I've used the Graham Plumbing services for the past 8 years for all my plumbing issues and have never been disappointed. This time I had a major clog affecting my shower, sink and toilet. They quickly discovered the where and why it was clogged and clearly explained the process of the necessary descaling and hydro jetting of that main line as well as the risk when dealing with 70 year old pipes. The work was successful and I'll continue to use and recommend Graham Plumbing. Job well done!

Thank you Sean! My range is no longer sticking out . I had recently upgraded my range due to the last one breaking but unfortunately the gas line behind the stove was actually protruding and didn't allow the new range to fit properly. It was sticking out about 5-6 inches and looked around to find a reputable plumber to help us out. I contacted a few and many of them told me they didn't do residential work or anything "small". Randomly I was on Nextdoor and asked if anyone knew any good plumbers and 12/20 responded with Graham Plumbing so I figured I'd give them a shot. Right away Reagan set me up with an appointment and even if we had to reschedule I really appreciate that she left multiple voicemails to get to me. On Monday I had Sean come look at the site and see what could be done and right away he told me what would be the best solution. He first checked the water pressure, smart meter and water heater to see that everything was running fine. He then noted a few problems and gave me different options for what he could do. It was nice to know that Sean was quick at pointing out things that our home inspector had told us to repair in our home report. So I knew that Sean was the real deal and wasn't just trying to get us to add more unnecessary projects to the gig. I appreciated the different cost effective options but I opted for the best one, which included everything that we planned to get repaired anyway. It was nice to just get it all done in one full swoop than to have to do it in parts. Sean was very pleasant and took the time to care for our appliances, cabinets and furniture. He also took the time to explain the process and steps as he went. He also showed me what I needed to do when the gas line shut off due to the earthquake shut-off valve and it was nice to know I could explain it to my husband afterwards. He cleaned up and left the place spotless too. Overall, my experience and impression was pretty positive and I know I will 100% contact them again for any other updates or issues. Thank you so much. Prices were also really fair and reasonable considering all the work that was done.

I have used Graham Plumbing twice now. They're employees are respectful and get right to work. This time they cleaned up the maze of pipes that were under my sink and installed my faucet. Now I know I can install the faucet myself but with the maze and sizes of my pipes I felt, if something should go wrong, I would not have the right tools to fix it.

We had a shower drain that was becoming progressively slow. I attempted to snake it myself a couple times as I am usually able to clear it, but this time no luck. Called Clean Out, quickly got a response and Bryant showed up on time as promised. After repeated attempts, he took a look further and determined that it was likely a partially blocked old galvanized/cast iron pipe which is exactly what it turned out to be. Nobody likes plumbing problems, but these guys responded quickly, assessed the issue, provided me with options, set expectations so that there would be no surprises, provided a great service and stood behind their work with a 5 year warranty. On top of that, Marco (the owner) followed up a few days later to see if I was happy with the work. All of this at what I felt was a fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done. Awesome experience this morning with clean out plumbing. It’s Saturday 7 AM and all of our drains start to back up. I called Christopher and he was able to come out within a couple hours. He is very knowledgeable and was thorough in his assessments. He took a lot of time to answer questions, and in the end, quoted me several options, all at very reasonable prices. I totally recommend this company for any drain and plumbing needs!

Clean Out Plumbing was great. We had some significant issues with our sewer line and after a few companies came out to give us a quote, we decided to go with Clean Out. Erick and his crew were excellent. He clearly explained the work they would do and some of the challenges that could potentially come up. He was honest through the whole process. The price was much more reasonable than some of the others. I will definitely use them again when we are in need.

I had two good experiences working with Clean Out Kings. A few years ago they snaked my clogged bathroom sink, and I have never had an issue since. Recently Martin looked into issues with the toilets and found downstream piping issues. Martin resolved the immediate issue but explained the bigger cause. He was thorough in the inspection and explained the issue clearly. Overall a trustworthy company.

