Water Softener + Conditioner Installation Cory and Jesse were great!! I had a tankless water heater, and the heater treater scale protection filter started leaking. Cory initially came and inspected it, I decided to upgrade the whole house water system with the water softener and conditioner. On installation day, Cory and Jesse did a super swift and thorough job. Installed the water softener and descaled the water heater and unclog the drains in my bathroom too. Want to give special shoutout to Cory, for going above and beyond, after they left, my recirculation pump started leaking for some reason, it may or may not even be related, Cory returned the same day and worked late into the night to ensure it’s not leaking. Really demonstrated high level of professionalism and high standard of excellence, not taking short cuts and making sure the job is well done!

Top Tier Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my Orangeburg mainline sewage line using pipe bursting. While they were not the absolute cheapest option, their pricing was very competitive, and their customer service and attention to detail more than justified the small difference. Preparing to sell our old house... imagine 2 days before photographers come, same day as deep cleaning company... both showers and sinks plus kitchen sink clog up. Nightmares escaping from hell through your plumbing. This is not the time for DIY or your friends cousin. We called top tier and they sent Anthony. Certified plumbing exorcist used multiple access points, found us the cheapest option and worked his butt off while bi-lingually teaching us about our plumbing, making my cat feel comfortable. I wouldnt have hired a cleaning company if i knew Anthony was gonna leave my bathrooms and kitchen better than he found it. All star service. I'm never watching a youtube video again, im working extra and hiring the pros at top tier.

A total sewage stoppage at our home on New Year's Eve led to rotor-rooting and then hydro jetting with camera assist, that discovered a break in our sewer line. The break was under a concrete patio, and despite being a holiday, they came back New Year's Day to replace the section of broken pipe, without charging holiday rates. Their efforts allowed us to remain in our house instead of a hotel while the repairs were made. The compromised area had many sewer tie-ins and difficult angles, yet I felt very comfortable with their level of expertise. Working conditions with lots of rain each day made the job more difficult, and even though I offered them to come back after the rains ended (even if days) to finish the site clean-up, they persisted in finishing the job. I never felt pressured to make my decisions as the job progressed, and felt very comfortable with their competence level. I highly recommend RedHead Rooter!

Called them today for help with a garbage disposal replacement and clearing a second sink. Nathanial came and did the needful. Was quite smooth and patient as he had to go back to get a better fitting replacement. Was able to complete the job same day. Great value and efficient! Was a pleasure to do business with. Greatly appreciated the senior discount they gave my elderly mother too!

These guys did an amazing job! I called them for what i thought i needed. Come to find out i dont have a septic issue . They were very patient didnt get annoyed and gave me a different solution. My primary contact was Frank and I just need to say that he has been very professional and great face of this company. I originally had a drain problem which evolved into needing repiping of my entire drain and intake system. Frank was able to show me pictures and videos which helped inform my decision on what I needed to get done. There were bumps as in all construction but they were able to communicate the issues in a timely manner and able to work with our schedules. I am very happy with their work and they also continued to monitor after the job was done too. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for any job, big or small.

Our condo community was built 45 years ago, so much like my aging neighbors, there are occasional unwanted leaks. Yesterday I saw a pinhole-sized pipe burst, and really saw this as an opportunity to modernize things, upgrading to a ball valve, a new hose bibb, oh and of course replace the leaking pipe. Anthony was quick to come out and access the job, explain to me what needed to be fixed, and then what "could be fixed" while he was there. It was exactly what I was looking to have done and the price was fair, so we arranged for him to come back. Anthony was great, keeping me informed along the way...I really appreciated the transparency...Long story short, the leak is fixed and Anthony made sure to test and make sure that our old pipes didn't have any any additional problems. A plumbing problem is by definition a problem, but I'm happy to say it's behind us!!

Our tankless water heater kept glitching and I spoke with RD pluming and they ask for pictures over the phone and gave me the truth, the system we had was terrible and not worth fixing so they quoted us for a brand new system, top of the line, and they came next day! They worked in the pouring rain!! They took the old system out, rerouted pipes, installed new pipes and new tank, that looks amazing! I suspected an issue with my plumbing and thought that I may have leak in my slab so I gave him a call. Ryan was able to come out the same day I called and immediately got to work diagnosing what was potentially wrong. He was able to isolate where the issue was occurring and provided me with a number of options and educated me with each option he provided. I elected to Re-Pipe my home. Ryan provided me with a definitive schedule and let me know about the process and did exactly what he said he was going to do.
