I can’t say enough kind and recommending words for the service I just received! I called yesterday to to inquire about plumbing services needed as soon as possible. I was given a next day appointment and my technician was Mario. He was in and out in about 10 minutes. The price I was quoted was accurate which I was very nervous about after different quotes that seemed too high and like a rip off. I pray this clogged toilet situation never happens again but in case it does, they’re saved to my contacts as my go to!! Thank y’all so much!!

I called Mario out for a plumbing issue and he came out the next day for what I thought was a small issue turned out to be a big job. Mario handled the job extremely processionally,he was so kind and knowledgeable. I was so pleased with his work. I had an unexpected plumbing emergency. My washer was delivered but it could not be installed due to defective connection water valves. The delivery guys told me I needed a plumber before anything could be done. I did my googles and found M&Y Home Services. They were able to come out the same day. Mario went above and beyond. He stayed late to change the valves and install my washer. I greatly appreciate it and will definitely be using M&Y Home Services again. Highly recommend!

2020 Drain Clean - Five Stars for Determination and Expertise! We recently experienced a main line drain backup, with water coming up in our basement drain. This was a challenging job, as our line runs under an unusually long driveway requiring access through two separate cleanouts. We were lucky enough to have Osbaldo as our technician, and he was absolutely phenomenal. Osbaldo was clearly determined to clear the entire run, working extensively and methodically to ensure the line was completely clear (via snaking and hydrojetting). His persistence and commitment to a thorough job are exactly what you hope for in a service professional. But the service didn't stop there—it became truly exceptional. Osbaldo went the extra mile to identify a long-term problem: he found a significant "belly" (a sag) in the pipe right at the end of our main line, just before it connects to the sewer. This diagnosis is invaluable, as we now have the necessary information to reach out to Fairfax Water and the county to investigate and hopefully prevent this problem from ever happening again. Very detailed oriented to take time to discuss what my problem was and how it needed to be fixed. I was given several options on parts and what I wanted, instead of him just ordering another pump and installing it. John took his time to clean everything properly and didn’t leave a mess. He treated the install with the wiring and placement of the equipment just like he would in his own house. Home Service Pros has consistently completed every electrical task that was needed at my home. Their electricians John and Brad have been here from the start since before we moved into this home and have replaced multiple outlets, installed new outlets including wall outlets for TV wall hanging and an outdoor outlet on a fence. John brought my electrical panel up to code which was noted on my home inspection, changed required outlets to GFI and mounted a flag mount on brick outside the front door. In the most recent visit, Brad changed a towel warmer switch, replaced two outlets and installed a camera floodlight above the garage which required extensive drilling through the wall and installing the wiring. Home Service Pros also did some plumbing work including replacing the kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal and repairing the sealing around the tiles in the laundry room.

We tried other plumbers who claimed to provide 24/7 hr service but he was the only one to help when we really needed it. He was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. We highly recommend Mario.
