I scheduled an appointment just before the holidays, and Neil came out on December 31 to unclog my pipes. He did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the very next day the pipes clogged again, so I called and Neil returned the following Monday, January 5. At that time, he diagnosed that the main pipes under my house were broken and needed repair. We scheduled the work, and although he mentioned it could take up to two days, Neil and his team completed the repairs in just one day. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and efficiency. Neil thoroughly explained the entire process, including what was being done and the expected outcome. I am very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate their hard work.

Called in on Monday morning just to schedule a regular service and they had a cancelation so were able to come out that morning. I have a 1964 Milwaukee Thermoflo oil furnace with electric for dual fuel. Tim, the service man, was awesome! He knew this old furnace and it ended up i needed a new belt along with the typical nozzle, and oil filter. I've been using Valley Service Mech for a few years now and they have always done a great job at a fair price. Thanks again!

I wanted to share a huge thank you to Legacy! They helped me upgrade my broken 6-year-old Goodman furnace on 12/5/2025 after a service call on 12/3/2025. The original unit was in bad shape, largely due to the heat exchanger being plugged with drywall dust from a bad initial installation by the homebuilder. ​The HVAC team members who helped me were Tommy, Blake, Austin, and Jackson. Tommy performed a thorough inspection, identifying both the faulty exhaust boot drain and running a heat exchanger test, which made the difficult decision to replace the unit much easier. Austin and Jackson completed the install properly and even fixed some old ventilation errors. All showed professionalism and excellent customer service! I will definitely be calling Legacy again for assistance if needed.

We recently had our boiler motor replaced by Legacy, which unfortunately led to an issue with an old valve that caused water in our basement. Tommy, the manager, responded immediately, coordinated the restoration/carpet repairs, and covered all the costs. After talking with Tommy about our options, we ultimately chose to replace our old boiler and heater with a Combi unit. Kyle came out that next day to start working and he did an excellent job! With the help of Jaxon and Nick, they were able to finish everything in two days. They were hardworking, respectful, and left everything clean. A few days later, Jaydon came back out for the inspection, which went flawlessly. This was a very unexpected expense, but we’re really glad we stuck with Legacy. Northstar was recommended by an independent plumber who was too booked out to get to our home. We were told that Northstar was great to work with on jobs. Tried them out for a water heater replacement. Great communication from their dispatch; professional, clean, prompt service from the technician. One recommendation was made to add an additional shut-off valve, which is something I had also noted. Outside of that single suggestion, no sales add-ons were recommended. I had to leave, and all of my "please do this before you leave" requests were followed. Overall great service, we will absolutely be using them again! We did call them again for a low-pressure faucet. When the technician arrived, the issue was found to be homeowner idiocy, lol. So he walked me through fixing it myself. And didn't even charge a service call (which i tried to pay, because I felt really dumb). He was soooo nice. This absolutely sealed the deal that Northstar will be our plumbing/drain go-to going forward.

I called Northstar for water in my crawl space at 12AM, and they came out promptly with a plan to get it remediated as fast as possible. They were able to do that for the evening, then came back the next day with a full gameplan to prevent any future issues. Would recommend Northstar to anybody

Beau was great and easy to work with. I had an old manual shutoff sewer valve that needed replacing. Gave a fair price estimate. Had some scheduling issues but, they adjusted around our schedules without hesitation, I really appreciated the honesty and “can do” attitude. The damage to the yard was minimal and even though everything fought them , they had good attitudes and got it done. Price actually came in a lower than the estimate.If you have plumbing issues I highly recommend giving him a call. I’m glad I did!

Our water heater caught on fire the night before. I knew my neighbor worked for them so I asked him what the general turnaround was to get a new one installed and he said he’d make a call. Keith, the plumbing dude, called me the next morning at 730am to let me know he could have a guy out in Kindred by 9am. Ethan pulled into my driveway at 845. The swap out was so fast, less than an hour, and the workmanship is top notch. I’m very thankful for the super fast turnaround and how conscious they were of my time. The price was great in comparison as well. Do yourself a favor and just call the pros at Precision.

I used Jeff's Plumbing for the first time after noticing drain water leaking into the sump pit. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and the technicians, Ehsan and Tyler, were awesome. After the floor slab was removed, they clearly showed and explained everything. The job was completed so fast, I had them look at two other issues I had been dealing with. Both were fixed that same day, including a shower valve replacement. My wife and I both enjoyed how professional and friendly the technicians were. While my dad was alive, he usually took care of any of my house problems this single mom had. BUT when there was something he couldn't do, I'd call Jeff's plumbing. I've been in my house 25 years and have been lucky to have had few problems since my dad passed. BUT when it rains, it pours! From October to March, ive had to call them 3 times!! All for different issues!! I've had different techs on each visit. Tree roots, low pressure faucets, and scale on pipes. Every single one was efficient, personable, and patient! ( i prattle, lol) Jeff's has more than reasonable pricing! They take such care to clean up after service. ( my dad always made me clean up!) I'm a mom and pops business promoter, but I gotta say, as far as professionalism, and customer service go, they hit it out of the ballpark!
