Mr. Rooter returned to my home, today 10/28/25 at my request to do a hydro-jet cleaning the drain in my basement. Uriel arrived on time and explained to me the process involved. Due to the accumulation of matter over the years it was a bit more difficult and after using the cable (snake) to break through and then utilizing the hydro-jet he completely cleared my drain. He even had me go outside and i could hear the water and feel the air that was being emitted from the street trap/vent, the gismos that we all have in front of our homes at the curb, which indicated that my pipe was open and cleared. Having my drain hydro-jet cleaned was a new experience for this senior. My washing machine d rain hose empties directly into a pipe and not my sink as it had done prior to a change and not able to attach a lint collector on the drain hose. I asked Uriel if it would be to my benefit if I switch the drain hose to drain in the sink so that a lint collector would be attached, thereby avoid having lint accumulate in my pipes. He agreed that this would help. So -my recommendation for anyone who has drain issues or other plumbing issues call Mr. Rooter, they have friendly, courteous and helpful technicians who will resolve your problem. This senior citizen is very grateful for Uriel's excellent service.

The technician, Alex, is very competent, gets the results needed using his inspection tool, great at explaining what he does and what needs to be done to fix the sewer problem. I will ask for him to do the fix once we are ready to proceed.

I would highly recommend Monarch plumbing. Very good company quality work. Cruz came and helped me out at our house with two sinks that were clogged up. Not only did he unclog the sinks he changed out the P-trap that the last handyman installed incorrectly. Cruz does quality work and is also very respectful. He always contacted me when job was finished or if there was a little problem that he can still fix. I would highly recommend Monarch Plumbing Cruz is the man to go. I will definitely call Monarch Plumbing for future problems.

I had great experience with Monarch Plumber crew today with Eli and Herman. My kids restroom with 2 sinks was clogged up over the weekend, I was happy to able get an appointment next day through online. When Eli arrived he automatically ask if he needs to use shoe cover because kids restroom is upstairs and he noticed we leave slippers downstairs. They were able to change the sink pipe and declog the line in timely manner. This is the 1st time I used this company and I’m very happy to recommend their service. Great guy with so much knowledge. Excellent Service! Eli is My New Go-To Plumber I highly recommend Eli! He is a fantastic plumber who provided quick service and exceptional work at a very fair price. I first hired Eli to replace two toilets in my home. The installation was quick, clean, and perfectly done. The work was absolutely great, and I was impressed by his professionalism. More recently, I had a much more stressful problem: a water leak under the house. I called him, and he was incredibly responsive. He showed up right away—it didn't take him a lot of time to arrive, which was a huge relief given the severity of the issue. He quickly diagnosed the leak and got it fixed properly. Not only was the quality of his work great on both occasions, but his pricing was awesome. It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and offers such competitive rates. I called All Panthers Plumbing because of all the good reviews. I was not disappointed. I'm super relieved and happy with the work done by Cesar. He gave a reasonable price to fix our clogged kitchen sink and worked on it for hours until it cleared. I would definitely recommend him and will call him again for any future plumbing issues.

Cesar and his team did a great and clean job. They were able to come out the same day to provide me a quote and were able to schedule right away. I had some drainage issues because of some old cast iron plumbing I had and within a day they were able to replace the plumbing underneath my home and have it functioning like it should. Gustavo came to my house to fix an older model shower faucet that others told me couldn't be fixed & had to be entirely replaced, but Gustavo was able to repair it in a matter of minutes. Also he was attentive to a couple other leaks that he noticed and let me know about them, AND he helped me fix those and taught me how to maintain it in the future too. I had been wrapping all my threads with Teflon tape and he taught me better methods, when to use and when not to use the Teflon, etc. Great guy and great service. I learned a lot of things to do to care better for my house. Love that guy.

I've used the services of Simply Plumbing & Rooter for my Hayward and San Jose rental properties: install new water heater and haul away the old one, install a water line for the refrigerator automatic ice maker, unclog sink drain and washer drain. Carlos was my knight in shining armor! He was at my house with an hour of contacting him after a prior. Plumber stood me up two days in a row came and assessed the situation with my toilet. Explain to me what needed to be done within a couple of hours. My toilet was back up and functioning at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend simply Social Security plumbing and rooter.

