Heritage plumbing installed a tankless water heater for me with a recirculating loop so that I can get hot water faster. I also had them install new flush valves for me because the ones that came with my toilet were too low and I had to flush the toilet twice. During my home safety evaluation the plumber. Porter noted that the emergency shut offs were an unreliable style that are prone to fail and he replaced the shut offs under each fixture so that in an emergency, I would be able to shut off the individual fixture instead of shutting off the whole house until a plumber can get out. I also had him install two faucets, which I am very happy with, and I had him use his sewer Jetter to clean the main sewer as well as the kitchen sewer because there was grease and food buildup that he saw on his sewer camera and the greatest part of all of it was the sewer patch, which is a preventative measure Because the connection at the city from my sewer is just a rubber boot, which is prone to fail and separate this patch makes it so it cannot separate and no roots can get in there. They cleaned up when they were all done and did a full walk through of everything with me of all that they did and made sure I understood all the work that was done today and also showed me how to use my new shut offs and tankless water heater! We had an outstanding technician (Mike T.) come out to our residence to do our maintenance check on our water heater. My water heater and pressure regulator valve needed replacing so I called 365 Plumbing Of Nevada. They came out right away. Jose changed out the prv valve and water heater and made sure it was all up to code. Everything all new and working now. Very happy with the quick and professional service. We dealt with Carlos at Adaven Plumbing and he was fantastic!! Very professional, knowledgeable and he did everything which he said he would do with updates as the job went through. He took the time to explain everything and make sure we knew what to expect. He wasn’t pushy but patient. Extremely happy with Carlos and his team and would highly recommend Adaven Plumbing. I had different companies come out and most could not pin point the problem and those that did were only interested at what their price would be for the repair, which was astronomical.

Update: Nancy has been great scheduling the services I need based on my availability. Carlos has been great and educated me on basic maintenance, and answered all my questions. On top of that, he arrives ahead of time. He answered all my questions during the repair and installation. 10/10 would recommend this company.

The owner Shawn in extremely rude, he acts like he knows everything but in fact does not. He doesn't know how to talk to his employees correctly, he down plays them. He talks to homeowners rudely, I don't know how this guy owns or runs a business. His office is so unorganized, you call them and it just rings and rings and they delay appointments. Butter is over prices, it's better to go with another company that values your time, home and service request. I would give this place a -5 if I could.

We have worked with Butter Plumbing since 2019. Our tankless water heater needed inspection and we had a potential water leak. After calling Butter Plumbing, Colton came out the very next day. A couple nights ago I walk out my front door at 10:30pm to find a pipe had burst and was flooding my driveway! I tried calling 3 other emergency services and none would send help until the morning🤦🏻‍♀️ Finally I called Flush It, and they sent help. Dan arrived quickly and also solved the issue fast! I also called Flush It when I noticed low water pressure and dirt coming through the showers and toilet from the original problem. Dan, once again came out and fixed all the issues and quickly too! For everything I’ve paid less then $600. I highly recommend this company.

We requested them for ac repairing service, and upon initial examination, we were warned that our attic had very little insulation, causing heat to be trapped in our home. they took us through the entire process, making sure we got the assistance we needed to help with our AC problems as well as the cleaning we wanted.they were incredibly courteous and made us feel at ease with our decision to choose them. David with Pure Plumbing and Air did a fantastic job replacing the anode in my hot water heater. Excellent and fast service. Called after 11am, job done about 1:30pm! Definitely recommend!! Shortly afterwards Christopher came by for a HVAC tune up, he was great as well! All was good but I didn't want to wait until it was 100° + to find a problem. These guys will be getting my plumbing and HVAC business in the future!

Michael came on time to give us an estimate on getting new shower head/valve and faucet replaced in our master shower. His estimate was the same as the other plumbing company that came over. The difference was that I felt more comfortable with Impact since I wanted to make sure there were no additional costs of ‘other findings’ that the other plumber hinted may happen. Impact Plumbing is great! I went to shower and had no hot water. I called their 24-hour line and they had a technician out to my house by midnight. Travis quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us pictures of the rust on the top of the water heater. He got us on the schedule for a new water heater between 8:00 and 10:00 am the next morning. Dave and Jose arrived around 9:00 am and completed the install within two hours. They also replaced a flapper that was leaking in one of our toilets. Travis, Dave and Jose were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. I will definitely contact Impact Plumbing again when the need arises.

I reached out on New Year’s Eve to request a water heater installation, and even though it was during the holiday, they responded promptly without taking time off. They scheduled an inspection and estimate for the very first day after New Year’s, which I really appreciated. Chris came out for the inspection, and he was extremely friendly and professional.
