He was careful not to make a mess under the cabinets and the drains are flowing better than they have in years.

I had recently upgraded my range due to the last one breaking but unfortunately the gas line behind the stove was actually protruding and didn't allow the new range to fit properly. It was sticking out about 5-6 inches and looked around to find a reputable plumber to help us out. I contacted a few and many of them told me they didn't do residential work or anything "small". Randomly I was on Nextdoor and asked if anyone knew any good plumbers and 12/20 responded with Graham Plumbing so I figured I'd give them a shot. Right away Reagan set me up with an appointment and even if we had to reschedule I really appreciate that she left multiple voicemails to get to me. On Monday I had Sean come look at the site and see what could be done and right away he told me what would be the best solution. He first checked the water pressure, smart meter and water heater to see that everything was running fine. He then noted a few problems and gave me different options for what he could do. It was nice to know that Sean was quick at pointing out things that our home inspector had told us to repair in our home report. So I knew that Sean was the real deal and wasn't just trying to get us to add more unnecessary projects to the gig. I appreciated the different cost effective options but I opted for the best one, which included everything that we planned to get repaired anyway. It was nice to just get it all done in one full swoop than to have to do it in parts. Sean was very pleasant and took the time to care for our appliances, cabinets and furniture. He also took the time to explain the process and steps as he went. He also showed me what I needed to do when the gas line shut off due to the earthquake shut-off valve and it was nice to know I could explain it to my husband afterwards. He cleaned up and left the place spotless too. Overall, my experience and impression was pretty positive and I know I will 100% contact them again for any other updates or issues. Thank you so much. I have used Graham Plumbing twice now. They're employees are respectful and get right to work. This time they cleaned up the maze of pipes that were under my sink and installed my faucet. Now I know I can install the faucet myself but with the maze and sizes of my pipes I felt, if something should go wrong, I would not have the right tools to fix it.

We had a shower drain that was becoming progressively slow. I attempted to snake it myself a couple times as I am usually able to clear it, but this time no luck. Called Clean Out, quickly got a response and Bryant showed up on time as promised. After repeated attempts, he took a look further and determined that it was likely a partially blocked old galvanized/cast iron pipe which is exactly what it turned out to be. Nobody likes plumbing problems, but these guys responded quickly, assessed the issue, provided me with options, set expectations so that there would be no surprises, provided a great service and stood behind their work with a 5 year warranty. On top of that, Marco (the owner) followed up a few days later to see if I was happy with the work. All of this at what I felt was a fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done. Awesome experience this morning with clean out plumbing. It’s Saturday 7 AM and all of our drains start to back up. I called Christopher and he was able to come out within a couple hours. He is very knowledgeable and was thorough in his assessments. He took a lot of time to answer questions, and in the end, quoted me several options, all at very reasonable prices. We had an emergency due to a shower not turning off. We also understood we had to pay the after houra emergency fee. He put on 2 faucets (one on tub, one on shower) and on top of the emergency call charged us over $600 . We were desperate because we live on a septic so we paid it but in the process we lost our hot water and were not told this would happen. Even with all that he spent more time outside walking around than even putting the valves/faucet heads on. Such a disappointment not only did we get over charged but loat hot water. Beware this vendor ls taking advantage of people.

They did a great Job pumping our septic tank. They arrived within an hour of talking with Frank on the phone. The job was completed within 30 minutes of the truck arriving. The final price was very reasonable and was slightly lower than what he had estimated on the phone. Frank followed up with a no cost evaluation of the tank. No high pressure sales just explaned the conditioni of the tank and some optionial modifications if they become necessary in the future. All in all very happy with the service, honesty, and professionalism.

The house is at least 70 years old and most of the pipes are the original galvanized. We discovered an extremely bad water loss and we put in a call. They found the main issue and then showed us pictures of many more. As you can tell from the pictures, a nearly full plumbing replacement job took place.
