HIRE THESE PLUMBERS!! Porter and Jason are true professionals, through and through! Before any work was done they were very clear on what was being done and why. Heritage plumbing installed a tankless water heater for me with a recirculating loop so that I can get hot water faster. I also had them install new flush valves for me because the ones that came with my toilet were too low and I had to flush the toilet twice. During my home safety evaluation the plumber. Porter noted that the emergency shut offs were an unreliable style that are prone to fail and he replaced the shut offs under each fixture so that in an emergency, I would be able to shut off the individual fixture instead of shutting off the whole house until a plumber can get out. I also had him install two faucets, which I am very happy with, and I had him use his sewer Jetter to clean the main sewer as well as the kitchen sewer because there was grease and food buildup that he saw on his sewer camera and the greatest part of all of it was the sewer patch, which is a preventative measure Because the connection at the city from my sewer is just a rubber boot, which is prone to fail and separate this patch makes it so it cannot separate and no roots can get in there. They cleaned up when they were all done and did a full walk through of everything with me of all that they did and made sure I understood all the work that was done today and also showed me how to use my new shut offs and tankless water heater! We had an outstanding technician (Mike T.) come out to our residence to do our maintenance check on our water heater. Right off the start he already noticed a few things missing from our water heater then inside the house he noticed some discoloration around the drains and toilets alerting him that something is happening in the tank. He even showed me that the previous owners possibly had a water softener judging by the marks on the ground and how they secured the recent pipe work…(everything was making sense now, lol) Mike was thorough in his inspection and professional in his craft helping me understand everything going on. He gave me all my options so nothing was left unsaid, stayed in good communication with the company and overall top tier customer service!!

My water heater and pressure regulator valve needed replacing so I called 365 Plumbing Of Nevada. They came out right away. Jose changed out the prv valve and water heater and made sure it was all up to code. Everything all new and working now. Very happy with the quick and professional service. I will be sure to call them again when ever needed.

Take it from a retired plumber. I was really impressed with Hydro plumbing and the equipment they use. I had root intrusion in a 2 inch washing machine drain. They used state-of-the-art equipment to first camera inspect define the exact location of the problem. Then Aric cleaned out the pipe using two different types of machinery. A chain knocker that pulled all of the root material out. Then a commercial Hydro jet system to scour out the pipe. A unit on a trailer not something that you buy on Amazon. He finished with another camera inspection and locate of the place the root came into the pipe. Turned out to be a piece of rebar that was damaging the pipe during construction 20 years ago. well, worth the investment.

Contacted Hydro Plumbing after washer delivery people refused to deliver because the hose connectors were badly corroded. I called Hydro and spoke to Aric and he arranged to come out within 48 hrs. They arrived as scheduled. They installed new outlet box, fittings and hoses. Completely cleaned up after themselves plus some extra. They were finished in two hours. They were very professional, example wearing shoe covers to protect our floors. Will definately call them again if the need arises. Recommend!

Hydro plumbing in Aric did an excellent job quoting, bidding, and completing repairs on a hot water leak in our cement slab. While, other plumbing contractors wanted to re-plumb our entire house at the cost of $30,000 plus, Aric and Hydro plumbing agreed to a reroute for the fix at 1/10 of the cost. Be very wary of plumbing contractors that want to re-plumb your whole house when a fix would work. I said to them if you had a broken cable going to the battery in your car, would you rewire your entire car? They even said no, we wouldn’t…. In the end, they lost the contract . They did a very good job on the repair and I asked them to plumb in a hard water line along side of our soft water lope so that we could have our whole house water filtration system installed. We also asked for a soft water system and they provided a Clack unit, which we are happy with. They also respected the property and put plastic booties over their shoes and put paper/plastic down everywhere they worked. We have used other top notch, plumbing services in Las Vegas, but Hydro plumbing is every bit is good as they are and very cost-effective. For any future plumbing needs we will use Aric And Hydro plumbing again.

Brendan, Jason, and Cahlil did a complete removal of ductwork, old A/C unit and insulation and installed an all new system. Their expertise was unmatched and their kindness throughout was amazing. I would highly recommend Pure Plumbing & Air! In addition, they are the only company that does not hire a third party to install the ductwork. They did the most amazing job, we couldn't be happier!

David with Pure Plumbing and Air did a fantastic job replacing the anode in my hot water heater. Excellent and fast service. Called after 11am, job done about 1:30pm! Definitely recommend!! Shortly afterwards Christopher came by for a HVAC tune up, he was great as well! All was good but I didn't want to wait until it was 100° + to find a problem. These guys will be getting my plumbing and HVAC business in the future!

Michael came on time to give us an estimate on getting new shower head/valve and faucet replaced in our master shower. His estimate was the same as the other plumbing company that came over. The difference was that I felt more comfortable with Impact since I wanted to make sure there were no additional costs of ‘other findings’ that the other plumber hinted may happen. Impact Plumbing is great! I went to shower and had no hot water. I called their 24-hour line and they had a technician out to my house by midnight. Travis quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us pictures of the rust on the top of the water heater. He got us on the schedule for a new water heater between 8:00 and 10:00 am the next morning. Dave and Jose arrived around 9:00 am and completed the install within two hours. They also replaced a flapper that was leaking in one of our toilets. Travis, Dave and Jose were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. I will definitely contact Impact Plumbing again when the need arises.

I reached out on New Year’s Eve to request a water heater installation, and even though it was during the holiday, they responded promptly without taking time off. They scheduled an inspection and estimate for the very first day after New Year’s, which I really appreciated. Chris came out for the inspection, and he was extremely friendly and professional. We dealt with Carlos at Adaven Plumbing and he was fantastic!! Very professional, knowledgeable and he did everything which he said he would do with updates as the job went through. He took the time to explain everything and make sure we knew what to expect. He wasn’t pushy but patient. Extremely happy with Carlos and his team and would highly recommend Adaven Plumbing. I had different companies come out and most could not pin point the problem and those that did were only interested at what their price would be for the repair, which was astronomical.

Update: Nancy has been great scheduling the services I need based on my availability. Carlos has been great and educated me on basic maintenance, and answered all my questions. On top of that, he arrives ahead of time. He answered all my questions during the repair and installation. 10/10 would recommend this company.

If I could give negative 5 starts I would. Do not bother with this company, they’re a big joke. Go with a bigger company. This is very mom and pop. It’ll save you so much time, energy and frustration with your home problems. The part for the hot water heater they ordered was going to take over a week so I would have spent that time at a hotel…EXPENSIVE! I had precision plumbing come out within 2 hours they opened it up and saw A HOLE IN THE HEAT EXCHANGER. THEY COULDNT EVEN DIAGNOSE THE REAL ISSUE. I would have spent all this money at a hotel, their 181 dollar fee to come out, parts/labor, and I would have still needed a new tankless heater LOL so glad I had PRECISION PLUMBING come out quick and diagnose correctly they saved me time and a huge headache. Precision also installed temporary equipment to give me hot water in the meantime. Redline plumbing was a disaster. Wish them the worst