Clean Out Kings are the only plumbers I’ll ever use again! Today Our technician Bobby was changing our water softner Brine bin and within 15 minutes he was on the road. What are the chances that in those 20 minutes or so we had a major back up in the whole house! We called Bobby and he returned to the residence and cleared his whole schedule to completely clear our main line. He also had to tell us the bad news of roots growing through our pipes near the street and even included a video of the damage! Rest assured the Clean Out Kings are giving me solutions to fix my issue and at a reasonable price. Can’t thank these guys enough for saving the day!

I have used Clean Out King’s for many years with a variety of repairs, water heater repairs and replacements, or whatever requires plumbing issues. My to go plumber is Martin. He is absolutely the best. He goes far and beyond to do what is best for his clients. He is knowledgeable, patient and transparent. This week I had the most challenging job for him. We had a slab leak in our powder room. It was a difficult task to try to figure out the problem, but Martin worked endlessly until he solved and fixed the issue. Today he came with another nice gentleman, named Raul and both worked for long hours until everything was. working perfectly. He also installed a new water pressure regulator. I highly recommend Clean Out King’s and if you request Martin you won’t be disappointed.

Both Steven and Oblad did an amazing job they were professional, they did not attempt to hard sell additional services , they did suggest installing a clean out for present and future blockages. I felt it was reasonable. It did take most of the day to install. They ran a camera through the pipe to ensure the blockages were addressed. I am pleased with the results. The home staff was also responsive and returned phone calls and answered phone calls promptly.I will call DC plumbing in the future for future plumbing challenges , great overall experience!

I’m very grateful for Steven’s help with clearing my outdoor pipeline clogged by palm roots. He responded very promptly and showed up in about 30 minutes. Steven explained clearly my different options for managing the issues with reasonable price quotes for each, and did not lose any time in getting to resolve the pipe obstruction immediately. These guys did an amazing job! I called them for what i thought i needed. Come to find out i dont have a septic issue . They were very patient didnt get annoyed and gave me a different solution. My primary contact was Frank and I just need to say that he has been very professional and great face of this company. I originally had a drain problem which evolved into needing repiping of my entire drain and intake system. Frank was able to show me pictures and videos which helped inform my decision on what I needed to get done. There were bumps as in all construction but they were able to communicate the issues in a timely manner and able to work with our schedules. I am very happy with their work and they also continued to monitor after the job was done too. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for any job, big or small.

Ad says free if clog isn't resolved... Mine wasn't; yet I was still charged almost $100 for the service. Had to call another plumber to unclog the actual issue which cost me another $200 because he snaked the actual main line and got it all the way to the curb of my street. Do your homework and find a word of mouth plumber who isn't a franchise run service. These are the type of companies that will milk your pockets with projects if you let them. Discernment is real , listen to your gut!

We had a major plumbing emergency late in the evening and RedHead Rooter responded quickly and professionally when we needed help the most. We called four places before we found them. Not only did Damien come out super fast, but we didn’t speak to an answering service or an AI chat bot. We spoke to a person! that meant so much to us right from the jump! Our main line had a serious blockage that caused sewage to back up into our bathroom and multiple rooms — it was a stressful and messy situation. Damien and Nate arrived on time, assessed the issue, and worked quickly to clear the blockage and stop the problem. They explained what was happening with the line, showed us with their camera where both blockages were and handled the job like absolute professionals. When you’re dealing with something as unpleasant and urgent as a mainline backup, having a company that shows up quickly and gets to work makes a huge difference. A total sewage stoppage at our home on New Year's Eve led to rotor-rooting and then hydro jetting with camera assist, that discovered a break in our sewer line. The break was under a concrete patio, and despite being a holiday, they came back New Year's Day to replace the section of broken pipe, without charging holiday rates. Their efforts allowed us to remain in our house instead of a hotel while the repairs were made. The compromised area had many sewer tie-ins and difficult angles, yet I felt very comfortable with their level of expertise. Working conditions with lots of rain each day made the job more difficult, and even though I offered them to come back after the rains ended (even if days) to finish the site clean-up, they persisted in finishing the job. I never felt pressured to make my decisions as the job progressed, and felt very comfortable with their competence level. I highly recommend RedHead Rooter!