Great job by Magnificent Plumbing Inc in cleaning up my clogged sewage main drain pipe. He explained to me each and every detail and what to do to avoid future clogs from the roots . Update: After I posted my original review, the company contacted me to address my concerns and offered me a solution which was acceptable. It seems like they took my concerns to heart. Original review: When scheduling the appointment, I asked multiple times what the price range would be for a drain clearing. They told me that they could not give me a price and the technician would give me an estimate. The technician arrived and quoted me a very high price for clearing the drain but would not put it in writing. Of course I could have refused the service, but not having a functioning kitchen sink, I felt Forced into accepting the service at the high price. It took him all of 10 minutes to run the snake through the pipe, and that was it.This practice of not giving you a price range upfront Seems very unusual to me. I would not use this overpriced company again.

I had a great experience with Magnificent Plumbing. They showed up on time, completed the repiping work on schedule, and the overall quality of the work was excellent. Rene was always responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The repiping was done well and comes with a warranty, which gives me extra peace of mind. I will update my review in the future regarding the warranty service quality, but based on this experience, I would definitely use Magnificent Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

When my drain totally backed up, I called Juan, who had been recommended by a neighbor. I called Monday morning, left a message, and Juan showed up Monday afternoon and did 2+ hours of rooter and camera work before he concluded that my lateral line had collapsed and needed replacement. No big surprise since it was 75 years old. Juan and his crew were polite, friendly, and highly efficient. Even though they are more fluent in Spanish than English, we managed to communicate and Juan is truly bilingual and a first rate person. Amazing to see them slide the new line in place under my garden! They thoroughly cleaned and picked up after themselves, spraying down pavement and driveway so it was cleaner than before. I needed to replace my garbage disposal, I've received a call to setup an appointment, I was busy and they accommodate me, then I've received a call from Francisco to let me know he was going to be here at 10, he arrived 5 mins earlier, he was professional and he was done in a timely manner. Jeff and Norma were fantastic! Some other reviewers mentioned that they come later than scheduled times. That's because they take the time and effort to ensure that each client's problems are completely handled before leaving. Rest assured that when they show up, they will get everything done and ensure your plumbing needs are all settled, just like what they were doing for the previous client. Jeff and Norma came to my place to fix my rusted bathroom sink. My new sink was too big but they were able to drill my countertop to make room for it. In addition to installing a new sink, faucet, supply lines, and angle valves, they also fixed the leaking nipples inside my wall. Jeff also checked up on leaking hoses and another leaking bathroom faucet, even though my appointment was just for my first bathroom sink. Jeff and Norma are a great duo who do a great job while charging fair prices. I will only be calling J Carrillo Plumbing and Drains moving forward.

We were desperately looking for someone to come out to our home late at night to fix our toilet. We have one bathroom in our home. We were fortunate that Jeff and his wife Norma were able to come out after 11 pm to help us. They are a wonderful and professional couple. The price was reasonable, their work was excellent! I had some last minute plumbing issues I had to fix before selling my home. Jeffrey and his wife showed up and both did work at the same time on two different issues. They came in, fixed the issues right away, kept everything clean. He needed to get a part he did not have with him to complete the job and said he could run to a hardware store to get the part. It was late so I told him it was fine. He came out the next day and fixed the problem. You can tell they take pride in their work. Very honest and kind...I'll definitely keep their number and call for any plumbing issues.

A leak developed behind the shower wall unexpectedly. I contacted this service right away. They replaced the damaged pipe and sealed the area securely. The repair was done with great attention to detail.

A water heater connection issue caused inconsistent hot water, so professional help was needed. The plumber inspected everything carefully and fixed the faulty fitting. Hot water has been steady since then. The work felt reliable and well done.

Water stains formed near a ceiling vent below piping. Their plumber repaired a leaking joint above and checked surrounding connections. No further staining occurred. The issue was addressed early. I felt confident afterward.
