I went onto Yelp and Barbosa Plumbing responded quickly with a $350 bid. Based on their Yelp reviews I took a leap of faith and hired them. They communicated with me on the day of service and arrived on schedule. It was a 2 man crew that did a great job, very professional. Thank you Sean! My range is no longer sticking out . I had recently upgraded my range due to the last one breaking but unfortunately the gas line behind the stove was actually protruding and didn't allow the new range to fit properly. It was sticking out about 5-6 inches and looked around to find a reputable plumber to help us out. I contacted a few and many of them told me they didn't do residential work or anything "small". Randomly I was on Nextdoor and asked if anyone knew any good plumbers and 12/20 responded with Graham Plumbing so I figured I'd give them a shot. Right away Reagan set me up with an appointment and even if we had to reschedule I really appreciate that she left multiple voicemails to get to me. On Monday I had Sean come look at the site and see what could be done and right away he told me what would be the best solution. He first checked the water pressure, smart meter and water heater to see that everything was running fine. He then noted a few problems and gave me different options for what he could do. It was nice to know that Sean was quick at pointing out things that our home inspector had told us to repair in our home report. So I knew that Sean was the real deal and wasn't just trying to get us to add more unnecessary projects to the gig. I appreciated the different cost effective options but I opted for the best one, which included everything that we planned to get repaired anyway. It was nice to just get it all done in one full swoop than to have to do it in parts. Sean was very pleasant and took the time to care for our appliances, cabinets and furniture. He also took the time to explain the process and steps as he went. He also showed me what I needed to do when the gas line shut off due to the earthquake shut-off valve and it was nice to know I could explain it to my husband afterwards. I have used Graham Plumbing twice now. They're employees are respectful and get right to work. This time they cleaned up the maze of pipes that were under my sink and installed my faucet. Now I know I can install the faucet myself but with the maze and sizes of my pipes I felt, if something should go wrong, I would not have the right tools to fix it.

We had a shower drain that was becoming progressively slow. I attempted to snake it myself a couple times as I am usually able to clear it, but this time no luck. Called Clean Out, quickly got a response and Bryant showed up on time as promised. After repeated attempts, he took a look further and determined that it was likely a partially blocked old galvanized/cast iron pipe which is exactly what it turned out to be. Nobody likes plumbing problems, but these guys responded quickly, assessed the issue, provided me with options, set expectations so that there would be no surprises, provided a great service and stood behind their work with a 5 year warranty. On top of that, Marco (the owner) followed up a few days later to see if I was happy with the work. All of this at what I felt was a fair price for the amount of work that needed to be done. They did a great Job pumping our septic tank. They arrived within an hour of talking with Frank on the phone. The job was completed within 30 minutes of the truck arriving. The final price was very reasonable and was slightly lower than what he had estimated on the phone. Frank followed up with a no cost evaluation of the tank. No high pressure sales just explaned the conditioni of the tank and some optionial modifications if they become necessary in the future. All in all very happy with the service, honesty, and professionalism.

I had initially contacted Robert about a pipe burst for my sewer line, and after getting quotes from over a dozen different rooter companies, I have decided that Robert seemed the most helpful, easygoing, and willing to answer my various questions about the process. At the time, I wasn’t ready to proceed, so I kept in contact with Robert for 3 months, during this time, I’ve also called him about other questions I had, even questions my friends had, and he was always patient and willing to advise me on my concerns. The house is at least 70 years old and most of the pipes are the original galvanized. We discovered an extremely bad water loss and we put in a call. They found the main issue and then showed us pictures of many more. As you can tell from the pictures, a nearly full plumbing replacement job took place. These guys were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, being very forthright with sharing that knowledge. They made sure to keep us informed the entire job. They explained any and all questions we had. Long story short, they worked long hours for a week to get this job done. Jovanny, and the entire crew were excellent! Especially with all the under the house work that had to be done. They had to crawl around for hours under the house like classic tunnel rats. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing any kind of plumbing work.

I want to start by saying that both Jose (the plumber) and Alice (assistant/administrator) we're both easy to work with and polite. At the end of the day my drainage was fixed but I have two issues. Pics of the issue and before/after below as well. 1) Jose showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly, he then told me to wait while he puts together an estimate. After a few minutes he says it's going to be $975?! For removing the water, cutting out some of the pipe and replacing it so that he can snake it properly. I said no way that should cost $975 and asked how much is the "water removal" he said $100!! After a lot of back and forth and me saying I needed to get a second estimate from another plumber he told me they could fix it for $475 (and I now had to take out the water myself to save money, which I did and it only took 5-min...). I really wish I didn't have to barter to get a decent price (I assume I still got over charged). Ridiculous that after a few minutes of talking they dropped the price by more than 50% off what he quoted 5 minutes prior. Don't let these guys take advantage of you, if you use them, definitely get a second opinion and negotiate. 2) This is way less minor, but I did try to book through the online "Booking" link. I didn't hear back for about 8-hours until I had to call directly. If I hadn't called I don't think I would've gotten a response. This is not a big deal, but it did delay me getting everything fixed by a day, which is a slight annoyance.
