Trevor and Larry were fantastice. They came out promptly worked with great efficiency and insured that they had solved our problem by checking out the drain to make sure it was clear several times. I was very favorably impressed. A job very well done with a great attitude.

After a drain repair, clogged lines were discovered going to the septic tank. The Roto-rooter team responded immediately and jetted out the lines and pumped the tank. They went "over and above" what was needed. I cannot say enough about this team and the work they perform. The service was definitely worth the cost. They will be on my "will use again" list.

Richard did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond. He even worked outside in the pouring rain and used his camera equipment to find out what the problem was and it was a broken pipe. He’s very thorough and cleans up behind himself. I would highly recommend him if you have a clog.

I had Richard unclog a drain line at a laundromat store where I am a service technician and the level of experience was out of this world. Richard was kind, thorough, experienced and did not leave until I was completely happy with the job. If I am in need of his service again i will be calling Richard to save the day and I would recommend his services for all plumbing needs.

Richard is the best, and does great work. He's done tons of drain-cleaning for our properties, repairs, and more, and is always professional, responsive, and most importantly, fixes the issue.

TLDR: came out same day and did excellent work while being super considerate and reasonably priced. Call them. Full review: I called lights plumbing yesterday morning with a plumbing emergency. I didn’t get an answer at first and I didn’t even leave a message but they still called me back within a few minutes. They were able to send someone out asap. The men who came out to my house, John and Corey, were great. Despite the fact that I had an issue that would take a number of hours to fix and require digging to get to pipes underground, they managed to fit it in between their pre scheduled jobs that same day and they did an excellent job. They kept me up to date on the progress and even took pictures of the work for me when I had to leave for a bit. Not only did they get the repair done the same day but they were so careful and considerate about it. They were very kind about the fact that they would have to dig up some things in my flower bed and they managed to keep it very contained and avoided destroying the wall of the flower bed which was close by and caused 0 damage to my yard. They even carefully dug around the bulbs of my plants (despite the fact that they are withered currently) to make sure they could be replanted and they wouldn’t be destroyed. They actually replanted some for me when they were able to see exactly where they went before. Additionally they kindly went in and out of the basement door around the back of my house rather than walking through my house as to not disturb my cats or give them an opportunity to run out. This was hugely meaningful to me especially since I had to leave for a bit and one of my cats is a runner. The issue which resulted in me calling included a backup which caused my basement to flood out of the opening my washing machine drains into, and they even added a ball value so if I have any backups in the future I can at least prevent the basement from flooding while I try to get a plumber out. They were very reasonable with pricing and every step of the way I genuinely felt like they wanted to help me and make my life easier. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a plumber and this company will be my go to going forward. I’m including some pics of my flower bed during the work and the next morning to show how contained they kept it which was very helpful.

Jose, Hayden and Owen did excellent work on our drainage project. They navigated old cast iron and did excellent work maintaining the integrity of the already existing connecting lines. Our family was the recipient of Brown’s generous ‘Giveaway’ this year where we received a new Trane heat pump and new furnace (this was our choice to keep our oil heat as backup rather than switch to an air handler). We were so blessed at every step of this. These folks are the kindest And the most professional. I can’t say enough good about Browns and their staff. The install guys arrived at our house at 8 AM, and worked the whole day through until dark, pulling out and hauling away our old furnace and ac unit and installing the new system. We kept asking if they wanted a hot chocolate or coffee but they just steady on and worked and worked. Everything was perfectly clean. Not a bit of trash or anything was left behind. Genuinely, this is the kind of work ethic and service that some would say is from a bygone time, but it’s here and now. It made me think of my dad and all the hard working men that make our country so great. Even after a long day, they helped us set up a custom schedule on our new thermostat, and answered all our questions. We were treated with so much kindness and such professionalism, and are so appreciative of a small business that gives back to their community in such a huge way. We’re beyond happy and impressed with Browns, and look forward to reaching out to them for future projects at our house.

We are first-time customers and called Brown's based on the positive reviews and our knowledge of the company being in business for many years. Our heat pump was frozen up and they responded quickly the next day. The technician, Wendell, was super friendly and professional. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained the details. The price for service was fair and competitive with other area HVAC companies. We will continue to use Brown's for any future problems and we highly recommend them.

The quality of filling in the trench was extremely poor. We had to fill it in ourselves. Our French drain was not reinstalled either. Even after pointing it out to them, I had to repair it. Plan on hiring professional landscapers if you were getting your pipe replaced in your lawn. The wait time for the repair was over a week longer than estimated so make sure they have working equipment before you make a deposit. Our water works, so they did that part well and customer service was good.

I have been using Plumb Care Plumbing for years. My problem was found on a Friday night. The service call was placed on Saturday morning. Not thinking, I did not answer any strange numbers. First thing Monday morning, I was contacted by Plumb Care. Cliff came out and fixed the problem within an hour. In talking, he had done other work for me. It’s good to know you have good dependable plumbers when you need one. Great customer service. They have my recommendation anytime!

We have worked with Full Blast professionally and personally, and will never work with anyone else. Professionally - Full Blast planned out, plumbed, and installed a three compartment sink, grease trap, and tankless water heater for our restaurant’s new location, which had previously been an office space. Full Blast also installed a gas pipeline (interior and exterior) for our pizza oven. They made everything ridiculously easy. They took care of each step of the project, start to finish, with no delays or hidden costs. We rested easy knowing that everything was up to building, fire safety, and health codes (which they knew by heart and needed no help from us in implementing). Personally - FB responds to my most ridiculous texts—like this middle of the afternoon winner: “I think my mom flushed a couple of wash cloths down the toilet”—quickly and with an ease and humor that takes the stress out of it all. We have 2 possible plumbing projects to be done. Ian came out in a timely fashion. Showed me different possibilities to rectify our issues. Sent estimates for all possibilities. Great communication. Ian was very professional. Clearly communicated his thoughts & was very well equipped to assess the situations. I added photos after the work was done. Ian was able to do all the new piping, valves/shutoffs & install the new dishwasher with nary a scatch or mess! I can't say enough!👍

My experience was pleasant. My call was answered quickly and the technician arrived in time specific to what we discussed. He was able to fix same day inclusive of disposal of the non functioning heater. After comparative shopping the job the price I paid was not the highest or the lower bid I received, but my comfort level was more than exceeded with Millers Plumbing consistent communication via text and email. We had Mike replace a tub insert in our bathroom. He was a friendly guy and did the work in a timely manner but there were four separate issues with the install, including major leaks on the drain and water line. We eventually had another plumber fix the leaks.
