Had a spraying leak from an outdoor pipe and called Plumbing Experts Sewer and Drain. Gabe answered right away, understood the situation, and was on his way. He arrived in under 30 minutes, replaced the pipes, and installed a new valve. Excellent communication, quality work, and very fast service. Pride Plumbing responded within minutes with an estimate for me and they were available the next morning. The plumber David P showed up, reviewed the project and went to work. Friendly service from the staff and David. Job was done in a very reasonable time and the price was fair.

I used Righty Roo earlier this year for an issue with roots in the cracked drain of my powder room toilet. I was very happy with the outcome of that work. So, last week, when I saw a root coming out the drain of my guest bathroom tub, I immediately knew I needed to call Righty Roo again. Henry came out on time to check things today. He quickly identified that the root was 100% contained within the drain and was not due to a drainpipe crack. He remedied the problem - including a leaky faucet - and was done within an hour. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Scheduled annual heating system checkup which was performed by two excellent technicians. No problems encountered. Then over night, the furnace door had jiggled loose, cutting off the ability for the furnace to run. Two other impressive technicians came and spotted the problem immediately. They adjusted the problem area so that this issue will never occur again. I have called upon Erkies for about ten years now and have been very happy and satisfied with their responsiveness and technical abilities. The technicians have always been well informed, polite and communicative with me, the customer.

I was looking for a plumber to check on a leak and found Super Rooter on Google. Over the phone I explained that I had a leak and would need a leak detector job. We used Mr Rooter now for the second time. The first time was last March. My sister's husband was very sick and the bathroom she used for him, suddenly water was coming up in the toilet, sink and bathtub. I was with her and we were freaked out. It was pretty much the end of the day and we called Mr Rooter. Katrina responded and sent a technician out immediately . Saul came and realized it was caused by the piping. He knew the issue and promptly fixed the problem he was fantastic. This week my sink disposal in the kitchen started linking. I was having company. I immediately called Mr Rooter. Katrina sent Saul the technician to help. He realized I needed a new disposal unit. He fixed and I was so delighted. Both times they came to our rescue and solved our issues.
