The team from Rooter Man help us with our sewer clean out pipe clog quickly. Daniel was patient with us as we tried to figure out how we wanted to deal with the work and made sure the work was done fast so we could get back to normal. We really appreciate their service.

I had a blocked sanitary sewer line from my kitchen so I called to get the line snaked. I was informed that there would be a $200 non-refundable call out charge which I was fine with. The service was prompt and professional and a technician (Dan) was at my house in about an hour. Dan was clean, professional, knowledgeable and knew his business. The rub came when Dan told me what the final bill was going to be after he snaked the line… $695! By this time, I was already on the hook for the $200 call out charge so they had me over the barrel. I bit my tongue and said get it done. 15 minutes later, Dan had the line cleared and ran my card for $695. I’ve had lines snaked before and the bill NEVER topped $300. To get charged nearly $700 for 15 minutes of work is beyond rediculous. If you do call these folks, get a quote BEFORE they send anyone to your home.

$4000.00 for 4 hours work installing a bathtub fixture and still left me with a hole impossible to cover. I can’t believe this! UPDATE I appreciated the call from Ralph the owner. I popped off early due to sticker shock. I regret it. I’ve had Jessie at my place several times over the years. He’s a good plumber and a good guy. Jessie, did you let your helper cut that nasty hole? No worries. I’ll fab something.

I had an old sewer line that needed to be rooted and eventually replaced. I called three companies within a span of a few weeks to clean out the roots. AJ told me that for some reason the other companies had not fully cleaned out the line, which is what I had already suspected based on the camera footage of the line the other companies showed me and the fact that the sewer kept backing up. However, the old line was ceramic pipe from the 40s and def needed to be replaced. All three companies gave me quotes to replace the line, and Rooter Bee’s was definitely the best value. They were very efficient and trustworthy. I was impressed by the quality of their work and professionalism. I highly recommend their plumbing services!

Cannot recommend enough! We had some major root intrusion in our sewer line and were told by other companies that we were going to need to dig/redo the whole line for $20k. AJ came over right away and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue with honest and thorough recommendations. After cleaning out the line we are now in the clear for the next year while we continue to monitor for issues. The experience was leaps and bounds above any other company we have worked with in Reno and we will definitely be sticking with Rooter Bee for all future needs!

I had a sudden clogging of the sewer pipes serving my home, read the reviews on line, asked Rooter Bee to attend to the problem. AJ is prompt, listens to what you tell him, and and asks good questions in order to do the job right. . He went right to work, and got the situation under control. I would definitely use Rooter Bee Plumbing again. He also wears fabric booties over his shoes when in your house, ladies!

Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! Dr. Plumber (Jack) fixed a leaking gas line for me pronto.Finally a contractor that cares about his reputation and quality of work while at the same time being reasonable during these tough economic times. Great communication all the way through.

I recently had a leak repaired by Ira Hansen and Sons plumbing. I had called on a saturday and they were able to come out on monday to give me a quote and they were able to do the work that same day. Dawson was our plumber and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly to me. I thought the price was very affordable and reasonable. I was super stressed out about this leak in my kitchen drain but Dawson did such a wonderful job. He was so fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company! They were so great!

Young man named Dawson King arrived promptly for appointment. He gave a concise assessment of the problem and explained how he was going to solve it. Very good communication. Dawson was efficient and did very clean work. In addition, the company was very accommodating. The young lady I spoke with on the phone was able to get me a next day appointment forst thing in the morning after hearing about the water leak. She said my timing was impeccable, but I think she went the extra mile, too, to help me out. Dawson even called me the night before to get a good idea of what the job involved. He walked me through ensuring water was shut off properly in preparation for the repair. I recommend this plumbing company. It is solid, seems dependable, and has integrity. And, they go above and beyond to help out a homeowner beside himself with a water leak!!

Steve and Cody were amazing, they worked on our water shut off valve. I was super nervous because it has leaked before but they were quick and efficient, super polite. We were going to do pavers but they informed us over time they would shift so we went with concrete. However they could've just given us what we wanted and not educated us which saved us time in the long run. Definitely holding onto their card for future work. Thank you!

Jose arrived promptly and discovered the root cause of the leak. Making quick work of replacing the failed shower drain and testing for leaks, Jose completed the repair within one hour. Without doubt I will recommend Jose from Pro Plumbing & Drain for future plumbing problems.

Last December we had a sudden pipe burst under the house. To be fair, Pro Plumbing got to our house efficiently. Unfortunately, they made two mistakes. The biggest mistake being small drops of water coming from the shark bite fitting (circled above). Almost $7,000. later and it wasn’t completely fixed. I texted them and the response was it looks “moist” and I probably tampered with it. I texted back a picture of the wet ground under it saying it’s not moist, it’s drops of water. Even though it’s under warranty, I can clearly tell they don’t want to fix their mistake I paid almost $7,000. for. I called a local handyman who lives nearby me (because it’s about to snow this week) and he explained it was left at a bend hence it wasn’t sealed properly. We zip tied the pex pipe to be level with the blue line. Even though that seems to have helped, a tiny bit of water is still coming out of the shark bite fitting. I contacted pro plumbing via text messaging and I don’t think they really care. My life is ruined over this, I might have to call a different plumber to fix this before it bursts and I won’t be able to pay my mortgage in time. I feel like they’re avoiding me. I’m so frustrated I am in tears right now. My kitchen is being reconstructed over the hoi and now if this thing bursts I’m screwed. This is the SECOND time we’ve had to contact pro plumbing over mistakes on a near $7,000. job.

Mike and Matt are an amazing team! We Fought with landlords for a year to fix sewer line properly and had many plumbers at house. We are one of the “lucky ones” to have faulty Kitec plumbing that finally gave out. It is heart wrenching to hear you have to re-pipe your entire home. However, Mike and his brother Matt specialize in this type of work. And they not only put our minds at ease and quickly mapped out a plan that was most minimally invasive, but while doing the work, they were in constant contact while they graciously fixed everything while we were away over Thanksgiving. Don’t use the online appointment tool on the weekend! No one will answer! That should me Will let you know how the service is if someone calls me back to open my drain. Stars may change depending upon reactions. To follow up. I was able to contact the manager, let him know about the appointment tool not working on the weekend, and schedule service. He told me that they were 2-3 hours out. What can you do? Get this!!! 10 minutes later , I get a call and the tech is 5 minutes away!! Half hour later, drain is clear and life is good!!
