Awesome company. With one call, same day appointment and within a couple of hours technician was on site. Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable, neat, clean and efficient. Quickly able to get the drain clog removed and sink draining. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Bryan has been here numerous times. My kitchen flooded in June and he and Joe took care of the numerous issues. They also went under my house to make sure there was no more leaking. This company delivered everything they promised quickly, and with quality workmanship. I called because the water heater pilot at my daughter's home in Chico would not relight. Joe had his crew out the same day and got the pilot to relight. He told me the water heater was over 20 years old and would probably not run much longer. Yep, he was right. Two days later, in the evening, my daughter texts and says they have no hot water again. I called Joe and spoke with him. He gave me a verbal quote to replace the water heater. I texted him back early the next morning to go ahead with the replacement. By 10 am the same day the new water heater was installed and running. The price was commensurate with typical plumbing rates, but the service was superior. IMO, you're a fool if you call someone else.

Absolutely incredible company! I had a plumbing nightmare on a Saturday. I reached out to Plum Plumbing Crazy and they immediately messaged back and offered an appointment within a few hours. Vinnie came out and cleared our clogged toilet which took some time as our line was backed up with WIPES! I gotta say i was quite impressed, and thats not somthing i say much. I called about a drain that broke and vinny said no problem. Fixed the drain in a very timley manner. He knew what he was doing and very nice and kind. Eneded up calling him again the, next day when my main waterline broke and he had it fixed faster than any one ive seen. Great company definetly recomend. I will be calling him for all my plumbing problems.

Kyle was very professional, prompt, communicative, clean, punctual. Honest and up front about costs. He did a great job from start to finish. Omar worked hard, is polite professional and respectful. Knowledgeable in his field. Replaced cast iron seer drains to toilets, galvanized to facets, reinstalled a toilet, cleaned up mess under house from how new was connected to old. He cleaned up after himself. Because of his honesty and how he works I’ve given him all of my old plumbing issues being taken care of by him!

Dalton and Wyatt came out to disconnect my washer and gas dryer and cap the gas line for my move. They were extremely professional, kind, and respectful the whole time. They explained everything clearly, handled the washer/dryer disconnect quickly, safely capped the gas line, and even found the specialty cap I thought I didn’t have. Everything was done efficiently and with great care. The price was very reasonable, and they made what could have been a stressful errand feel easy. I really appreciate their help and would definitely use Accurate Plumbing again.

I am very happy with the service provided by Attaboy Plumbing. We have been struggling with a subpar sewer line since we purchased our home many years ago. Gradual root intrusion from a nearby mulberry tree pushed an accumulation of roots each time it was previously cleared. I was aware that it needed replacement, and was aware it would be expensive. I called Attaboy Plumbing because they perform sewer line replacements. Lucas came out within an hour of my call, noted what was mentioned above, tried to clear, then quoted the cost for replacement. Mike and Lucas both showed up the next morning to start the replacement. Two days of hard labor later, I have a new sewer line that flows correctly and effortlessly. Thank you for your hard work, honesty, and integrity.

