Worst experience ever. The plumber shows up does an inspection inside and out on clogged toilet he asks me if I have an electric snake which I do and wanted to use it as he did not have one only had a hand crank snake after trying my snake and his then asks if I have a shop vac to drain the toilet with I said no says only option is to cut the main septic line also was never presented with a work order or an estimate of the said job, I paid the $75 service fee. Main office manager only offered to come back out and do the job at $250. I asked for a partial refund and they said no, they made no other attempts to correct the matter of their unprofessionalism this all happened on 11/18/2025

Dale did a really good job hooking up the disposal and replacing the hot and cold line shutoff valves for the faucet which I installed. My only comment is that I thought their price was $300 or $400 too much. The bill was over $700.

I called a while back because my toilet was flooding from underneath and said I thought I needed a new wax seal. They took the toilet off and told me it was fine because it was one of those universal ones and told me wax rings are designed to do that so you know there’s a plumbing issue. I looked it up and that turns out to be false. On top of that, they put the toilet back with the universal seal and I found out later you’re supposed to replace the wax ring every time you remove the toilet. The only reason they even got 2 stars is because they used a camera snake and found a break in the pvc somewhere and brought it to my attention. I’m once again having the same issue and finding out that it isn’t supposed to happen ever.

Absolutely amazing company 100% completely professional very informative listen to your exact problems and what work already has been done and the things I attempted to do to unclog my toilet. They fixed the clog which was roots by pulling the toilet. I highly recommend worth every penny and very accurate quotes.

The office staff, Olivia, is very helpful and has the ability to explain things well. The plumber, David M., came out to the house and showed me video of exactly where our problem was in the sewer line, and he fixed it. He also sent me photos of the line (roots had grown in it) and gave me a fair price to fix it. My experience with these people was good. I was very pleased. Great job.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. In a world where it's rare to find honest, hardworking professionals who actually take pride in what they do, this guy was a breath of fresh air. I’ve hired multiple plumbers in the past for the same issue, and not one of them got it right — until now. He showed up, assessed the situation with total transparency, and got the job done right — the first time. What really stood out? He went under a brutally tight crawl space with hardly any room to work, never complained, and delivered top-notch work with zero shortcuts. The quality was excellent, the price was more than fair, and his integrity was obvious from the moment he stepped on the property. This is the kind of professional you want in your corner — the kind you remember. Hands down the best contractor I’ve ever hired. If you're tired of the quiet quitters, the no-shows, and the overchargers, this is your guy. Hire him...Thanks again Dustin!

Their techs only are trained in certain areas. So if you have a possible generator/ AC problem. They'll send out only 1 tech with knowledge of only one of those areas. That wouldn't be a big issue however. They start charging you the moment they start driving towards your house plus a truck/ service call fee and for me they didn't inform me prior to their business model, I've never had a service company charge like that. Only had some charge a service call fee. Not charge a 110/ hour fee just for coming out. The tech was nice and all but in the end after just inspecting my generator and trying out a couple possible thermostat timing tricks. He determined it's most likely an ac issue. And an electrician should come out next. So after just an hour of looking at my generator no actual repairs or anything. I was sent an invoice for over $300. Which is extremely pricey for just an inspection. I live only a 30 min drive away. Just their service/ truck fee alone would have covered the gas expenses. If I would have been informed prior to confirming my appointment that they charge over $100 per hour as soon as they start driving towards me. I would have never allowed them to come. No where on their website does it say thats how they charge and to me their website implies their techs can help you out in all the fields they cover. But nope they are specialized techs in only 1 area. So if you have a crossover problem expect a very expensive bill from them. Just fyi Edit: I had another company come out. And it turns out the issue was with the generator. So the service tech they sent out didn't actually assess the issue properly.

Verify Availability Before You Call

Professional Drain Cleaning in Meridian, Mississippi

Meridian homeowners know that a clogged sink or a backed-up sewer line can't wait, especially with the busy pace of life in the 'Queen City.' Whether you’re located near the historic Grand Opera House or out toward Bonita Lakes, finding a plumber who is actually available when they say they are is often the biggest challenge. That’s where our unique verification service changes the game for Lauderdale County residents.

We don't just provide a list of names; we actively filter our network of certified plumbers by your specific Meridian zip code. We go the extra mile by calling them ourselves to confirm they have an open slot to fix your drain problem right now. This ensures you aren't wasting time on voicemails while your kitchen or bathroom is out of commission.

Common Drain Issues in Meridian, Mississippi

Tree Root Intrusion: Many of Meridian’s established neighborhoods are shaded by beautiful, mature oaks and pines. These roots seek out moisture and often penetrate aging clay or cast-iron sewer pipes, causing recurring slow drains and eventual total blockages.

Hard Water Scale: The water profile in East Mississippi can lead to mineral buildup. Over time, calcium deposits narrow the diameter of your pipes, creating a rough surface that catches soap scum and hair, leading to stubborn clogs.

Heavy Rainfall Backups: During Mississippi’s frequent heavy downpours, local drainage systems can become overwhelmed. This often results in hydrostatic pressure issues that cause sluggish drainage or even sewage backup in floor drains and lower-level fixtures.

Aging Infrastructure: In parts of downtown Meridian and the Highland Park area, older plumbing systems are prone to 'bellies' or sagging sections. These low spots trap sediment and grease, which eventually solidify and require professional clearing.

Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Meridian, Mississippi

Spring Preparation: After the heavy spring rains common in Meridian, check your outdoor area drains. Ensure they are clear of pine needles and debris to prevent water from backing up against your foundation.

Summer Grease Awareness: With summer BBQ season in full swing, never pour cooking oils or fats down your kitchen sink. Mississippi heat keeps them liquid temporarily, but they will solidify deep in your plumbing.

Fall Leaf Maintenance: As the leaves drop in Lauderdale County, keep your exterior drain grates clear. Clogged exterior drains can cause water to pool, leading to unexpected indoor seepage during autumn storms.

Winter Freeze Protection: While Meridian winters are generally mild, hard freezes do occur. Insulate pipes in crawl spaces to prevent cracks that can lead to major clogs and debris buildup once the pipes thaw.

Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Meridian, Mississippi

$150-$475

Pricing in Meridian is based on the complexity of the clog. A standard drain snaking for a single fixture is typically more affordable, while main line clearing or hydro-jetting services that require camera inspections fall on the higher end of the scale.
