We were paired with Rudy and Oscar from Superior Plumbing through our home warranty company, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and exceptionally thorough. True experts who take pride in their work and deliver outstanding results. A previous plumber had written our issue off as unfixable, but Rudy and Oscar approached it with patience, skill, and determination. The other plumber hadn’t even attempted to remove the cast iron pipe cap, but they recognized that was the key to gaining proper access to the line. It was extremely stuck, yet they had the right tools, expertise, and persistence to get it open and fully unclog the drain. They communicated clearly, respected our home, cleaned up afterward, and ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving. They also took the time to explain what had caused the issue and offered practical advice on how to help prevent it in the future . They never asked for a review or tried to upsell us on additional services — their only focus was resolving the problem correctly and completely. As new homeowners, we’re incredibly grateful for their professionalism and integrity. We will absolutely be rehiring Superior Plumbing (and specifically Rudy and Oscar) for any future plumbing needs. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would.

Marco and Santos installed 4 new toilets. They did a fabulous job and left no mess, they even took the boxes that the new toilets came in and hauled away the old toilets. They were very professional and extremely nice. I will definitely be keeping their number for all my future plumbing needs. Also I had them install 4 new toilet shut-off valves. Highly recommend using these plumbers.

It was a long drawn out process due to having to navigate inside the shower wall with all new parts. A cover plate was too small to cover the hole... that piece alone took over 2 months to receive. Three appointments later the job was done immaculately. Jose is a "Keeper for always!" The install became a whole day process, and not once did I hear frustration or agitation. He explained the alternate option and answered my questions and concerns. A genuinely excellent plumber with patience. The staff in the office always worked with my schedule and were professional and friendly with the reschedules. The pricing increased one time due to the extra work. I couldn't ask for more. Superior Plumbing is in my contacts for good!

On Xmas day, the hot water faucet handle on my kitchen sink fell off and created a geyser. I called several plumbing companies who gave high consultation fees. Most weren’t available until the next day. Fortunately, I found Advanced Plumbing and Drain. Tim answered the phone and scheduled me for the next day between 7-8. Alex kept me updated as to his arrival time. I opened the door to a very friendly happy plumber who put us at ease. He was professional and knowledgeable. Alex did a quick fix at a fair price so that we could celebrate Christmas that day.

We had an issue late Sunday afternoon with our kitchen sink. We called their service, and they arrived promptly early Monday morning. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He explained the problem and showed us how to prevent future issues: avoid putting too much food in the garbage disposal, and run hot water with detergent once a week to help prevent clogs. I highly recommend this company!

It was clear from the moment he enter the property and examined the boiler, the water storage tank, drainage system and a few other plumbing- related systems, that he knew what he was doing. He identified where there was an immediate need for service, and where things could wait if there are budgetary constraints. Arch has been servicing my building for years. First with a new water heater, which required the old heater to be sawed in half to make it down the stairwell. They are resourceful, creative and have a can do attitude. My point person, June, helped initiate an emergency issue. Mark and Clarice came and serviced us with replacing a corroded pipe, installing a new expansion tank and backflow components. Could not have been nicer and very efficient. June followed up to ensure the work was completed as discussed. Plumbing is expensive but their prices seem reasonable compared to others in the city and their attention to detail, service and follow up makes it worth it. Thank you!

I called All Panthers Plumbing because of all the good reviews. I was not disappointed. I'm super relieved and happy with the work done by Cesar. He gave a reasonable price to fix our clogged kitchen sink and worked on it for hours until it cleared. I would definitely recommend him and will call him again for any future plumbing issues.

Cesar and his team did a great and clean job. They were able to come out the same day to provide me a quote and were able to schedule right away. I had some drainage issues because of some old cast iron plumbing I had and within a day they were able to replace the plumbing underneath my home and have it functioning like it should. Gustavo came to my house to fix an older model shower faucet that others told me couldn't be fixed & had to be entirely replaced, but Gustavo was able to repair it in a matter of minutes. Also he was attentive to a couple other leaks that he noticed and let me know about them, AND he helped me fix those and taught me how to maintain it in the future too. I had been wrapping all my threads with Teflon tape and he taught me better methods, when to use and when not to use the Teflon, etc. Great guy and great service. I learned a lot of things to do to care better for my house. Love that guy.

Very honest and nice people! I called Jeff because we were having a clogged kitchen sink and the water backed out from our laundry room. He sent a guy pretty quick who is pretty cool and knowledgeable. The sink somehow started working before Herbert arrived but he still helped us to check out any potential issues, made sure all is good and gave us some advice as well. We will definitely call them again if we have any further plumbing problems.

