The plumbers who installed the unit were polite, professional, and very thorough. They arrived on time, protected my floors with plastic covers, worked carefully around the utility area, and cleaned up everything when the job was done. Had a spraying leak from an outdoor pipe and called Plumbing Experts Sewer and Drain. Gabe answered right away, understood the situation, and was on his way. He arrived in under 30 minutes, replaced the pipes, and installed a new valve. Excellent communication, quality work, and very fast service. I’ll definitely be calling Gabe again for future plumbing needs!

From just being available by picking up the phone on a Saturday morning due to a drain back up to solving the problem in a timely fashion to making an accurate diagnosis and then implementing a more lasting solution, Gabe was friendly, thorough, and very responsive to us. We had A plumbing problem that involved our kitchen sink. Our regular plumber tried to unclog it, but was unable to do so. Carlos came and used his heavy duty equipment as well as a camera to assess what the problem was and where it was and was able to clean out the pipe completely! He was professional and let us know what was happening all along the way. He showed us the results and it was truly amazing to see an absolutely clean pipe 😊 we can now use our kitchen again and know that the problem has been completely resolved. I want to give a shout-out to A-Team Drains. Most of us know how stressful a remodel, and-or updates can be concerning our homes. I must admit, I’m one of those people as I prepare getting my home ready to put on the market. I’ve used A-Team Drains before and they did a great job then. They’re presently working on some remodeling of my bathroom, requiring putting in a matching vanity, which meant cutting into the wall behind it, running new pipes in that wall… etc., Clearly, it wasn't an easy job. They were very competent. Also, considerate concerning my home… putting down plastic on the floor and hanging some to keep the dust contained. A-Team also changed out the old shower fixtures with the contemporary ones I purchased... also requiring opening up a section of the wall behind the back of the shower. Two of their techs worked on the job—they came early. One stayed late… I think he left around 8:00 p.m. I could go on and on about how dedicated they are to their clients and doing the work correctly… again, as they did the last job. I also must add: they had to put up with some unwarranted drama that had nothing to do with them or their work; not by me but caused by a relative. I was beyond embarrassed. Chris is great! We live out of town and Chris was able to coordinate all of the work we needed done while keeping us in the loop each step of the way. We had a major leak, a drain clog and needed some water lines installed for new appliances and we trusted Chris to come into our home and get things done the right way. He was super communicative and honest about the best way to do certain things and we really have been grateful for his knowledge and expertise!

I called at 10:30 at night and left a message, after turning the air conditioner on, it tripped a breaker and I had no power in the whole house.. I got a call back from Dane, the owner almost immediately, he was phenomenal!!! He talked me through my issue and found out the main breaker in Edison's pedestal had tripped, which I had no idea even to look there. He was completely troubleshooting everything over the phone without him having to come out to the house, all as a courtesy to me... Didn't even accept any money from me. Power was back on in minutes! So thankful!!! Such a kind person. I would recommend him to anybody!

Let me tell you this company is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING....we had a leak behind our shower wall (valve) and because our house is very old and had galvanized plumbing my husband decided to redo ALL water lines...Anthony treated us with utmost respect....went over every detail of job and we committed that day! While trying to clean my bathroom sink’s drain, I turned the wrong joint and created a leak. I discovered it Thursday night at 10 pm. I cleaned up the mess, pulled everything out of the sink counter and turned off the water. On Thursday morning, I attempted to repair the leak myself but as I wasn’t familiar with the fittings, decided it would be safer to call Valley Plumbing. There were some difficulties in speaking to Oscar as his calls went to my voicemail and my calls went to his answering service. The appointment was set for 2 pm but Oscar was detained on another job and didn’t arrive until 3:30 pm. It only took Oscar 10 minutes to tighten the fittings and stopping the leak. He said, since I was not familiar with the fittings it was smart of me to call them. All the fittings are plastic and overtightening or stripping the joints can result in expensive replacements. He gave me an estimate to replace with a metal drain for $427. The $68 service call fee was much more reasonable. Oscar was very personable, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to have him come into our home and very easy to work with! He even spent a few minutes petting our small dog, who loved the attention.

Valley Plumbing was excellent. They came out within two hours, and Oscar and his helper were professional, courteous, and very clean. I also really appreciated that they texted me Oscar’s photo and bio before they arrived, which made the whole experience feel very professional and reassuring. They fixed our main drain and toilet quickly and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Valley Plumbing installed a brand new water filtration system at our house and we couldn't be happier! Robert was the original contact, who came to our house and fully explained the various filtration systems and which one he felt would best fit our desired needs. He went on to describe the different payment options, along with discount possibilities, which aided us in our decision. The very next day, Sam and Jose started the installation dispite the heat (110° plus that day)! They were both highly proficient and knowledgeable about the equipment and we're very professional throughout the installation process. It took two days for them to complete, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful! And if you don't think a filtration system can look good, then take a look at these pictures!
