Turns out, tree roots had gotten into our septic tank and was solid roots. They dug out the roots and pumped out the septic tank and got us fixed up quickly. Im very impressed. Their crew was very professional and informative. They arrived in a timely manner, and gave great advice. I recommend these guys to anyone with plumbing issues, they are very reasonable with prices and will be using them going forward. Highly highly recommend. I am not disappointed!

Amazing service. I can't overstate how helpful Rickey and his team are. All of our drains / toilets were completely clogged. We called around 8:30 pm and he had the situation under control by 11 despite being a couple town over when I called. He immediately knew what the issue was and explained everythnig as it happened. I called and made the appointment yesterday and De’Jhon was right on time early this morning. He’s a young man with a great friendly personality, knowledgeable about his work…and he went right to work and made the change on our unit without a hitch. Noah from Happy Pipes came to my home to address a concern I had with the air compressor for my septic. Noah showed up early, checked the pump and luckily all it was, was a loose hose. He was very thorough and checked to make sure the tank wasn't full and caused the hose to come loose. He is knowledgeable, answered what questions/ concerns I had. He was very polite!! I will definitely call them in the future for my septic system and highly recommend!!

They were able to do what my local plumber couldn't, and within 2 hours of the call. Crew, out of Tupelo, was here within 90 minutes of the call. The Delta Shower/Tub faucet cartridge started leaking at 3 gallons per hour (and I have a septic tank)! They was able to remove the hex screw on the handle (that the local plumbers gave up on) and replaced the cartridge. A bit more $ than what my local plumber would have charged, but I got quick, competent service, and crew was professional. Got a 30-day warranty too.

The Tech Marty was on time, very nice. Resolved my problem. He had completed the job in less than 2 hours, with all that he needed to fix. Even gave me a Seniors discount, which was wonderful. I have used them before on some other small repairs, they have always been friendly and completed the job on time. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Drain Specialist Plumbings did a pressure test for our gas lines. We then had them come back and install a tankless water heater. We then had them come back to unclog our drain. Super happy with all of the work, prices and d communication. The attached text messages help show they know what they are doing!

I’ve had these guys out a few times to help with plumbing issues. They did great work at affordable and fair pricing.

Keep in mind I have never had plumbing work done. So I had a pipe in my front yard leaking so I called these guys. They came out next day to look at the problem. Ended up just going ahead and fixing it while I was at work and my wife was home. Worked for approximately 2 to 3 hours and replaced about a 3 inch piece on my pipe. Had to dig through some roots to get to the pipe. Just a few roots. Probably had to dig a couple feet. I had already dug about a foot. The cost was 800 dollars. They work by the job. Not the hour. If you plan on using them I suggest you get a quote before you do anything with them. Had I known it was going to by 800 I would have done it myself.

Streamline Plumbing was able to come out and diagnose the issue with my tankless water heater. We went over options on either fixing the one I had that was 10 years old or install a new one. Ultimately I went with a new one and they were able to be there that next morning. Bobby Lee was very professional and able to get hot water through out the house again. Appreciate the dedication and work ethic that this company expects in thier employees and look forward to doing more buisness with them again.

Everyone at Streamline Plumbing is friendly and professional. They respond promptly and contact with updates about when and who . . . Which employee, with a picture, to expect at your home. They explain what they are doing. The tech reports directly to the boss his findings and recommendations and if needed to boss will come by and assist to make sure the problem is handled properly. Very satisfied and impressed the the level of service and care. Highly recommend and will use them again if needed.

Recently my basement flooded, and I called them to get a plumber out to drain the water and identify the issue. It took me calling the "Emergency Line" twice before she answered. She then gave me slight attitude, and said she would contact one of their plumbers in the area. I waited all night for no one to come. I ended up calling another plumbing service the next day who got out here in under 40 mins. If you need a plumber then call someone else.
