We were having a problem with a clogged drain and Evan from southern trust home services came out to our house on a Saturday to work on it. They didn’t even charge us extra for coming on a Saturday. He was extremely nice and professional and had the drain fixed within an hour of coming by for a very reasonable price. Our family would 100% recommend southern trust for all our plumbing needs and Evan was great!

We have used Southern Trust Home three times in the past year and each time we have been very satisfied with their personnel and their work. Alex was the technician we had today for a plumbing issue. He not only solved our issue rapidly but also was very helpful with several recommendations about improving our systems. Each time we use Southern Trust Home we again are grateful we have them taking care of our home.

The only company willing to come and assess our electrical issue during the winter weather even though the issue was unrelated to the weather. Dana was early and efficient. He explained everything he was doing during the diagnostic as well as the issues and fixes. He went the extra mile to call their HVAC guy to troubleshoot our system over the phone since it would not come back on when the power was restored. Got us scheduled for that to be fixed as well. Blake provided a house drain line inspection and subsequent needed pipe jetting to remove pipe buildup that was causing occasional water backups. This young man was excellent to work with and I thoroughly enjoyed spending the afternoon with him. As well as knowing his job, he was very personable and we had some great conversations. This is my first experience hiring a team from Wisler & I am very happy. The initial technician took great care to cover all my current & possible future needs then focus on my most pressing… a new water heater. I was offered multiple options & was able to choose the one which fit my budget, timeframe of service, & scope of work. The service technicians arrived on time as scheduled & communications were timely as well. The 2 man team preformed their tasks keeping me updated as the project went along. Every person I’ve had contact with during this service has been very friendly & knowledgeable, taking time to explain when I had questions. I can rest easier knowing my new water heater & pipe system is up to date, and code!

I can’t recommend this company enough! Andi and Alexander were absolutely amazing. They came out to inspect my mother’s fuse panel and uncovered several serious issues we would never have known about. Most notably, they discovered a second fuse panel hidden in the crawl space—dangerously mounted in front of a gas line and water pipe. It was a major fire hazard waiting to happen. Andi took the time to thoroughly explain the situation and even showed us video footage of the problem. The very next day, both Andi and Alexander returned and spent hours rebuilding a safer, more stable mount and installing a new fuse box. They relocated it away from the gas and water lines and replaced the outdated glass fuses with a modern, safer system. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to safety were outstanding. They clearly explained the process and pricing before starting the work, ensuring we understood everything. Both were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Thanks to them, a major hazard was identified and resolved. I’m truly grateful for their hard work and highly recommend this company—especially Andi and Alexander!

Update: I'm taking a star off because I had to call them after work was done to relay that registration of the surge protector was no longer required per the company, contrary to what I was told. The issue is not that registration is no longer required, the issue is that when I called they evidently have a virtual answering service now, and I had to wade through many questions and still was not able to speak to a real person. For what one pays for service from Ostrom, we shouldn't have to deal with a virtual customer service rep, only to get nowhere. I left a number for someone to call me, and no one has called back. Suggest you hire someone to answer the phone, as it used to be. I hired Ostrom to change a 2-prong outlet and wiring that my washing machine had been plugged into (via a cheap adapter as the washing machine has a 3-prong cord) by the previous owner. Dan was terrific. He determined that the wire gauge was incorrect for a washing machine, so he installed not only a GFI outlet, but also a new wire to the electric panel. He also (with the assistance of his helper, Edie) installed a whole-house surge protector on my panel. Dan is meticulous. He is a perfectionist, in a good way. And such a very pleasant gentleman. Dan is very knowledgeable. When I need electrical work done again, I will be requesting Dan. Ostrom is a bit pricey, but with the caliber employee such as Dan, it is worth the cost. You know you are getting the job done right.

New heat pump installation. The team was prompt and professional, walked me through what they would be doing then again after the installation was complete showed me what was done. Very pleased! Great job cleaning up everything as well.

I highly recommend Townside and their technician Chase R for any repairs or installations, we actually had both with a low water pressure issue and an installation of a hot water pump. Chase was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Each time I spoke with someone on the phone, they were very nice (especially Christy, she was wonderful). Townside is the best as far as staying updated on code laws and as well as prices. Check them out and request Chase for your plumber :) He is fantastic!!!!

I used this company to install a new hot water heater and take away the old one. Took about 2 hours. Mike and his assistant, Tyler, were very courteous and professional, answering all my questions and working efficiently. I would recommend this company for any plumbing projects.

