We had a major plumbing emergency late in the evening and RedHead Rooter responded quickly and professionally when we needed help the most. We called four places before we found them. Not only did Damien come out super fast, but we didn’t speak to an answering service or an AI chat bot. We spoke to a person! that meant so much to us right from the jump! Our main line had a serious blockage that caused sewage to back up into our bathroom and multiple rooms — it was a stressful and messy situation. Damien and Nate arrived on time, assessed the issue, and worked quickly to clear the blockage and stop the problem. They explained what was happening with the line, showed us with their camera where both blockages were and handled the job like absolute professionals. When you’re dealing with something as unpleasant and urgent as a mainline backup, having a company that shows up quickly and gets to work makes a huge difference. A total sewage stoppage at our home on New Year's Eve led to rotor-rooting and then hydro jetting with camera assist, that discovered a break in our sewer line. The break was under a concrete patio, and despite being a holiday, they came back New Year's Day to replace the section of broken pipe, without charging holiday rates. Their efforts allowed us to remain in our house instead of a hotel while the repairs were made. The compromised area had many sewer tie-ins and difficult angles, yet I felt very comfortable with their level of expertise. Working conditions with lots of rain each day made the job more difficult, and even though I offered them to come back after the rains ended (even if days) to finish the site clean-up, they persisted in finishing the job. I never felt pressured to make my decisions as the job progressed, and felt very comfortable with their competence level. I highly recommend RedHead Rooter!

I've used the Graham Plumbing services for the past 8 years for all my plumbing issues and have never been disappointed. This time I had a major clog affecting my shower, sink and toilet. They quickly discovered the where and why it was clogged and clearly explained the process of the necessary descaling and hydro jetting of that main line as well as the risk when dealing with 70 year old pipes. I had recently upgraded my range due to the last one breaking but unfortunately the gas line behind the stove was actually protruding and didn't allow the new range to fit properly. It was sticking out about 5-6 inches and looked around to find a reputable plumber to help us out. I contacted a few and many of them told me they didn't do residential work or anything "small". Randomly I was on Nextdoor and asked if anyone knew any good plumbers and 12/20 responded with Graham Plumbing so I figured I'd give them a shot. Right away Reagan set me up with an appointment and even if we had to reschedule I really appreciate that she left multiple voicemails to get to me. On Monday I had Sean come look at the site and see what could be done and right away he told me what would be the best solution. He first checked the water pressure, smart meter and water heater to see that everything was running fine. He then noted a few problems and gave me different options for what he could do. It was nice to know that Sean was quick at pointing out things that our home inspector had told us to repair in our home report. So I knew that Sean was the real deal and wasn't just trying to get us to add more unnecessary projects to the gig. I appreciated the different cost effective options but I opted for the best one, which included everything that we planned to get repaired anyway. It was nice to just get it all done in one full swoop than to have to do it in parts. Sean was very pleasant and took the time to care for our appliances, cabinets and furniture. He also took the time to explain the process and steps as he went. He also showed me what I needed to do when the gas line shut off due to the earthquake shut-off valve and it was nice to know I could explain it to my husband afterwards. He cleaned up and left the place spotless too. Overall, my experience and impression was pretty positive and I know I will 100% contact them again for any other updates or issues. Thank you so much. I have used Graham Plumbing twice now. They're employees are respectful and get right to work. This time they cleaned up the maze of pipes that were under my sink and installed my faucet. Now I know I can install the faucet myself but with the maze and sizes of my pipes I felt, if something should go wrong, I would not have the right tools to fix it.

