Called cisneros to get my septic pump and corteney and Arelix helped me. They were able to get the technicians Hector, Jeffrey to pump out my tank. Fast service. Nathan, Lance and Koda are great. Will call them again.

Daniel and Eduardo both did a great job replacing an offset pipe! Got fresh clean out bullhorns installed to ensure there is snake access into the home as well as out of the home. My clean out only led out from the home but not back in!!! Daniel did a great job utilizing the Hydro jet to unclog my Mainline! He gained access through a pipe in the roof since we didn’t have a clean out at the back of the house. He unplugged our home really fast! You could really tell he knew what he was doing because even as I was telling him the toilet was about to overflow, he kept on it and even though it did overflow just a bit, he nailed it and it all immediately went down!!! He just told me “don’t worry I’ve got this I can feel it!” And Damn!!!! A good job he did!!! He hydro jetted on a Sunday and came back tuesday with Eduardo to fix the offset pipe issue that was just behind My clean out. They replaced pipe with even better pipe and even removed an invasive root system that caused the offset. He put salt all around the pipe to ensure that any future root systems would be deterred. They spent plenty of time educating me on how to properly care for my septic system. Daniel checked my water pressure and even unclogged my sink for me! It wasn’t bad at all. It’s just that water would slowly go down indicating a minor clog and he easily fixed the issue within two minutes! Eduardo has landscaping knowledge and gave me some tips and pointers on how I should set my front yard up since we are currently doing some landscaping.. Great guys! Great company! Luis at discount will not guarantee or warranty his work. He hides behind his minimum obligations as a plumbing contractor. If you want good, Quality and friendly service, with the assurance of knowing you have a reliable company that will provide quality services for you. Do not use Luis at Discount plumbing or any contractors he may send out. They remove your plumbing parts and replace them with a lower quality parts. And tell you that’s all He is required to do. Minimum service, Minimum quality part. And zero follow up. Chris at Tap out plumbing who was contracted out to me from Luis at Discount plumbing didn’t walk out and check out the work when finish. When we had questions in regards to why nothing was working properly, he suggested for us to call the manufacturer for he didn’t know anything about the device he was installing. Had to call thompson’s family plumbing in Apple Valley. They came out and fixed the problem that Luis at Discount plumbing would not. Consumers beware when using Discount plumbing. Will be contacting the Contractors State Licensing Board and Better Business Bureau.

While we didn't resolve the problem on day one they helped me with a plan I can afford that should fix the problem with my septic tank. Great experience with Mr. Rooter and Larry . Had an emergency with our tankless water heater. It was not heating the water throughout the house. I called on a Friday afternoon and Larry got to our house in less than 40 minutes. He was very thorough and explained what he had done to get it up and running again. Which was very helpful . Jarod was my technician, he was professional, easy to talk to and with, explained what was going on and what could be done. He went with my decision without pushing to upsale me. He did this all without talking down to me like some people tend to do when you know nothing about their profession. I truly believe I would of keep getting quotes if it wasn't for him. They came out late at night, the day after Thanksgiving and within 40 minutes of calling. Our plumber Myles was kind and informative. Our home didn't even have a clean out pipe so he snaked it via the roof vent. Will call again if I ever have an issue at my home.

I met Mauricio the owner at In Shape Gym next to Costco a few years ago. He told me he was a local plumber. I came home to a leak in my garage the other day and called his office. His son came the next day and repaired it on the spot. Inland Pro Plumbing is very professional and honest. I had a great experience working with them.
