Leo and Nick jackhammered the tile, addressed the root issue thoroughly, and completed the repair much faster than I expected. The work looked excellent—solid, professional, and done with care. I called Drain Time for a plumbing emergency over the weekend. They responded quickly and showed up within the hour. The technician, Gabriel, it's very friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the plumbing problem and gave advice on how to prevent it from happening again and offered their services. After I explained that I'm going through home insurance, who would require me to use one of their vendors, Gabriel was understanding and even went out of his way to call me later and give me some good questions to ask the vendor when they came out. That's a kind of customer service that I really appreciate.

I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company. We had a sudden issue with our main drain line, and from the very first call, the experience was excellent. The young lady who answered the phone was incredibly kind, professional, and made scheduling the appointment quick and stress-free. She let me know a technician would be at our home within the hour—and they absolutely delivered on that promise. Nic arrived promptly and got right to work. After I explained what was going on, he went straight to the clean-out, punched through the clog, and had us back up and running in no time. Luis was great! He helped me unclog my shower drain in less than 10 minutes and even took the time to show me what tool to use and to get in case it happens again so I could save some money in the future. I also asked for a quote to fix my dishwasher and instead of just charging me, he gave me helpful tips on how to fix it myself and even showed me which part to inspect to help me save money. It was also really considerate of him to wear shoe covers to protect our carpet. Small gesture like that showed how respectful and professional he is. I appreciate his honesty l, efficiency, and great service. Definitely recommend him.

I had an emergency clogged drain. Called 2-3 plumbers in the area. Most of them charge to go to your site. Millenium was referred to me by another plumbing company since they are swamped and I needed a plumber ASAP. Called the number, Luis owner picked up, I was able to coordinate with Luis, Ivette, and Annie (Luis’ wife). They were able to send someone the same day. No initial visit charge. Problem solved the same day. They even offered me a discount. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service! If you get Lucy when you call you're guaranteed top notch service. She knows her stuff and outstanding phone skills! I had them add a clean out to my home. Matt came out I actually need new sewer pipes as mine are cast iron.. but Matt was very personable and I explained that I didn't have the money now for new pipes, so he suggested that I add a clean out in my driveway since the house never had one, and that way they would have easy access if a clog was to occur. The price very very affordable. I just bought the home and I wasn't aware of how old the sewer pipes were... The team they sent out (Apolonio/Freilyn) were also fabulous, friendly, and answered all my paranoid questions. They took care of the first part of the dig and remove around a 3x3ish square, and cut the pipe and put in the new pipe for the clean out, and filled the hole with dirt. There was rain in the forecast, so a different team (Rick/Shawn) came back and filled the hole with the concrete and they also answered all my new home owner questions. Both teams were very knowledgeable and personable. From a new homeowner who had called several companies regarding my sewer pipes this was the most super stupendous all around best company I have encountered. I have also worked over 30 years in customer service, and I know most people are quick on the negative, so I wanted to give a really good positive about my whole experience. I will be using them to re-pipe my sewer once I can save up for it. I hope this group of people get the acknowledgement they deserve!

While buying our new home, our agent arranged for The Trenchless Co. to inspect the sewer line and clear a blockage that had been found by a previous company. We were told that for just over $1,000 they would jet the line, clear the blockage, and fully clean out the system. This was a challenging job, as two other companies had been unable to even locate the sewer clean-out. The technician from The Trenchless Co. did find it and performed the work professionally—he was knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful throughout the visit. However, after receiving the inspection results and jetting report, we were advised to pay an additional $500 for “more jetting” to clean the remainder of the line. This recommendation came after being told the original $1,000 service would clear and clean the line completely. Being asked for another $500 to finish work we believed was already included felt unreasonable and came across as an unnecessary upsell. The clean-out had already been located and the additional work would have required minimal extra effort, making the added charge seem more like a money grab than a genuine recommendation. Update: Max, the owner of The Trenchless Co., reached out personally and went above and beyond to make things right. He is sending a technician back out to complete the remaining work at no additional cost. Max was extremely professional and transparent, explaining that the crew had gone beyond the original scope of the call but agreeing that the job should have been fully completed—or at the very least, I should have been informed and given options before the technician left. His willingness to take responsibility and ensure the job is done correctly truly stands out. Because of Max’s efforts, I’m now a loyal customer and a big supporter of The Trenchless Co. They’ve shown that they genuinely care about their customers and their community, and I sincerely appreciate the way they handled this situation.

Jed Beltran is absolutely wonderful!! I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing assistance!! We had a shower/bathtub clog, and though we are on a septic tank property he was able to assist us with our issue. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and he is an extremely hard worker. He cleared our clog, and even educated us on our pipes and our issues! He informed us on how our cast iron pipes catch easier than most, and after clearing our issue he was even knowledgeable enough to know what was a recent clog, and what may be attributed to previous home owners. Platero Parada Plumbing fixed leaks in my copper hot water line which was located in the crawl space under my house. It was a challenging job to drain the line, cut out the leaking joints, and replace the copper joints, and all this was done under the house in the crawl space, but Sam and his worker completed the job and they did a great job. Platero Parada Plumbing is professional, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, respectful, organized, clean, and they have competitive pricing. I originally found them thru a flyer in the mail, and when I looked them up on the internet, they had great reviews. I also liked that they are located in my neighborhood. I highly recommend them.

If I could give them 1 million stars, I would. I am a partially disabled senior and I’ve been dealing with a leak in my garage for over two months. I had to deal with my home Warranty Insurance and two other plumbing companies who were trying to price gouge me. I called ProLine Rooter LLC, explained the situation and said they would sent someone out within two hours. The technician arrived at my home and within a minute identified the issue. They went out to their vehicle, then came back and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the estimate, they completed the work, I signed the paper work and they were out the door all within 40 minutes. The price was perfect for what I would’ve thought it would be and they were compassionate and understanding! I literally cried because I was treated like a person. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again for any work that is needed in my home!

Sameer showed up right on time. I liked that he answered the phone, and I wasn’t sent to some phone answering service and asked for a bunch of personal information. I just wanted my drain cleaned! He gave me a price over the phone and had my drain cleaned in 20 minutes! I’ve had bad experiences with plumbing contractors lately, including quotes to redo half our system for $22,000! He’s our go to drain cleaner now.

I needed a toilet removed and the rusted flange bolts repaired for the new toilet to be installed. I was lucky to get same day service that morning, Safi came out and did an amazing job getting the job done in just over an hours time. Let me tell you how awesome this company is. Recently, Isaiah Fox replaced our shower valve. He did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, the new part was defective, which was the manufacturer's fault, not his. I informed Early Bird, and the owner Mike Chickering came out the same day to replace it. That was on a Sunday, immediately after he was attending a family event. Problem solved, no additional expenses. Weeks later, our water line and irrigation assembly needed replacing. Naturally, I called Early Bird, and requested Mike. He came out personally that very day, provided a very fair estimate, and had the job completed ahead of schedule the following day. It's the best plumbing work I've ever seen, and I worked in the Trades for ten years. The pressure is great, and the system is far more stable overall. Do yourselves a favor: call Early Bird first...like Mrs. Chickering says in the commercial, call them and "give your plumbing problems The Bird!".
