These guys are knowledgeable and have all the correct equipment. Our house has aging cast-iron pipes which the pipe joints were corroding shut There team were able to come in and installed a new cleanout that was not originally install on the house. The additional cleanout will allow to deal with future blockage which I doubt we need to do for a long time. Their hydro-blast did am amazing job. They are an amazing company and they know what they are doing. I recommend them 100%.

The guys from Otter Squad did a great job diagnosing and resolving clogged outside drain pipes connected to multiple downspouts at the house. They used a camera snake to go directly into the pipes to understand where the problems were so they could resolve them. I highly recommend these guys, they know what they are doing, and have the equipment and experience to get the job done. Alfredo and Andrew worked hard and charged a fair price. In the end, all the issues were resolved, just in time for the rainy season.

Thankfully, I haven't had to use plumbing services often and this was booked through Home Depot, but I was very satisfied with URV. They sent a map with technician's location prior to the time window. Roman arrived on the early side of the service window, which is great. He was very professional and I really appreciate that he used shoe covers before entering the house (without me asking). Needless to say, the job (garbage disposal replacement) itself was completed well.

I noticed my water heater was leaking on late Saturday afternoon. I file claim online with my home owner insurance and assigned to service provider within network. However, this service provider never response to my calls so I decided to Flow Pro Plumbing & Jesse(Owner) responded & told me ETA for the crews to come in. Rudy comes in timely, professional, friendly & did assessment job. First shut off the gas, water off & drain any water left in the tank. Since it was late already, Rudy had to come back & install new water heater next morning. It only takes him a couple hours. He did very excellent work. I recommend this company to everyone. We have used Flo Pro Plumbing several times since we purchased a house every time they are quick to respond their technicians are extremely polite and professional. Called Almighty Plumbing at 8 AM in full panic mode because our 10+ year old Whirlpool water heater would not relight. Michael answered, said he could be there at 9… and he was. He first tried to relight the pilot before recommending replacement, which I appreciated. Unfortunately the unit was just done. It was time. We moved forward with a new 50-gallon heater and the process was seamless. What really stood out was his communication. He texted when he was leaving for parts, when he was on his way back, and when the job was complete. I work remote, so that level of follow-through matters. He handled everything start to finish. Horrible service. I call asking if tuey do free estimate and William said yes so i agree for him to cpme and taoe anlook for w have low hot water pressure. Willliam came amd looked around and found what seems to be the problem so he said hell change the pipes on the water heater and will see. He charged us 200.00 for a 15 minutes job. He said should be ok bit gave us an estimate to do the whole job. He left with the 200.00 now we dont get any hot water what so ever and our water heater is peaking so we have to put a bucket under it. Terrible setvice.

Ivan was amazing and he knows what he's talking about. He came out to inspect a low flow and pressure issue and in 5mins he found the issue with a failing water softener. He came back the next day to help install and made quick work of it. Tested the unit for softness 3 times and the flow and pressure was working again. He did the work fast and efficiently. My Danville home's guest bathroom's toilet had a large leak. After I called Alex, he came to inspect it on the same day and recommended replacing it because it was located below a vanity extension with too narrow a gap in between so that the toilet would have to be taken out before the bulky "ecoflush" system could be replaced, hence repairing it would make no sense economically. Among the available toilets at Home Depot that could fit into the tight space, Alex considerately recommended one with easier access to tank components so that I would be able to replace parts by myself in the future. Although Alex was already fully booked for the next day, since a guest was arriving in two days, Alex kindly agreed to add this as the last job of the next day and came in the evening for toilet replacement plus a minor sprinkler job. We had Alex come by to take a look at 4 different plumbing issues. He provided an assessment for each one and was honest about what could be fixed and what could not. All 4 times would be more effective to replace, or wait until it breaks and then to repair it. He gave us a few things we could consider and also helped us identify root cause of where all the plumbing issues are stemming from.
