Fantastic experience, although our septic needed some work. Sedrick had his team out on Monday and gave me a call back on Sunday. Alexandria Plumbing thoroughly inspected our septic system and provided us with a reasonable estimate for a new cap. We were thrilled because we had assumed we would need a new septic system. I phoned Allene last week to unclog a completely clogged bathroom sink drain. Allene arrived the day I called. He billed within the price range specified. And did it quickly. I would hire him again in the future without a doubt. My sole suggestion for Alexandria Plumbing is to improve their Shelby Street appearance. I've driven by this site hundreds of times in the last four years and had no idea it was still open (otherwise, I would have gone there long ago).

I’d definitely recommend Alexandria Plumbing to anyone needing sewer repair. The guy came out the same day, got it all fixed up and was super respectful of the space.

If you need a plumber, I used A-Atlantic Plumbing and drain services for a kitchen sink leak and a couple other things. They came out within an hour of me calling them. I had a very stubborn partial blockage in my laundry drain line pipe. As a result, the laundry floor flooded. I tried to snake the pipe myself to no avail. The clog had gotten the best of me, so I called A-Atlantic, rhe problem solver. Vern came out, analyzed the situation, and snaked the laundry drain pipe for about 150’, often encountering some resistance in the pipe. When done we tested the drain and he was not happy to see the water in the ajacent floor drain move up, but did kot overflow. Vern took alout his snake again cleaned out the connected floor drain pipe where waybdown the line he encountered a significant blockage that he removed. Upon retesting everything was perfect and he was satisfied the issue was resolved. Today, it is not a common experience for me to find a professional wirh such passion to make sure the job is done right the first time. Kudos to A-Atlantic. Yes, I highly recommend them if you want your job done rightnthe first time.

Perfect plumbing service. Two highly skilled technicians cleverly and efficiently solved the problem in my restaurant. They were very dedicated and professional. Before this, I had hired two other plumbers to try to fix the drainage issue, but neither did a good job—especially Roto-Rooter. Not only did they fail to repair my pipes, they also damaged my wall. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends. They are truly the best!

UPDATE: The technician who diagnosed my clogged kitchen sink drain was incorrect in their assessment. Upon further reflection, it's silly to think the technician could properly diagnose the issue considering they didn't even turn on the water. What ended up being a vapor lock caused by a clogged drain vent (diagnosed and fixed personally) was originally diagnosed as either a clogged drain pipe or improper drain design because of too sharp a turn in the piping. The MINIMUM estimate to fix what was improperly diagnosed was about $800-900 just to snake the drain. Other estimates for unnecessary work reached upwards of $2,500. Needless to say, I will not be using The Plumbing Dr again. ORIGINAL POST: Very knowledgeable, and honest with their recommendations. This is a long review because I must fully tell you how amazing this company is!! WOW!!! I can’t say enough about the EXCEPTIONAL service I received from Emerald Plumbing company. It started from the moment they answered the phone. Devin, oh gosh, Devin was so pleasant, professional and compassionate!! She even listened to my ranted frustration with my home warranty company. She never rushed me into making an appointment, never gave me a “sales pitch” and was so honest and upfront about the pricing. I called them on a SUNDAY at 8:53am and was given a same day appointment from 10:00am - 12:00pm, again, on a SUNDAY. The plumber, Azure, was absolutely AMAZING!!! He arrived at my front door…..get this….at 11:00AM……again, on a Sunday!!! From the moment I opened the door, he greeted me, gave me his name and was truly ready to get my plumbing issues resolved!!! He did such a thorough analysis and gave me a full understanding of what the issue was and what he needed to do to fix it. I had a main line blockage because somebody put a large amount of wipes in the toilet. He talked to me the entire time, but never lost focus on what he was doing, gave me step by step instructions of what he was doing and even showed me a thing or two about plumbing. Once the blockage was clear, he didn’t do like other plumbers I’ve had and abruptly leave, he spent another 45+ minutes making sure the job was truly completed to include cleaning up. When I say my bathroom looked like there was never any heavy machinery and tools in there…WOW. Every company needs a Devin and Azure, but since they don’t, Emerald Plumbing Co. will be my FOREVER company for any and all plumbing needs!!! Oh, and guess what…..I wasn’t charged a penny over the quoted price for this phenomenal service!!!!

Overall I had a fantastic experience with Emerald Plumbing Co. The two plumber that came out to address the issue were polite and had a big interest in helping us unfreeze the pipes. The office staff was also great and communicated well, especially Devin. Me and the tenants loved Rod's working style. He was genuinely interested in helping us fix this issue. He came out twice. Now I will say that the price was a little higher than I thought it should be around $1,500 for a frozen pipe, but they had great service so I will keep them in mind for future jobs.

I ordered a new washer and dryer but couldn’t have them installed because the existing shut-off valves were corroded. Pierre came out to assess the situation and provided several options with clear pricing. He arrived on time, was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail—what he was doing, the updated plumbing codes, why larger commercial companies often charge much more, and why emergency services are usually scheduled on weekends. By the time he left, I felt completely confident in the work and the service provided. Pierre installed new shut-off valves so the water to the entire home no longer needs to be turned off, and he properly secured the drainage pipe to the wall, including fixing issues hidden behind the drywall that hadn’t been secured by the previous homeowner. He was also able to install both my washer and dryer, and they are running perfectly. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working smoothly. Sorry it took me so long to write this review—but the service was absolutely worth it.

This company was great. My tech Patrick came in and knocked it out in less than 30 minutes. Professional, polite, and knowledgeable. It’s hard to find qualified, trustworthy, experienced people. I had a clog toilet for two days after searching for people to help everyone told me that my toilet may have to be removed. I went on the website to get another opinion because prices are to high. I called Catons plumbing and they sent someone out the same day. Demetric the service technician came within two hours of my phone call. He was very knowledgeable , respectful and able to fix the clog without having to remove the whole toilet. He accomplished the job in no time. I defiantly recommend this business….. exceptional job. We had an emergency pipe clog on Xmas night… total nightmare…. and Catons was the only company that was available (we called about 6 other places). They promised to be there within an hour and sure enough they were. Our plumber Henry Helwig provided amazing service as he methodically worked through the issue over about 3-4 hours. He was clear about the process, pivoted when necessary to be more efficient, and communicated everything well. He was also extremely clean and courteous while working in the house. I would definitely hire them again

I'm beyond pleased. The professionalism, expertise, and "bedside manor" of Jason was amazing. His trainee, Richard, was nice as well. They came on Thanksgiving day, and the value was better than I prepared myself for. They fixed my issue perfectly. I am so incredibly happy that I found Smooth Plumbing! They are always able to schedule you without delay, and should you have any questions, their communication is quick - even at 9 PM. The technicians are highly trained, very knowledgeable, communicative and downright nice! The first job I booked, I was sent a bio for my technician, as well as a tracking map to know when he would arrive at my house. Pricing is fair and upfront and you are always given at least three options to choose from as far as the work that could/will be done and what it costs. I had two toilets replaced by Smooth recently, and thank goodness the technician was knowledgeable enough to know my issues were most likely stemming from high pressure in my home (THANKS TJ!). Being as it was time to replace my hot water heater, I did so today and also had a gauge installed that will even out high water pressure when it happens. Talk about fast, he did it all by himself within two hours. Thank you Smooth Plumbing, I have not felt lied to nor taken advantage of. I had a great experience with this company and the tech, Matt! I called for a water heater issue and they came the same day to check it out. They matched the price for water heater replacement given to me by another company and added $100 off from the coupon I received in the mail, and they completed the replacement the next day.
