Mike delivered excellent service at a fair price. He was extremely friendly and made an otherwise negative situation enjoyable. The task required tracking pipe over 100 yards, unclogging and locating a buried exit drain. I highly recommend these gentlemen and they have instantly become my go-to for plumbing beyond my ability.

We had a clogged toilet and it was in the main line so we didn’t have any of the tools to do the job ourselves. This was a brand new home so we had no idea how it got clogged so bad, so Drew came and fixed it for us and even gave us valuable information on how it happened and how to prevent it! It was an amazing service and they even took donations of canned food for a discount on the price! It was awesome! 10/10 we will be using them again for any future plumbing issues!

I had a great experience with the company this week. I went with a well known company just because of their reputation. They were easy to contact and easy to schedule with. I dealt with Hailey (hope that's the correct spelling) twice on the phone. Both times she was professional and efficient. What I really appreciated about them was that they gave a short window of arrival and were right on time. Nothing is worse than not being able to schedule a day because you're waiting for hours for someone to show up. Keion was my technician and was/is a great young man! He was professional, great at his job, and actually fun to talk to & get to know a little about his background while he worked. He fixed my issue and was on his way within the hour. He was very meticulous in explaining it in a way I could understand, as I do not know anything about plumbing. Very helpful and super nice! He came in, did his setup and got to work which I really appreciated given that I’ve had past issues with contractors taking their time and having to come back multiple times. 10000/10 very happy with his service and professionalism!

Having major plumbing issues and had seen High Tide on Facebook several years ago. I was so impressed that I knew they would be the one I would use. I was blessed having 3 awesome young techs, Michael, Anthony, and Jacob. I cannot say enough great things about these men and the company they work for. Also they had referrals from other businesses that could help with issues like installing Walk-in Tub, laying tile, and on a more serious note if they find an issue like mold, they explain and give you a name and number of someone that can help you. I cannot say enough positive things about the techs and the company. Not only the tech, but the young ladies that answer the phones, answer all your questions, always with a very positive attitude! I couldn’t be happier with the service from High Tide Plumbing. My technician, Alec, was outstanding. He walked up to my house, introduced himself, and the very first thing he did was shake my hand. That level of professionalism immediately stood out. A supervisor also stopped by (I hate that I can’t remember his name), and he did the exact same thing — introduced himself and shook my hand. You can tell professionalism is part of their company culture. They clearly explained what was going on, what needed to be done, and kept me informed throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. They originally gave me a 10–12 arrival window, but called at 8:00 AM and were at my house by 8:15. I had dealt with someone that really tried to rip me off. I called ASAP Plumbing desperately needing help on a blockage down the line from the toilet. My grandson flushed something down it. Noel, very professional polite. Explain everything he was doing step-by-step as he was doing things. Any question I had he would answer where I would understand And answered my questions. Amazing Father/Son team! They came out on an emergency call to unclog a line and through determination and skill were able to get it done! They were professional and very-very reasonably priced. Before shopping the competition, save some money and give this duo a call!

He flat out lied. Said we had a problem that didn’t exist. We had a grinder field instead of a septic field. It was leaking outside the tank. Bob Blue said he fixed the problem and that the pump grinder float was stuck on a wire. Three weeks later we had the same problem! We found out it was a pipe from the house that goes into the tank that was leaking. He didn’t fix the problem. He lied about the problem and charged us $245 for nothing! No repairs. He’s dishonest and he stole $245 from us. We had to pay an additional $800 to get it fixed correctly by a different company!

Mr. Blue and his son have taken care of my parents numerous times, and today when I got into a bind with a broken pipe, he took care of me. I called him on short notice on a Sunday afternoon (of a holiday weekend), took him less than an hour from the phone call to show up and in under an hour had my broken hose bibb/pipe fixed good as new. He charged what we discussed over the phone and I think his pricing is fair. It's hard to find reliable, responsive service these days and I'm thankful for the job he did.

Service Experts was the company that Home Depot recommended to install the water heater I bought. Brittany was first person I talked to and she was very polite and helpful through the whole process. I had to order the unit and have it shipped to Home Depot and Service Experts were willing to pick up the unit and hold it for me while I was on vacation, and were ready to install as soon as I got home. Judson and Deacon were the installers and they showed up right at the time they said they would and had the job finished in half a day. I might add, it was a difficult attic installation on a hot day and a heavy water heater, but they got it done and did a quality job. I had some specific wishes on how I wanted it and the installers did the job just like I asked. They were polite and professional and cleaned up everything after. I am thoroughly pleased with the job and would hire them again.

Service was excellent. Plumber went beyond his work to ensure toilet was working properly. Box was missing parts to two bolts from Kohler and he was able to provide so I wouldn’t have to go back to Home Depot with complaint to have parts shipped.
