We were really worried because we’re selling our house in Paramount, had an inspection scheduled soon, and the kitchen sink was completely clogged. Another plumbing company had come out before but couldn’t fix the issue—they just told us to call someone else. Luckily, we got an appointment for the next morning. The technician quickly found the problem and fixed it. It turned out the previous plumber hadn’t reconnected the water pipe properly, which left water pooling under our sink. Everything works perfectly now. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. The workers really know what they’re doing and look ready to handle any job. Very satisfied with the service!

This company does beautiful work!! On time quick response to my needs. Litterly had to do sooo much work replacing the hot water heater in my apartment on top I'm having to install proper drainage out into the street for it because before there was no pan catching the condensation so it was just literally leaking into the foundation of the apartment. Their work is amazing, the gentleman and that came out cleaned up really well afterwards very courteous very nice. I would recommend this company hands down ! They came out for the estimate and they were here the next morning at 8:50 a.m. for a 9:00 appointment and work their butts off all the way to 6:00 p.m.!!! And now they got to come back and work on rebuilding all the whole drainage system for my bathtub.. I can't wait to see what they do next!! Here's what you need to know if you're reading this review in a panic: We had a pretty serious mystery leak that we couldn't solve. Fernando from New Generation Plumbing arrived the same day and fixed a pretty serious blockage by clearing a pipe and replacing a section that ruptured. He and the crew that joined him got the job done in under three hours at a very fair price given the crappy circumstances. Now here's the long version: Before we plunge into this review, I need to set the stage: my wife is the sort of person who will call a professional at the first sign of trouble (in this case we had a very mysterious leak) while I'm the sort who will fall down the YouTube rabbit hole and try to fix things myself. This makes for an interesting dynamic, especially when the ceiling of your garage is suddenly leaking. New Generation Plumbing came at the recommendation of our neighbor who'd used them before and was very satisfied with their work. Fernando showed up the same day and on the early side of his arrival window. He got right to work in finding the cause of the leak and graciously listened to me as I recounted the steps I'd taken to find the leak, including cutting out a section of our garage's drywall ceiling to get a good look at the pipe I didn't know was on the other side. (This would have been his first move, btw.) This leak was a weird one because it came and went a few times over the course of a couple days and was bone dry when Fernando did his inspection. We went through and flushed all the toilets, ran all the sinks and showers, and double checked the areas around the dishwasher, fridge, and washing machine were all dry but there was nary a drip. It wasn't until we tried running the washing machine that water started spraying out of an otherwise good looking pipe. Turns out we had a blockage that was severe enough to rupture the pipe in a spot on its backside that would have been impossible to see. Oh, and this blockage was probably 20 years in the making to match the age of our house. Now that we found the source of the problem, Fernando gave us a quote that was a lot less worse than I would have guessed and got right to work. He called in some backup to give him a hand to clear that backed up pipe one 50 gallon container at a time and humored my attempts to play helper. In the end, it was probably a 2.5 hour job and we have a section of brand new pipe. While they were here, Fernando did a quick quote on what it would cost to add a "clean out" to that pipe. It runs the width of our house and connects to the line that leads to the city sewer. Adding a clean out would make fixing a future blockage much easer but would also require some pretty serious digging so we'll save that job for another time.

Great service! My husband called for an estimate, they came out the next day, the price was reasonable and they were able to start that day. The plumbers did a great job. It looks wonderful. It was quick. I was so glad that they could start right away. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a plumber. The two areas where we had leaks are no longer there.

Soo Hipp installed a new water softner system for us after we inquired with Eddie about the process and cost. They installed the unit and a smart monitor, as well as the needed outlet, and they drained our water heater. Any questions we had were handled quickly and the work done on time and even with a supply chain issue it was all completed in good time and the estimate was honored. This services was added on to other work and we didnt have to wait for a new work order or a new start date which is great when youre dealing with time frames where its necessary to turn off water. Our experience with them was great and I would look to them for quotes for future needs.

Roger was so nice and accommodating. I needed some plumbing help with my toilet and sink. There was a couple of huge blockages. He cleared it up, showed me what was in it, and was nice to my needy dog!

