Fixed leaking pipes, replaced an electric water heater (while installing this he corrected the electrical panel), and most recently Mike and David replaced the very old and tree rooted sewer pipe and replaced the toilet. When Samuel came out to give us an estimate and tell us what needed to be done, he explained all the details what needed to be done and how long it would take. We called Top Tier Plumbing for a pipe repair after having frustrating experiences with two other plumbers, and we’re really glad we did. They were the third plumber we contacted. We initially called Noble Plumbing, but instead of addressing the pipe repair, they strongly pushed a full repipe for $9,000, which was not what we wanted. We then contacted DeHart Plumbing and clearly stated we did not want PEX piping, yet they still provided a quote that included PEX and a new water heater—basically everything except what we asked for. Only after repeatedly saying no did they finally look at the actual repair and give us a quote. At that point, we decided to call one more company and reached out to Top Tier Plumbing. From the start, the experience was completely different. Their pricing was comparable to the other companies, but the service and professionalism were far better. They listened to what we wanted, didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary work, and focused solely on fixing the issue we called about.
