Thank you Jordan, Ty, Landon and Will! Our downstairs bathroom and kitchen were overflowing from a clogged drain leading out of the house. They showed up to help promptly and worked hard on the issue for several hours last night, explaining everything as they went along. They weren't able to solve the issue immediately but came back with another team this morning and everything was fixed in 30 minutes. Super professional, kind, and very fair pricing. We have our water and house back, thank you guys!

Just recently had a complete ac failure on a 21 yr old unit. It was time for a new one. Called 4 different places for a qoute. And the service and price i got over the phone and in persin was exceptional. They weren't the cheapest nor th most expensive. Somewhere in the middle. After agreeing to the job it was smooth sailing. Of course everyone was calling wi t h issues too. It is the beginning of the season. But they were still very speedy ordering what i wanted and installing it. What was qouted at a 2 day job turned out to be only a day an maybe 2 hrs. But jr and Timothy atleast had the ac side working the first day. And came back rhe next morning to finish the heat side up and clean up. Wich they left spotless. Can't recommend enough. You get what you pay for and I also feel great supporting another local family owned business. 10 out of 10 will recommend again.

When I say folks, Colonial Plumbing is the absolute best company that is a fact. From the office customer service to the technicians that is what I truly mean!! My garbage disposal finally blow on me and I was totally stressed out. Matt Barnes and Toney Lundsford were nothing short of amazing. Came in assessed the situation and in less than an hour replaced with everything brand new. Even cleaned all other piping under sink and all back to brand new. (WOW). It just means the world to me to know that there are still great kind people left in the world . 5 STARS HANDS DOWN.

Wanted to highlight how fast and efficient Stemmle was in helping me identify that my septic tank was not only backed up to my house but also ways to remediate my issue. Trey came out at 9pm and was here till 1:30am helping us with the backed up line. He advised us on how to move forward and the next morning Michelle gave me a courtesy call about the septic man. Sh’pollo was the most respectful and mindful worker with our garden bed and the nearly 100 year old property. He proceeded to educate us on what he discovered and made an effective plan on what we could do to save money in the future and what to do in the meantime. 10/10 will be calling Stemmle in the future and strongly recommend these technicians.

My 84 year old aunt had a blockage in her sewer line this past Sunday so we called Stemmle and they said that they could get to us in about an hour. They arrived at little after 6pm and assessed the situation. They told us that there would be a dispatch fee of $189, which we understood and then they searched for and located the blockage by way of a clean out located in the garage (floor) and cleared the blockage with a "snake"after pushing the snake in roughly 12' (the blockage was soft and was flushed away by flushing toilets (2 downstairs, 1 upstairs). They were through in less than an hour and left just before 7pm. They charged the dispatch fee of $189 plus a fixed fee for snaking the 12' of sewer line of $592 for a total of $781. The two plumbers that were dispatched were polite and knowledgeable but the fee that Stemmle charged, $781, seems excessive for less than an hours work.

Unfortunately had a main water line break bright and early in the AM and the Stemmle team of Eligah, Rob, and Logan were all involved throughout the day. They worked so hard and were a pleasure to work with. Appreciate everything they did for our apartment community. I recommend this company!

Service was exceptional. The plumber, Mike was able to respond to our main sewer line backup at the end of shift on Saturday. He was courteous, very thorough in investigating the issue, and honest with his recommendations. He presented me with two very detailed options and the path forward I scheduled a high pressure jetting service for the coming up Monday. That Monday morning, the owner, Chris Jr.and Mike showed up to my house at 8 in the morning. They immediately setup the jetting system and started cleaning and blowing out the main sewer line. When the jetting was complete they deployed the sewer camera. They located a 3” main line separation about 75’ down the line. I was extremely impressed that the owner, Chris stayed during the whole jetting process and was very hands on during the work. They were able to get water flowing through the main line temporarily. We discussed the options and I wasn’t pressured on the higher cost process. I did choose to replace the main sewer line, since it was over 60 years old. Mike was very helpful in finance options that was available. Approval was quick and easy. Chris and his team were able to schedule the digging, the replacement on that Wednesday, 2 days after the jetting process. Chris showed up on Friday morning about 7:30 and he completed the grading, debris removal, and sidewalk prep for the sidewalk section that was removed. Again, having the owner taking pride in his company’s work and seeing him showing up shows me that he cares about his customers and how the finish product looks. They put down grass seed and all the work was completed Friday about noon. I have used both 24 hour HVAC and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and I highly recommend any of their services. I am looking forward to utilizing Mister Sparky Electrical for a service upgrade in the near future. Thank you, Chris Jr, Mike Brock, and Matthew Clingan for your professionalism and hard work.

