Exceptional service! I had a clogged drain, they came out and snaked it. They pulled out a cleaning rag that our ex-cleaning lady had disposed of 🤦🏻‍♂️. Thank you guys!

On my second day of waiting now. Secretary told me if they didn't make it yesterday it would be first thing today. 1pm and nothing, a call would have gone a long way but I guess I'm not worth it. Apparently my time means nothing to them. I will gladly pay roto rooter San Diego to come down here rather than dealing with this crap.. Thanks A lot

Had a good experience with services provided. Plumber Marco was able to locate the water leak pretty quickly. His work was ok, that's why the 3 stars. He forgot to connect the drain pipe from the water softener to the washer drain. He came back and fix what he forgot but in the process he melted the washer valves white box. That end 90° elbow to the drain don't think it was necessary to solder since is drain pipe.

I had a pipe issue in my kitchen on a Saturday morning, found Guillermo Avalos Plumbing on line and called them. The supervisor was very helpful and responsive. The plumber did get here later than agreed but once he got here he was quick, friendly, answered all our questions and cleaned after himself which I really appreciated. I will most definitely be calling them in the future and I recommend them.

Being in construction myself . Being punctual is a big thing for me. And the gentleman showed up before time amd got set up on time. He was quick and efficient. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided.

I highly recommend them. They replaced my water heater on December 24th quickly and didn't charge me extra for being after 4 pm. The guys were very helpful, clean, and fast.

There is really no other choice in the Imperial Valley for air conditioning/heating service. Desert Air Conditioning & Plumbing is very aware of this and takes advantage of every service visit. The annual membership is now at $215.00 offering two service visits a year. Every one of these visits has additional charges and recommended repairs that are never ending even when the A/C unit has been purchased from them and installed by them within a couple of years.

Our service man, Ivan Hernandez, was extremely good. Courteous and knowledgeable, he not only addressed issues with our AC system, but answered our questions clearly and thoroughly. He provided us with various options. A very positive experience.

Talk about peace of mind! After a poor experience with a different plumbing company, it was a breath of fresh air to work w/ west coast plumbing. Isaack and crew not only did an amazing job in remedying an urgent water heater issue, but were available to respond immediately and arrived on site exactly when promised. Once he was able to diagnose the cause, Isaack sourced a hard-to-find/backordered component through his network of contacts and went far above and beyond in tracking one down so that I'd have service restoration within 24 hours (vs potential weeks of lead time). Additionally, he was in constant communication and provided clear and easily understandable updates on technical matters both over the phone and via text messages. It's rare to find this level of pure customer service and attentiveness in the Valley, and I was extraordinarily pleased with the results. Quoted rates are reasonable and transparent, especially considering the exceptional level of service/care provided. I cannot recommend Isaack and Master Pro enough.

I had a leak on my ceiling due to a broken copper pipe. I called Master Pro and they were very polite/responsive. They sent Isaack within the hour that I called. Isaack is very professional and polite. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and even educated me on what to look for with different types of leaks that can occur. Luis has been great to work with, he has been very responsive and professional. We have a crawl space that is elevated and we felt like we were going to fall through the floor. Quality Restorations ripped out all the old flooring and base then reinforced it. It feels so sturdy now, we are very happy with our new floor and highly recommend them.