My well pump went out on Friday night. Wisler was fast to schedule a technician to come troubleshoot my problem. Myca was very good at explaining everything to me. When he came the next day to replace my well pump, he was excellent at keeping me informed of little issues that occured from the the cold and probably previous service techs. He had the pump installed quick, explained everything they had done, and made sure that it was working properly before they left. This is what customer is about. Thank you so much Myca and Wisler. I highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Josh was extremely professional, thorough and honest. Wasn't a major project but something I rather had a professional conduct, inwhich Josh did amazingly with the end result I was looking for on this particular call. He further looked at some unrelated call issues and made recommendations for the future. I highly recommend Josh as I did inquire how I would be able to get him specifically for any future calls

Ron’s maintenance visit this morning was to install a part for our furnace that had been ordered after a service inspection a few weeks ago. Just as before Ron was very courteous and professional. He installed the part in a timely manner and had our furnace up and operating quickly. I’d highly recommend Ron and Wisler for anyone who needs to maintain and/or repair their HVAC systems or plumbing needs. They’re completely competent, professional and trustworthy.

Within 30 mins of calling Layman’s, Kevin came out in the snow & ice to help us with our lack of water pressure. He quickly determined the issue and went to town working to fix it. I was working at home due to the weather and he was very quiet, courteous, and professional. Everything was clean, no mess, and working perfectly when he left. This was our first time using Layman’s Contracting and we will definitely use them for any future needs!

Evan provided a through quote for the project. The project was to fully replace Quest plumbing throughout the house. Evan was helpful with recommending features I would not have known to ask for. Kevin and Jacob were very professional. They worked clean and each evening left me with access to water in one portion of the house. My elderly mom’s pipes had frozen during this cold winter storm. Touched base with LCI on a Sunday evening. Brady & Chris showed up first thing Monday morning. Very polite young men, seemed very knowledgeable. Got right to the problem & explained as they went. We had running water in 2 hrs. Checked for leaks before they left. Awesome job, LCI!

Exceptional customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I had recently left a poor review on my service as I felt it was way overpriced. But, the owner took time to call me and explain the price points for certain tasks and even insisted on refunding the job as they strive for customer satisfaction. I'm very impressed by the owner taking time and talking me through it and especially not being defensive on any level. Professional and polite to say the least. I had originally posted that this company is overpriced and will take advantage of people. "Open mouth, insert foot". I'm so impressed with the way Wisler handled this situation that I absolutely will use them for any future home needs. In hindsight, I think it's also beneficial for customers to research the average cost of a job prior to initiating a service request. I highly recommend this company. There were a team of men that showed up to do our job of hooking up our whole house generator. They worked in the cold for hours. They did a fantastic job. Not only were they knowledgeable, professional but also friendly. I would recommend Wisler Plumbing To anybody wanting a great company with great service. And wonderful people to work with from the lady that does the scheduling to the unbelievable hard work of these fellows.

We recently found ourselves in a very unpleasant situation--needing a new sewer line less than a week before an ice storm. Luckily, we found Crafty Fox, who were wonderful. They were communicative, prompt, efficient, fair, and easy to deal with. They are even planning to come back when the weather is better to help make sure our yard is as close to the way it was before they had to dig it up as possible. We will definitely be using them in the future.

We had a job from hell that required our floor be jack hammered up and a sewer line be replaced. It got stretched out due to foundation problems and also inclement weather (yay winter) and had me pulling my hair out of my head. Isaiah and the team at Crafty Fox Plumbing worked with the foundation guys to come up with a path forward and when Crafty Fox completed their portion of the job they left the area set up and better then it was when they started. Communication never broke down during the pauses due to weather and they always got right back to me when I had a question. And when the job was completed it came in right at what they said there were no hidden fees or extra charges. Great professional service! Larry and Tyler know what they are doing. They quickly assessed my iron water situation and recommended the best options available. Nikki in the office was great with communication and scheduling and promptly scheduled the service for a time that worked with me. They were very respectful of my property and knocked the job out in less than a day. Full upgrade to my 1994 water heater and treatment system...now I can drink my water again! 10/10 recommend.

We have always used Matt, Brock or Isaiah and request them when we have work done. These guys are exceptional and go above and beyond to assure you are satisfied. Anytime I have called, Matt has been quick to respond for leaks, estimates, scheduling ect and is very thorough at explaining what needs to be done and why and in the event something unforeseen crops up he consults with you and resolves the issue. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you do not call these guys when you have plumbing needs. I don’t often take the time to give reviews but these guys deserve a positive review.