I hired Soo Hipp Plumbing to address my aging 65 year old clay main drain. I was interested in having my drains inspected after repiping my house after addressing some leaks on my old galvanized incoming water line. Seeing the condition of those old pipes, I assumed I could also be having issues with my drainpipes subject to the same subterrenean conditions. I sat with them as they ran their camera through all the drains feeding the main drain as well as the main drain itself. They were very patient and explained things thouroghly as we inspected the drains together. Most if not each connection of clay pipe had become seperated to a small degree but enough for the roots of my trees to find that drain water. I thought it best to ask them to blast those roots free and line my drains now while the issue was manageable rather than waiting for a section to collapse or become out of alignment enough to be impossible to run a drain liner through the old clay pipes. Glad I did it and have peace of mind regarding my drains. Their pricing was fair, the work was top-notch, and they are good hard working folks and easy to work with. I'd recommend Soo Hiip to anyone needing plumbing or drain repair.

Main line repair was completed as planned and Miguel is very easy to work with. I am using New Pro Plumbing as my go to plumber.

My sink was very clogged and Miguel was able to resolve the issue the same day! It was so last minute but he was able to fit me in. He was very nice and am very grateful for his services. I will definitely be contacting him in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Our 10 year old water heater died. We called Miguel and he came the same day. He provided an estimate that we agreed on. We assumed he’d start the next morning as it was getting dark. He said, no I can get it done for you tonight so you’ll have hot water tonight. From the time Miguel arrived, diagnosed, went to get the new water heater + supplies, install the new heater, took a total of 3 hours! Amazing service. Miguel came back the next afternoon to finish up the little things. I will say we’ve had work done from Miguel in the past and he has always provided great service and is always considerate.

Major League Plumbing is fantastic! Our tech is Eddie and he has done a stellar on our projects. I have called at least 4 other plumbing companies out over the years to look at our sewer line. Most of which used a camera. Eddie was the only one to tell me that we shared a line w/ our neighbor! He graciously dealt w/ my neighbor and handled the job beautifully. We obviously called Major League on our 2nd project, a bathroom remodel. The bathroom is fantastic. When our 2nd bathroom needs to be updated, we will def call Major League Plumbing. Major League shows up professional, pleasant, trustworthy, easy to work w/, and knowledgeable. It's just been an overall A++ experience having them work on my home. I will def be a repeat customer!

Previously, I had a tankless water heater installed by a different company, but unfortunately the workmanship seemed inadequate and the unit failed much sooner than expected. Because of that experience, I was very careful when choosing a contractor this time and decided to hire this company. It turned out to be the right decision. They clearly explained the cause of the issue and what needed to be improved, and their installation work was extremely thorough and detail-oriented. Dealt with Eddie M. Was having a party and of course had plumbing issues. Late night had to get service done. Called Major League Plumbing. Response time was amazing. Got there right away but also were sending updates while on the way. Professional company and attitude from Eddie. Explained what they were doing the entire time. Cost was presented and approved. They had some issues and explained what those issues were. Follow up was provided and they also provided a quote on repairs that are needed. Will be using them exclusively in the future. Pricing seemed reasonable but I’m ok paying for great and honest service.

They did a great Job pumping our septic tank. They arrived within an hour of talking with Frank on the phone. The job was completed within 30 minutes of the truck arriving. The final price was very reasonable and was slightly lower than what he had estimated on the phone. Frank followed up with a no cost evaluation of the tank. No high pressure sales just explaned the conditioni of the tank and some optionial modifications if they become necessary in the future. All in all very happy with the service, honesty, and professionalism.

I had initially contacted Robert about a pipe burst for my sewer line, and after getting quotes from over a dozen different rooter companies, I have decided that Robert seemed the most helpful, easygoing, and willing to answer my various questions about the process. At the time, I wasn’t ready to proceed, so I kept in contact with Robert for 3 months, during this time, I’ve also called him about other questions I had, even questions my friends had, and he was always patient and willing to advise me on my concerns. This reaffirmed me that this company is the right choice. Ultimately I was ready to proceed with the project and Frank became my main contact, he was professional, willing to work with my schedule, and took plenty of pictures during the process to reassure me. I would overall recommend this company, as I felt that they will be people I can continue to reach out to if I had any future questions!

The house is at least 70 years old and most of the pipes are the original galvanized. We discovered an extremely bad water loss and we put in a call. They found the main issue and then showed us pictures of many more. As you can tell from the pictures, a nearly full plumbing replacement job took place. These guys were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, being very forthright with sharing that knowledge. They made sure to keep us informed the entire job. They explained any and all questions we had. Long story short, they worked long hours for a week to get this job done. Jovanny, and the entire crew were excellent! Especially with all the under the house work that had to be done. They had to crawl around for hours under the house like classic tunnel rats. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing any kind of plumbing work.
