We originally found Samuel as a top rated plumber in our area through NextDoor. He had come out to unclog a few of our lines soon after purchasing our new house and was communicative, efficient, and clean in the new house. We recently decided to start a laundry room renovation which required moving our hot water heater from the current mechanical closet and moving our washer/dryer hookups to another wall. Our old water heater was much past its useful life so we decided to fully replace it to heat pump electric utilizing the SMUD rebates. At the time, Platero Parada Plumbing was not a SMUD certified plumbing outfit, but we asked Samuel if he would be willing to apply for the rebate for us and within two hours he had submitted the paperwork. During the application process he discovered the water heater rebates were going to increase Feb 1, 2026, so we held off a couple extra days - the heads up saved us another grand. His crew came out and and worked late a couple days to make sure that we had hot water for showers in the morning which was much appreciated. They were very communicative throughout the process letting us know when they would arrive and their timeline each day of the process. During the process we decided we had to move the drain line a few inches to fit better behind the new washer/dryer unit. He happily made the change without charging us anything extra, even though he had to run back to the store to get a couple new connectors. We are now about a month in and everything is working well and looks very clean and neat. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to get certified by SMUD and push our SMUD rebate through. We highly recommend them and have given their business card to a number of our friends.

Samuel came out when our sewer was backed up and quickly diagnosed that the line needed to be replaced. He took the time to help us understand what was happening and thoroughly explained our options. Once we decided to move forward, he and his team were available immediately and got right to work installing the new sewer line. The quality of their work was excellent, and they completed the project quickly to get everything back up and running. Sam's communication was great throughout - he was upfront about everything and made sure we knew what was going on. Really helpful and easy to work with. Platero Parada Plumbing fixed leaks in my copper hot water line which was located in the crawl space under my house. It was a challenging job to drain the line, cut out the leaking joints, and replace the copper joints, and all this was done under the house in the crawl space, but Sam and his worker completed the job and they did a great job. Platero Parada Plumbing is professional, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, respectful, organized, clean, and they have competitive pricing. I originally found them thru a flyer in the mail, and when I looked them up on the internet, they had great reviews. I also liked that they are located in my neighborhood. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company. We had a sudden issue with our main drain line, and from the very first call, the experience was excellent. The young lady who answered the phone was incredibly kind, professional, and made scheduling the appointment quick and stress-free. She let me know a technician would be at our home within the hour—and they absolutely delivered on that promise. Nic arrived promptly and got right to work. I had estimates for a plumbing issue,and lucky for me Millennium Plumbing was among the 3 estimates. The estimates ranged from $9000.00 to 475.00. FORTUNATELY I met Luis Dominguez of Millennium Plumbing he was very honest and personable.He checked my main sewer line with a scope and fortunately it was clear. My problem was found to be a problem with my toilet flange being obstructed,my master BR toilet also had a leak and that was fixed also. His son Luis Jr. came out 2 days after the diagnosis by his father Luis Sr. and happily my toilets have been fixed! I have found a new go to plumber. Thank you Millennium. Millennium Plumbing Specialist just did a couple of jobs for me, one to replace a water mainline to the house, the other to replace some old pipes for the house. Victor was excellent understanding my needs and provided great work proposals. He and crew did a great job, on schedule, on budget, with excellent final products. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Two thumbs up for the office staff as well. And the cost was very reasonable. I'm super happy with the services I received.

I'm in absolute awe of Hall's Plumbing! Their customer service, quick servicing, attention to detail and dedication to the job was phenomenal. I called late Friday afternoon, desperate for help, and not only did they comfort my worry they had 2 employees (Chris and Octavio) out by 10am Saturday morning. They went above and beyond to provide urgent assistance. Melanie the coordinator was extremely helpful as well! We cant thank them enough for being available and helping us figure out this situation. And I learned so much from them about the property but the most cool part- the drain clean out was on the roof! Wow.

We called Proficient Plumping because our shower lever was really hard to turn and wanted to see what it would take fix it. Had (two) over-flowing toilets situation on a Sunday afternoon. Did an internet search, found Spotless Plumbing, called and Rafael answered. Said he could be over in 15 to 20 minutes. Pretty sure he was at the house in less than that. Rafael quickly evaluated the situation, figured what it would take to clear the clog, gave a fair quote and did the job. Kevin is an absolutely incredible plumber. He just replaced my water heater that crapped out on me and fixed my water main which was leaking for a super fair price. I didn’t have to worry about anything he got the parts brought them and replaced them himself. Five stars for Choice. Our water heater broke Friday evening. We made a few calls. My husband spoke with Kevin and the two made arrangements for the following morning. Kevin was at our home for about 3 or 4 hours and did a fabulous job of removing the previous water heater and installing the new. The work and craftsma ship is top notch; we highly recommend Kevin at Choice if you need a replacement.

Kevin came by same day and was able to identify the issue and replace our garbage disposal in less than an hour. Was communicative and friendly. I would definitely recommend him and others from choice plumbing if they are anything like Kevin.