Yesterday I had a major issue with my kitchen sink. It was completely backed up and not draining at all. I tried every DIY trick I could think of, but nothing worked. After reading all the great reviews on Yelp and Google, I decided to give I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing a call, and I’m really glad I did. When I called, Brittany was very helpful and quickly scheduled a technician named Nico. He arrived within two hours, right on time. Nico was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. He ran a camera down the drain and found a heavy sludge buildup that was preventing the pipe from draining correctly. He recommended hydro jetting to clear the line. After completing the service, he showed me the before and after camera footage. The difference was huge and the line looked significantly cleaner. My sink is now draining perfectly. Their pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I will definitely be calling I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Our main sewer was backing up repeatedly. Other plumbers kept snaking the line with no permanent results. I Love Sewers came in, ran a proper inspection, and found deep root intrusion. They jetted the line and installed a cleanout so we wouldn’t have this issue again. Everything was done under warranty, and I got full documentation with before-and-after video. That’s how it should be done.

I can’t recommend I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing enough! I had a serious issue where none of my drains were working and my whole house was starting to smell. The owner, Carlos, showed up within an hour and immediately ran a camera inspection. He discovered not only a sewage backup, but also tree roots that had grown into my sewer line causing the main issue. Carlos and his team replaced the entire main sewer line with a brand new, high-quality line that’s up to code, and they also installed a 2-way clean out for easy maintenance in the future. Carlos did an amazing job explaining everything to me step by step, showing me the camera footage, and making sure I understood exactly what needed to be fixed. The whole process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. If you ever have plumbing problems, I highly recommend calling the I Love Sewers team they saved me from what could have been a nightmare!

We had a shower drain that was becoming progressively slow. I attempted to snake it myself a couple times as I am usually able to clear it, but this time no luck. Called Clean Out, quickly got a response and Bryant showed up on time as promised. After repeated attempts, he took a look further and determined that it was likely a partially blocked old galvanized/cast iron pipe which is exactly what it turned out to be. Nobody likes plumbing problems, but these guys responded quickly, assessed the issue, provided me with options, set expectations so that there would be no surprises, provided a great service and stood behind their work with a 5 year warranty. On top of that, Marco (the owner) followed up a few days later to see if I was happy with the work. All of this at what I felt was a fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done. Awesome experience this morning with clean out plumbing. It’s Saturday 7 AM and all of our drains start to back up. I called Christopher and he was able to come out within a couple hours. He is very knowledgeable and was thorough in his assessments. He took a lot of time to answer questions, and in the end, quoted me several options, all at very reasonable prices. I totally recommend this company for any drain and plumbing needs!

We had an emergency due to a shower not turning off. We also understood we had to pay the after houra emergency fee. He put on 2 faucets (one on tub, one on shower) and on top of the emergency call charged us over $600 . We were desperate because we live on a septic so we paid it but in the process we lost our hot water and were not told this would happen. Even with all that he spent more time outside walking around than even putting the valves/faucet heads on. Such a disappointment not only did we get over charged but loat hot water. Beware this vendor ls taking advantage of people.

They did a great Job pumping our septic tank. They arrived within an hour of talking with Frank on the phone. The job was completed within 30 minutes of the truck arriving. The final price was very reasonable and was slightly lower than what he had estimated on the phone. Frank followed up with a no cost evaluation of the tank. No high pressure sales just explaned the conditioni of the tank and some optionial modifications if they become necessary in the future. All in all very happy with the service, honesty, and professionalism.

I had initially contacted Robert about a pipe burst for my sewer line, and after getting quotes from over a dozen different rooter companies, I have decided that Robert seemed the most helpful, easygoing, and willing to answer my various questions about the process. The house is at least 70 years old and most of the pipes are the original galvanized. We discovered an extremely bad water loss and we put in a call. They found the main issue and then showed us pictures of many more. As you can tell from the pictures, a nearly full plumbing replacement job took place. These guys were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, being very forthright with sharing that knowledge. They made sure to keep us informed the entire job. They explained any and all questions we had. Long story short, they worked long hours for a week to get this job done. Jovanny, and the entire crew were excellent! Especially with all the under the house work that had to be done. They had to crawl around for hours under the house like classic tunnel rats.
