Mike delivered excellent service at a fair price. He was extremely friendly and made an otherwise negative situation enjoyable. The task required tracking pipe over 100 yards, unclogging and locating a buried exit drain. I highly recommend these gentlemen and they have instantly become my go-to for plumbing beyond my ability.

We had a clogged toilet and it was in the main line so we didn’t have any of the tools to do the job ourselves. This was a brand new home so we had no idea how it got clogged so bad, so Drew came and fixed it for us and even gave us valuable information on how it happened and how to prevent it! It was an amazing service and they even took donations of canned food for a discount on the price! It was awesome! 10/10 we will be using them again for any future plumbing issues!

I had a great experience with the company this week. I went with a well known company just because of their reputation. They were easy to contact and easy to schedule with. I dealt with Hailey (hope that's the correct spelling) twice on the phone. Both times she was professional and efficient. What I really appreciated about them was that they gave a short window of arrival and were right on time. Nothing is worse than not being able to schedule a day because you're waiting for hours for someone to show up. Keion was my technician and was/is a great young man! He was professional, great at his job, and actually fun to talk to & get to know a little about his background while he worked. He fixed my issue and was on his way within the hour. I had dealt with someone that really tried to rip me off. I called ASAP Plumbing desperately needing help on a blockage down the line from the toilet. My grandson flushed something down it. Noel, very professional polite. Explain everything he was doing step-by-step as he was doing things. Any question I had he would answer where I would understand And answered my questions. He fix our problem, which I am so happy. Brandon is a very straight up guy. He is professional timely and his prices are very reasonable. He found a leak in the wall after doing a thorough investigation. Gave me a price to fix the problem and rhen fixed kt all in the same day. Then he suggested sum other repairs so we wont have the problem again and we gladly agreed to have them fixed. After calling 6 plumbing companies that refused to work with my home warranty, Brandon came out the same day and gave an estimate, he even spoke with the home warranty company about the estimate. The repair got approved the next day and he came out that afternoon to clear the line. Very timely, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend!

Service Experts was the company that Home Depot recommended to install the water heater I bought. Brittany was first person I talked to and she was very polite and helpful through the whole process. I had to order the unit and have it shipped to Home Depot and Service Experts were willing to pick up the unit and hold it for me while I was on vacation, and were ready to install as soon as I got home. Judson and Deacon were the installers and they showed up right at the time they said they would and had the job finished in half a day. I might add, it was a difficult attic installation on a hot day and a heavy water heater, but they got it done and did a quality job. I had some specific wishes on how I wanted it and the installers did the job just like I asked. They were polite and professional and cleaned up everything after. I am thoroughly pleased with the job and would hire them again.

Service was excellent. Plumber went beyond his work to ensure toilet was working properly. Box was missing parts to two bolts from Kohler and he was able to provide so I wouldn’t have to go back to Home Depot with complaint to have parts shipped.

A pleasant experience from phone call to arrival to completion. (Receptionist was excellent.) My septic pump/grinder was failing. Rather than wait for it to die and not be able to use any water in my house, my husband and I decided to replace the pump. Replacement was not cheap, but I can say Precise Plumbing's price was fair (neither too expensive nor suspiciously cheap). For those who aren't aware, there is an additional fee for processing credit cards. If you can pay with cash/check, I highly recommend that! Rich's estimate on both time and cost were accurate. He did a much better job than the whoever installed the original pump (I suspect it was the grinder that came with the house... which was built in 1999). The new grinder is from a reputable company and was worth having it installed correctly the first time. I have dealt with Precise Plumbing twice and, should anything come up in the future, I will call on them again! Highly recommend!

Woke up this morning to a plumbing dilemma and called several plumbers, but no one could get me scheduled until later this week. These guys offer a top notch service and are definitely expert plumbers. We had a collapsed laundry drain under our summer house in Biloxi. We called two other plumbers. The first wanted to cut open 25ft of our concrete slab to replace the drain for $12,000. The second plumber got my water hose stuck in my roof vent and cut it off then just took off. I passed the Rooter Wizard van on my way home. Gave them a call within 45 min they were at my door. Offered a free estimate. Gave us 3 options. Advised us of the best option. We decided to reroute the kitchen and laundry drain by using an overhead vent. Cost was under $2,500 and has worked great for weeks now. My wife was in fits about having our kitchen demolished and thanks to the Rooter wizards expertise we not only saved nearly 10k they were in and out in one day and our house was back to normal. I called these folks and got a quote because the previous owner of my house left their card on the refrigerator. I narrowly avoided being ripped off by them. I was able to get the job done for about a third of what they were going to charge me. I'm sure they do good work (they better for that price) but I was able to get the job done quicker and much, much cheaper by calling around a little bit.

Very happy with my service. They were able to send someone out immediately and fix several problems we were having throughout the house. I was very impressed with how fast the job was done and how friendly Steven (the plumber) was. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Mike was great! He showed up and worked into the night to make sure we had running water. He was very respectful to both my wife and I and our home. We were quoted one price from another company before they more than doubled it with no explanation other than needing to apply for a permit. We reach out to Mike and got an outstanding repair for a reasonable price.

While they weren’t able to come out same day, a very thoughtful and thorough plumber stayed on the phone with me and gave me advice (I wish I remembered his name to give him a call out).