Just got a bathroom reptile completed and I am pleased with the service and the work. They have financing options that helped me pay for the repair. Matthew was great, explained what he was doing and why, prepped the area, and was tidy during the process. Doug also came to help with the repair and he was courteous too. Only reason not 5 stars is that my original quote for repair doubled in price and I felt a little blindsided.

I got 2 estimates for fixing a water pressure problem in my house. The first company recommended a very expensive whole house filtration and softener system and said it would take a couple of months to see a difference. Michael came for the second estimate and was great! He was on time, friendly and very courteous. He found the problem immediately and had the repair scheduled and completed exactly as discussed for thousands of $$ less than the other company. He left the area totally cleaned and tidy. I will definitely use Michael Brock with Benjamin Franklin plumbing for all my future plumbing needs, and so should you!

I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining all the way. I called Appliance Hero who came out to access and stated the drain hose extension and all the joints used, were too small for the water to effectively drain out. (Likely over time there became some type of clog.) Please note: Appliance Hero did NOT charge me. I called Arts Plumbing, who installed my dishwasher (and drain hose) Sept 2024. Art confirmed that yes they used a pex line and joints (vs a proper one piece hose?) 🤔 Nick and Joshua were great getting the work done. Now understand, had the proper extension drain hose been used Sept 2024, I wouldn't have had the issue now. So I explained to Nick that I shouldn't be charged for the fix. I'd be happy to pay for the proper hose they purchased but not the labor. Art instructed the workers to charge me $185.00 anyway. I feel disappointed that revenue was more important over keeping a customer. I won't be using them again!

The team installed a new kitchen sink and replaced the under‑sink vent, and their service was outstanding. They maintained a clean and organized workspace throughout the entire process and made sure to remove all old sink parts and debris. By the time they finished, the area looked just as spotless as when they arrived. Truly excellent customer service from start to finish.

Neil came out and repaired a leaky faucet, and while on-site also performed maintenance on all faucets in the home to correct a low water pressure issue.  (Note: The builder had these faucets set at a very low pressure).  Neil made the corrections! The service was top-notch from start to finish — professional, thorough, and honest. It is clear that this company takes pride in the work they do, and that goes a long way. Had service to reroute HVAC condensate drain. Jesse had recommended this during a previous visit. He took the time to explain in detail the reason for doing this, and the process, during previous visits. He is always prompt, courteous and thorough. Kevin and Nathan did an excellent job, and provided clear communication about the process and scope of work on our project. We had our house bins replaced and the front and back of our home as well as a dedicate hydrant added for our garden. Quote to complete was 5 days. My store had a plumbing emergency, after being told over a couple of weeks... by 2 different plumbers AND the city that there was no real issue. If I can give 6 stars, I would. I was by ANOTHER plumbing company that my main water line was leaking. Since the water line goes under my driveway, they referred me to Cody at USA Pipe Repair who can burrow under the driveway to add a new water line. Cody came out the same day I called, assessed the problem, and informed me that I actually do not have a water line issue. He did a more thorough assessment than the other company, and showed me that it was a broken sprinkler valve that was causing the water leak. Instead of paying $4500 to add a new main water line to my house, I will pay $250 to fix the sprinkler part. I am forever grateful for this honest and thorough assessment. I will ALWAYS go to Cody for all future plumbing issues. Cody, you are an honest and competent man! Thank you so much!!!

Perfect experience! We had a clogged outdoor pipe that went to our septic. Of course we didn't realize until night but the next morning we reached out! Stephen and Matthew arrived, located the issue and had us back to running in a short amount of time at a very reasonable rate. Our hot water finally met its demise. Off a recommendation from others in the neighborhood (Woodlake) called 360. They were able to get out the next morning. The tech Brian was really friendly, informative and transparent. Quickly diagnosed our issue, put the call in to the shop and gave us an estimate within minutes. Did a full changeover of our system in 2 hours or so and had us back up up and running. Very pleased and will be 360 plumbing customers going forward 100%

Hands down, one of the best plumbing experiences I've ever had, especially after the stress I've been going through during this recent home renovation. The tech (Alex) was prompt (even arrived earlier than expected) and professional.