My mistake, I should have read a few reviews before I called Attaboy plumbing but they promised quick service and they did deliver on that. I can't blame the tech that they sent out he's probably just following orders, I blame the managers / corporation. We needed a simple natural gas line repair under a sidewalk and I had it half dug out when the tech showed up, he looked at it for a few minutes, worked on his computer and announced an estimate of $2000 to $3000 and 2 days work mostly because he wanted to break up the concrete🙄(not happening ) I had the line completely dug out before he made it back to Chico and by 5:00 that afternoon I had the repair back in place with no concrete cutting and a 1 hour trip to get the piping.It cost less than $300 which was less than what they still wanted to test the system after I did all the work myself. An outfit that stretchs a job out to 10 times the actual cost of the repair just to keep their employees busy and more profit for management. If you read further down in the reviews you'll see a lot more situations just like mine with one star reviews and over charged customers. Call Earl's plumbing for better service and a free estimate 👍 Edit 10/25. Management called me a liar but the repair was done without breaking any concrete and done by 5:00 the same day. It was a simple straight piece of pipe under a five foot sidewalk, completely disconnected and loose all I had to do was wrench it out of the ground and go to town to get a replacement. It did take PGE 2 days to get the gas on because they needed the county to sign off the permit and it happened to be presidents weekend, no inspections. Total out of Pocket with Earl's doing the pressure check less than a $1000 and no concrete repair either. Easy- peasy no jackhammer. I lived up to my end of the agreement, $75 service call w/estimate, paid at time of service. People should look at a business manager that labels paid up customers, as liars... (Edit 10/25). The young man that wrote the estimate seemed to think that breaking concrete was necessary and as much fun at that is, I didn't want to re-do that strip of sidewalk later this summer. the plastic pipe was in the ground by 5:00 the same day, easy job no busted concrete. One of the photos shows that sleeves were installed the next morning in anticipation of county inspection on a Friday but no one available and President's day was on Monday. Tuesday it passed visual and pressure test first try. Earl's did the final hookup and pressure test and confirmed that properly sleeved and buried the line was good for 50 year service. I initially suggested plastic and your man didn't recommend it (break concrete) I suggested a mole he said he didn't recommend it (break concrete) he seemed to be bent on breaking up a sidewalk that would has cost me several thousand dollars later in the summer to make it look better. (30+ feet) It just wasn't necessary to do so. I feel sorry for the fixed income people that call you and don't have other options or friendly neighbors. I lived up to my end of the agreement, $75 service call w/estimate, paid at time of service. People should look at a business manager that labels paid up customers, as liars...

Super quick callback on our service call, and they were out here to assess about an hour after. Gave me a quote and got right to work, and our water heater was working properly in less than an hour. Mike and Alex were great -- in their work, explanations, and service. Highly recommend!

I discovered that the waterline from our meter to our house had ruptured on Friday, February 6, 2026 as my wife and I were loading our luggage into the car for a trip to Cabo San Lucas. I called Earl's and within 30 minutes, Jeffery Faulk arrived and assessed the problem. I told him that my wife and I had planned a trip and he said that would be no problem, as he would not need access to the inside of the house. He worked out an estimate for the repair, including installing a new pressure regulator. Jeffery agreed to call 811 to locate the underground utilities and that work would start the following Wednesday. All of this occurred on a Friday. I left with no small amount of trepidation. The following Thursday afternoon, I received a call from Jeffery informing me that the repair was complete and he was requesting a card number for payment. I returned home to fine the work done professionally and cleaned up. He had also made sure that our dog remained in the backyard. The price he invoiced was right on the estimate he had given me. I am delighted with his service, quality, and timeliness of work, and that he was on time and ON BUDGET!!! Thank you to Earl's and Jeffery for the help.

Tyler was amazing! Super professional, and efficient. He showed me where the issues were with my sink, and gave me several options with my garbage disposal. I also respected thay he didn't try to push me to spend money unecessarily. He showed integrity, and that's a good rate quality.

Fast customer service! Next day appointment for diagnostics and same day repair. Ryan W stopped by and was able to diagnose a faulty pressure valve that needed to be replaced. Everything was done under an hour. Per google search replacement like this is ~300-800usd, I was charged 316 bucks which is reasonable. I recommend using them for your plumbing needs. Thanks guys.

We have had Watkins do work for us several times. Today they came to replace out pressure control valve for the house. I called them first thing this morning and they were here within an hour. 1-2026 just had Thrifty Rooter convert my septic system to sewer- highly recommend. Being a single female is sometimes difficult when it comes to big house projects- these folks were GREAT the whole time. Kept communicating through the whole process, that took some twists and turns, cleaned up the yard well, responsive to questions. Took care of everything- would 100% use again. We used Thrifty Rooter to connect to the city sewer. Tony was great about coming out to give us an estimate after a thorough look at the area. Once the job began, they were amazing at communicating what they were doing each step of the way. Our home and yard ended up presenting a few challenges, but Billy and his team accepted them and were super dedicated to figuring out the best way around them. Hours spent facing spiders in the crawl space and hand digging portions never dulled their upbeat attitude and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future!!