Had a toilet overflow emergency and these guys came through fast. They showed up quickly, figured out the issue right away, and broke the pipe just in time to stop things from getting worse. Super thankful for how fast and on it they were—definitely recommend if you ever need quick plumbing help!

Dickson and his team were so great to work with. We were caught in a bind with a water pipe leak - they were onsite within 30 minutes and quickly assessed the project and provided a quote. They were transparent with pricing and any possible additional work that could be required. The Dr. Drain team were incredibly professional, straightforward and no-nonsense. Very professional and thorough folks. I called them for a same day emergency leak under the sink and they arrived within the hour. They diagnosed the issue and had everything ready in the van. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Hydro Plumbing & Rooter really earned this one. I had a backed-up drain that two other plumbers couldn’t fix. A friend recommended Hydro Plumbing, and I’m so glad I called them. From the first call, they were professional and easy to deal with. The dispatcher gave me a same-day appointment, and the tech showed up right on time. He explained everything before starting, used a hydro-jet to clean out the line, and even showed me a video of the inside of the pipe when he was done. The water was flowing perfectly again. What really stood out to me was how respectful and clean they were. No mess, no guessing, no surprises when it came time to pay. The price was fair, and they actually cared about doing the job right. Hydro Plumbing was very thorough and knowledgable. They have all the equipment needed to solve any problem you might have. The hydrojet was not unavailable at 4:30, They returned at 7pm to finish my job, and got our plumbing functional. Great team!

This is my first experience with this company and im very satisfied. They are responsive, competitive, and will make sure youre taken care of. Jose is a very experienced plumber and is honest and reliable. He can usually get out the same day and has the experience and skills to figure out whats going on and fix it. I will definately use them in the future.

First of all, when I called big brother’s plumbing, an actual human being answered the phone, even though it was Friday evening. Then when angel arrived to fix what I thought was the P-trap under the bathroom sink, he nailed what the real problem was and tried his very best to fix it so that it would match the rest of the hardware. That was not possible, even though he tried several options. But he was pleasant and efficient and informative. He even made a few phone calls on my behalf really nice time as plumbing problems go I would recommend them. They are honest and on the case and humans answer the phone.

The first company we had called, the guy came and didn’t look properly and said we have to install a new one. Total being $6800 to replace the water heater which was way to expensive and big brothers plumbing charged less then $250. Big Brother Plumbing saved us so much money and time and did everything to fix it. Thank you so much and one of the nicest people we worked with, definitely recommend this.

Jesus Espinoza came to our apartment to fix faucet in the kitchen and he did an excellent job. We had issue with our faucet for few days. Now we are relieved and didn’t have to worry about the water leakage from our faucet anymore. Couldn’t ask for better plumber than Jesus Espinoza.

I recently had a spot repair done on my underground drain line, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Tal and he’s team quickly diagnosed the exact location of the problem and explained everything clearly before beginning any work. They handled the excavation, repaired the damaged section of pipe, and made sure all connections were secure and up to code. Tal crew worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and restored the ground once the repair was complete. The drain is now flowing perfectly with no backups or issues. Their professionalism, fair pricing, and quality workmanship really stood out.

Erick and Jordan did a fantastic job replacing old rusted leaking pipes in the bathroom (shower) interior, in the basement and exterior of the building. They are experienced, skilled and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they took the time to explain what they were doing. They both are very congenial and service oriented. It was a pleasure to work with them. I will definitely ask for them in the future! Satchiko and Xandra were both great at helping me schedule the full day of work that needed to be done, answered all my questions when I called several times and helped me coordinate meeting Erick and Jordan to show them a last minute toilet issue. Thomas was very skillful when he came to give an estimate. He has a keen eye and showed me potential issues I hadn’t noticed. I’m very satisfied with Heise’s work!

Jose was outstanding. He came in and fixed what we had been told by another plumber was an unsolvable problem with our faucet and that our entire faucet would need to be replaced. Instead Jose expertly repaired it, checked the other faucets and installed a new mechanism in our toilet. Not having to change out two sets of faucets for new ones also saved us a ton of money in parts and labor. Can't recommend Heise's highly enough.

Extraordinary and over the top customer service I had never come into contact with this company until I had an emergency in my apartment unit which flooded late at night. They sent people immediately. Communication was top-tier. They cleaned up everything before they left. I couldn’t be more thankful or more impressed by their customer service. Highly recommend.
