Expert Drain Cleaning in Bismarck, ND

Had them come out the day after I called due to sewer backup. Dave I believe was the gentleman that came and was extremely helpful and got everything done quick! Will be calling every year to have roots cleared

Dave was able to come by the same day I called to fix a backed up drain line. He's a polite and friendly guy, careful with his work, and answered all my questions. He was able to finish the job in under an hour. I definitely recommend his services.

Needed to get my main drain cleaned of tree roots, every year it happens. He did a thorough job. Lots of tree roots in the small drain. His prices were a little higher than the last guy but I think he did a good job. His equipment seemed better too for tree roots. I would use him again. No other issues after he fixed my drain.

Always reliable and get you in as soon as possible! A few years ago we got our new heater installed, shortly after medical issues arose and we had to leave town. Advanced mechanical was so gracious and worked with us to make payments and let us get a check to them after we got back into town. We are so thankful for Advenced mechanical and will always recommend them and choose them for our own needs!

Very pleased with furnace that was recently installed in our home. I appreciate the recommendation to install a furnace that was the correct size for our home. Did not feel pressured to purchase the most expensive model. The installation was very professional and we felt very comfortable with the two gentlemen who did the work. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE! Go elsewhere unless you want to deal with childish drama & overpriced service. Even the responses to negative reviews are rude while other businesses are apologetic. This business will continue to blame the customer & argue over the internet. 1. They are overpriced, a service call elsewhere is 1/4 the cost. 2. They don’t get you scheduled in a timely manner & you’re looking at a week or more out for a simple service call. 3. They’re rude, gossipy, immature, and have a lying problem.

Unpleasant interaction over the phone with service rep. H A Thompson must be really busy today. No time to listen. Made me feel like a deadbeat saying I better pay my bill after I expressed concern over the quality of the work. As if, after other major expenditures I've made in the past with them, there has ever been a problem with receiving payments. Argumentative, impatient, making up excuses for the problems caused at my home by H A Thompson. Refusing to send a different person to assess the work that was done. This is no way to treat a loyal customer and person in a position to refer new clients. I am very disappointed.

Timber Ridge Plumbing had great communication and did excellent work. Replaced entire pipes with pex, and later replaced broken drain elbow and fixed freezing problem, even brought new insulation for underside of bathroom, mobile home. Highly recommend Timber Ridge. Good people.

The crew at Timber Ridge is great! The first time working with them they removed some plumbing fixtures and reinstalled when we had new flooring installed. They were flexible and worked with our flooring install schedule. The second time we had a sewer main break in our basement. They fit me in ASAP, identified the problem, and fixed it. All of this with reasonable rates. Thanks to the crew at Timber Ridge!

The guys did a great job at very reasonable price. After having them do the work the first time I've had them back 2 more times for different things. They are on time, cleaned up when they were done and made sure to show me what they did and ask if I had any questions for them. I am sure I will be calling them again when I need plumbing work.

The tech was very knowledgeable and kept me informed all along the way. We had almost no hot water pressure in the kitchen and he was able to make a significant improvement. I think we are going to have to schedule a full hot side flush to totally solve the problem but he got us enough to get by for now. Very happy with the results so far. Very friendly and affordable. I will be calling them in the future for all plumbing needs.
