IYKYK) and by 8:00 AM a technician was at our door - faster than my coffee kick-in. The tech was friendly, patient, and actually listened to me explain the problem without pretending he didn't already know how to fix it. (Solid dude.) He diagnosed our leaky shower, gave us a few different solutions, did a water quality test on the spot (turns out our water had a heck ton of chlorine and ammonia — love that for my skincare routine), and walked us through options for filters and a whole-home system. We’d already been “researching” filtration for about a year, which is a polite way of saying we kept meaning to. Clearwater made the decision easy. We agreed to a Halo whole-home system. They fixed the original leak, flushed our tankless heater, and installed the filtration system — all in under three hours. Water was off for a very short period of time, and our lives were not inconvenienced (my household’s tolerance for inconvenience is pretty low). One of mg shower did not have pressure from the fresh water line, but has a good pressure from the hot water side. Everything in the house has good pressure except this one shower. I called in the warranty company for repair, they changed the valve still the same problem, they just gave up and blamed the city water company for clogging that water line. With the issue unresolved, I called Clearwater plumbing and they booked me the earliest appointment they can put me in. Joseph checked the problem and was able to fix it in less than 30mins. Couldn’t be happier with the services we received. Our 15 year old water heater went out on us. The team at Clearwater Plumbing was top notch. I'm satisfied with the quality of their work and professionalism performing it. There was a quotation of 400 for leak detection which would be applied to any subsequent repair. They identified and repaired a crack in an apparently defective "T" junction by replacing the junction and splicing it into the 3 associated pipes. I have used them on two prior occasions with satisfaction. The initial quoted charge was high but subsequent negotiation resulted in a reasonable charge. I would recommend 911 Plumbing & Drain and will keep their card on hand for future services again.

Obviously, when you call a plumber, it’s usually because you need them now. Javier provided service the same day. He came out and found that my external drainage collapsed. He gave a fair price and agreed to start that very same day. They worked Saturday and Sunday to resolve the issue and replace the full run. They actually had to run further to get the correct drainage run. Javier was there working to get it completed also. This reminds me of old time businesses that worked for customer satisfaction.

Had my water heater replaced along with a few maintenance items surfacing. Also had two commodes, three faucets and 10 angle stops all replaced. Highly recommend these guys. Personal Plumbing felt just that. I meet and talked with over 7 people at the company who all came out to the house and never rushed me and answered all my questions. All were incredibly nice. They genuinely seemed to care about my installation done right and they did indeed do a great job. Pricing was on the expensive side. $15k for duct replacement (2300sqft) with good attic access, completed in one day. They upsized a few of the registers to better balance the new Goodman heat pump system that they installed as well ($10k).
