Wonderful experience with this company and the owner! My laundry room flooded when I was doing a load of laundry and water was simultaneously backing up into my kitchen sink. When I originally called to see if they could help me I was immediately put at ease by the phone call - James (the owner) answered all of my questions and was very kind and patient. When he came out to my house he was very nice and professional and fixed the issue easily! Well under an hour, and he had me run the washer while he was there just to be sure it was all draining properly again and to put my mind at ease. I’m so thankful! I’m also happy to find out they do general plumbing repairs/work too, so this will be my go-to company from now on! Yay! Highly recommend!

Had blockage of roots from a City tree towards clean-out valve located at the end of my yard towards sewer line. I explained my situation he understood the urgency for this and came out the next day! He knew exactly what needed to be done and finished the job in a timely manner. He made sure everything was flowing smoothly. Definitely recommend.

They were able to able to service my drains and clear up the issue very fast and customer service was amazing. They were very nice and easy going and had no issues with answering any questions I had and was very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend for any drain needs.

It was an after hours emergency situation where we had no toilets or water use due to a tree root entanglement that resulted in a back up and blockage of our line. James F. showed up and quickly assessed the situation and cleared the line making it possible to use our water until they could fix everything a couple days later. He set everything in motion and was so comforting and so knowledgeable that I felt confident in his ability to efficiently do a quality repair. I’m so glad I chose to go with this company. It was a costly fix but it was so much less than the company I’d gone with previously and the most important part was it was done right and they stand by their work and James F. was reassuring, extremely helpful and never made me feel like he wasn’t 100% dedicated to taking care of my worries and addressing my endless questions. He provided me with a plan to execute solutions so that this could be resolved in the quickest, most cost effective way possible. He is the biggest asset this company and he was the most appreciated part of this process. He is also the reason they now have me as a customer for life. We had a Saturday emergency of a clogged toilet. I contacted Roto Router and thier Tech Sammy was here within a hour. Her was one of the best professionals we have had in our home, very efficient and did not give up because our fix was a little complicated. He helped to make sure the costs did not get out of hand and cleaned up really well before he left. Roto Rooter as a company appears to do well at hiring and retaining great employees. His project Manager Loreto who came out to assist was also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I have great confidence that this repair was done right.

I had a clogged toilet and called Roto-Rooter. Jahari and Jamie technicians came to my home. They are very professional. pleasant and accommodating. They have patience and are knowledgeable in their field. They explained everything thoroughly. They were also very thoughtful wearing booties in the house and cleaning up after their work. They also have manners! I would recommend these technicians. Andrew the supervisor was also very thoughtful and accommodating. Second time I’ve used Jon of Plumber Jon’s Plumbing and I will continue to use him because he’s a true professional. He repaired both toilets (installed new parts) and unplugged my sink for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. It’s like I have two new toilets. He’s very experienced and been in his business for 33 years and can be trusted to assess the issue and correct the problem. I also like the fact that he’s the owner and does his own work. I highly recommend Jon!

Jon worked with and looked out for my parents for years, always and STILL giving great service. A few months ago my dad's caretaker smelled gas in our garage (I didn't smell a thing, she has a hypersensitive nose) I called Jon and even though he had a busy schedule that day, he fit us in immediately, found the gas leak, and fixed it! Can you imagine what would have happened to my parent's house if he hadn't of came quickly? He is amazing and the best plumber in the Valley! He truly cares about doing a good job!

This review is long overdue. Jondee, Lance, Jerry and the whole crew at All Star Plumbing are amazing! They always go above and beyond for me and my clients buying and selling homes. They’re on time, and professional for our sewer line inspections and pull strings to make repairs happen in timely manner. They do a great job explaining things well to might clients. Highly satisfied and will continue to use them like I always do.

Big props to Lance and Sergio at All Star Plumbing. Sergio came in for a scheduled jet cleaning due to a backup over the weekend, (mind you the price All Star quoted was roughly a third less than a quote from another plumbing service) but before just jumping in and jetting, he checked all of the drains and snaked a camera through - all the way to the main line. Sergio said we’re all clear, no need to jet, and Lance said no charge, we appreciate your business. I insisted, since as a business operator I know there are costs associated with simply sending someone out; so I was expecting to at least compensate for time and prep. And, I will also expect to pay for time and prep should this occur again. But alas, to no avail. So I’ll show my thanks by letting as many people know through this review and will continue to recommend for friends and family. I have used Allstar in the past as well, they are very good with pricing across the board, hence my reaching out to them again.

We called All Star Plumbing to check out plugged up drains that were backing up our kitchen sink. They came out promptly and explained the options clearly. They started with the snake and were able to get the sinks draining easily. The technician Joe said that additional services such as the hydrojet were not needed in our case. He could have easily told us differently and we would have been none the wiser. He declined a tip and even suggested a home remedy for keeping the pipes clean. Great job and thanks Allstate Plumbing! :)

I had an emergency due to a main water supply leak to my house. I tried two different companies and neither had anyone available. With water gushing out (geyser) I was given Snake and Lateral name by one of the companies. I did call and Austin was here within 10 minutes. He took care of my geyser and then an other issue. He was friendly and professional and stayed to make absolutely sure there was not going to be any problems going forward. Well done. Thanks!

