I’m very satisfied with their drain cleaning service. They resolved the blockage completely and left no mess behind.

In my Pearl house, a pipe burst late one evening, necessitating fast emergency plumbing. The staff was prompt in their arrival, identified the issue, and effectively resolved it. They maintained the area tidy, were professional, and gave me an explanation of the problem's root cause so I could prevent it in the future. Having trustworthy assistance when I needed it most was a big relief.

I had a stopped up commode. I called Roto-rooter and they responded quickly. Davy came out and cleared the septic line. He was friendly and fixed the problem. My commode is working fine now and I am pleased with the services provided to me by Roto-rooter. The lady who took my order was also friendly and proficient. I’d give negative stars if it would allow me to. Would not recommend at all, ever. I called in December 2025 to fix my shower. They came out, fixed the leak charged $650 and left. 2 weeks later, shower leaks again they come out and fix it. By mid- January I had to call AGAIN. They came out fixed it, charged $1000 and when they turned the water back on, my toilet backed up??? And they couldn’t fix it while they were here I guess. So I called AGAIN to have someone come fix that toilet and give me a quote to hook up another one of my toilets that isn’t hooked up to any pipes. They send someone out and he fixes my toilet for $800 and tells me they’ll call me about sending someone out for a quote on the piping. Really okay. This was in the beginning of February. It’s the end of May and I still haven’t heard about a quote and the toilet they “fixed” is leaking again. I will never spend my money with this company again. What a scam.

These guys did a great job. My sewer line was backed up and they were here within an hour and fixed the problem. The price was upfront and very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Electrical meter torn from the house during icestorm by falling tree branches. EM took my call, sent out a tech, and completed my job to perfection. My tech's name was Jack. He is the greatest!!! Following my reconnect by PS, everything came up except the electricity...EM sent Charles out and he diagnosed the need...and addressed it. This company has done an excellent job caring for my electrical needs.

Matt, project manager was very nice and helped me to find the best fit of product for my needs. Billy came to fix my old unit and gave options to resolve the mechanical issues. Cornerstone Plumbing and Drain was excellent to work with. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the first call. They responded quickly and had my issue resolved the same day I contacted them. Even though they needed to leave and pick up a part, they stayed on top of it and got everything taken care of without delay. I really appreciated their responsiveness and the quality of their work. I would absolutely use them again.

Had a washing machine drain backing up on the first cycle. They came out and drained and unclog our drain in the laundry room right along with our other drain pipes. They were fast and efficient great service for a reasonable price. Thanks

They were able to send a tech quickly for an estimate. I decided to use Cornerstone and the guys did everything that was quoted in the job. More impressive to me was how clean they left the work areas.

We have now used MicWill now for 2 repairs. They repaired an under the slab pipe break/shower drain repair. They were honest and fast, hard workers, & we felt totally at ease with their recommendations. They did a great job, keeping us updated every step of the way. Then, we had a hot water tank leak and they came out within an hour and repaired it quickly and for a fair price. In the future, we will only call MicWill. Very honest, hard workers and fair pricing. They did an excellent job both times.

I have all good things to say about our experience with this company. Professional, great communication around arrival time, what they were doing while working on our leak, having to order specific parts, etc. There was no need for us to ask what was going on at any point. They worked efficiently to identify the problem, find/order the right part, slow the leak, then completely stop it once the right part came in. They also like dogs. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have used them a few times at my house and business. I sometimes work on Saturdays and have only one toilet in my office. They came out after regular business hours on Friday night to unclog my toilet. They were professional, knowledgable, and I didn't think at any point they were trying to rip me off, which has been my past experience with some plumbers.

I’ve used Environment Masters since I bought my first home and have continued using them in my second home. I’ve always felt the service was excellent, so much so that I even did a commercial for them that ran on television and in print. Until today, I never considered using another company. I called for service because my thermostat wasn’t working. Since I have a service plan, they were able to send someone out quickly, which I truly appreciated. The technician was professional and did an excellent job. However, I was charged $425 for the thermostat replacement, not including the $88 service visit fee. I paid it at the time because I trusted it was a fair price. Afterward, I looked up the thermostat and found the same model retailing for around $122 at most. I called the company for clarity and was told it’s a flat fee that includes technician fees. It’s hard to understand how the additional labor and fees could justify an extra $300. I’m very disappointed by the excessive pricing with a company that I always felt was charging fair prices. ***UPDATE*** Customer service reached out to me today. This issue has been rectified to my satisfaction. I appreciate their care and concern with customer satisfaction. That’s the Environment Masters I know and love.

The customer service from the beginning of this process all the way to the end was awesome. From me putting in a request online to receiving a call the next day, to the communication about their arrival, to the maintenance performed and the communication about next steps. This is how business should be, open and honest communication. I have to mention Paul. He was thorough and personable. I also have to mention Jonathan. He too was personable and professional.

I was having an issue with my tankless water heater. I called on Saturday morning and was told everyone was booked and would not be able to get to me. However, mercy was on my side because later that evening I got a notice saying Nathan was on the way. Nathan was very pleasant and easy to work with. He answered questions and gave knowledgeable suggestions along the way. I am very pleased with the service.