Nate came to clean out our kitchen drain. He arrived on time and was very polite. He completed the job successfully and did a nice job cleaning up afterward. My wife mentioned he smelled good too. :-)

We had a big job done rejuvenating our drains. Juan kept us informed every inch of the way. Even though he ran into a few problems, not his fault, he solved them calmly and efficiently . I had a leaky kitchen faucet that turned out to be broken and the water was draining to the soil and not through the actual drainage system, and Juan from Happy Camper Heating and Air came to evaluate it and figure out what was needed to do. He brought all the tools and workers needed, and quickly replaced the faulty parts. Now the faucet works perfectly with no problems at all and now drains perfectly. Juan was polite, professional, and did a great job. I would definitely call Happy Camper Heating and Air again for any plumbing work.

Soo Hipp installed a new water softner system for us after we inquired with Eddie about the process and cost. They installed the unit and a smart monitor, as well as the needed outlet, and they drained our water heater. Any questions we had were handled quickly and the work done on time and even with a supply chain issue it was all completed in good time and the estimate was honored. This services was added on to other work and we didnt have to wait for a new work order or a new start date which is great when youre dealing with time frames where its necessary to turn off water. Our experience with them was great and I would look to them for quotes for future needs.

Roger was so nice and accommodating. I needed some plumbing help with my toilet and sink. There was a couple of huge blockages. He cleared it up, showed me what was in it, and was nice to my needy dog!

I hired Soo Hipp Plumbing to address my aging 65 year old clay main drain. I was interested in having my drains inspected after repiping my house after addressing some leaks on my old galvanized incoming water line. Seeing the condition of those old pipes, I assumed I could also be having issues with my drainpipes subject to the same subterrenean conditions. I sat with them as they ran their camera through all the drains feeding the main drain as well as the main drain itself. They were very patient and explained things thouroghly as we inspected the drains together. Most if not each connection of clay pipe had become seperated to a small degree but enough for the roots of my trees to find that drain water. I thought it best to ask them to blast those roots free and line my drains now while the issue was manageable rather than waiting for a section to collapse or become out of alignment enough to be impossible to run a drain liner through the old clay pipes. Glad I did it and have peace of mind regarding my drains. Their pricing was fair, the work was top-notch, and they are good hard working folks and easy to work with. I'd recommend Soo Hiip to anyone needing plumbing or drain repair.

Plumber 007 Plumbing Services Paramount did a fantastic job for us! The technician arrived right on time and was both friendly and professional. We were really worried because we’re selling our house in Paramount, had an inspection scheduled soon, and the kitchen sink was completely clogged. Another plumbing company had come out before but couldn’t fix the issue—they just told us to call someone else. Luckily, we got an appointment for the next morning. The technician quickly found the problem and fixed it. It turned out the previous plumber hadn’t reconnected the water pipe properly, which left water pooling under our sink. Everything works perfectly now. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. We hired Top Notch Plumbing for a major plumbing job totaling around $15,000 for a full home repipe and redrain. Only a few months later, one of the plumbing lines already failed. After the issues started, we paid another company to inspect everything and compare the work against the contract. They found multiple items listed in the contract that were never actually done. When I brought this up to Jaime, the owner, I was told the contract was “generic” and that they “don’t have time to be specific.” That response was extremely disappointing. A $15,000 job is not “generic” to a working family, especially while trying to save money on active duty military pay. To make matters worse, Jaime even had the audacity to try charging me additional money for plumbing work that was supposed to already be included in the contract. That was the final straw for us. At this point, I honestly don’t even feel comfortable asking them to come back and fix the issues because I no longer trust the quality of the work. Now we are likely going to spend even more money hiring another company to correct what should have been done in the first place. Please do your research before hiring this company. We regret not getting additional opinions beforehand.