We had a great experience with Austin from Snake N Laterals Plumbing! He came out to help us with a foul smell coming from under our crawl space and quickly found the source of the problem. Austin was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He showed us videos of the issue before and after the repair, explained everything clearly, and was able to fix it the same day—which we really appreciated! Excellent service all around. I had a great experience using Snakes 'N' Laterals for a project at my mother in laws home. From the phone call to set the appointment as well as the service performed at the home, the customer service was exceptional. Technicians Austin and Joshua were very professional and courteous in explaining my options and performing the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing need.

Luis arrived at my rural location within 2 hours of calling dispatch. Within 20 minutes, Luis cleared the sewer line serving 3 commercial tenants. He recommended camera inspection which revealed potential problems. The camera inspection and jetting were completed the following day with minimal disruption to my tenants. Will definitely use Roto Rooter again.

I live out of town and my grammy had a leak in the kitchen. Cost was a bit pricey but it was done quickly. I called at 10am and they had someone there by 4pm. Andrew and Jose were friendly, helpful and professional. My Grammy had nothing but great things to say about them both! We are grateful it was able to be taken care of quickly so there wasnt further water damage.

Had a leaky kitchen faucet. Rep came out, didn’t take anything apart, and quoted me ~$425.00 to replace a cartridge (how the rep knew that was the issue just by looking I am not sure) and ~$800.00 to replace the faucet. This did not include any unforeseen issues that could come up, and since they didn’t look or take anything apart to check I felt that additional cost was likely. I said no thanks, called another plumber and getting the sink fixed for an estimated ~$175.00 all in. I suggest you ask your neighbors, local realtor, etc. for a good and honest plumbing service and avoid Roto-Rooter at all costs (pun intended). Not 1-star because they did come out same day to assess which I appreciated but feel like I was getting worked and that wasn’t great. I don’t typically leave bad reviews and I don’t like to do so, but if this can help someone else save some money it’s worth it.

I've been using Martin for nearly 20 years. I called a different company because they recently serviced my AC for free as a promotion. They charged me to access the situation, but their quotes were outrageous, and nothing was done to remedy the immediate issue. When I try to support a different company, I come back to him. LOL He is prompt, honest, and prices have always better than others. He is good at explaining things and providing different options. It's important to do business with people you trust, and he has always taken care of us. Thank you!

I noticed some watermark on my ceiling and have some concern that I may have a pipe leakage going on. I contact low-cost plumbing service and they came out and did a free inspection. Steven took his time and went through all the pipeline and found out that there was no leakage in the pipeline which was a good thing. He was able to pinpoint that the water was probably seeping through the roof vent, base on the evidence of watermarks along the vent pipe. After inspecting the roof, the vent did have breakage/cracks noted in the vent sealing that was allowing water to seep into the pipe which flow into the ceiling. He was able to reseal all of the roof vents to prevent any water from entering. Everything was done the same day, which was really fast and quick. Steven was very professional. He kept open communication and kept me in the loop of what’s going on during the whole entire process. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues. I feel that the price was reasonable and doable.

I would add 5 more stars if I could. Anthony and Adrian came out bright and early this morning to install a water heater that was very old. They got it out swept up before they put the new one in. They spent time making sure everything was perfect, showed me how to adjust it and I must say, it's beautiful. They then went out of their way to check a few things with my water line to let me know what, if anything needed to be done. Did not try to push me into buying more than what I wanted. I can't say enough, their work is outstanding, their professional, their prompt and their nice. I am very pleased and they will be my plumbers from now on. I highly recommend this company and their employees.

Eugene installed our new toilet and was absolutely fantastic. He showed up right on time, worked quickly and professionally, and had everything running smoothly in no time. He’s not just efficient, he’s a walking encyclopedia of plumbing knowledge. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend him if you want someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with!

I had Mr. Rooter do a major job in 2018. They were so friendly and good at what they do. Seven years later, I knew exactly who I was calling. Still the same friendly service and the tech who came out remembered me from that long ago. If I could give 10 stars I would. They are who I would recommend to anyone!

Hooked up water lines for our refrigerators incorrectly, to the hot water lines. Discovered the mistake when we got our new refrigerator this week and got hot water through the water dispenser. Took several days to get hold of him. After he came and and checked things out and discussed them he promised to come back the next day, Friday, at noon to fix the problem. He was a no show with no call, text or anything else. Very untrustworthy and unreliable.

Fast and efficient, came 45 min after I called him. I met Dan and his Associate Tony. Very courteous and professional. Affordable and fair going beyond normal services. I will for sure use him again and recommend him to others.
