My family and I had an amazing experience using Dave Benjamin! My mother recently bought a house and well showering. The water was being backed up and pouring out of the pipes in the basement. She called Dave and told him what was happening and he immediately came out On his day off to pump the septic system. He was very knowledgeable on the issues that we were having with our system and he gave us great advice on how to maintain and keep a healthy septic tank. He truly has a passion for what he does and cares deeply for his customers my family and I will continue to use Earthworm water-sewer-drainage, and will recommend him to everyone else we know in need.

Such a great experience right from the initial phone call to express my concerns about our septic, to speaking with David in person at my home as he came out to visually inspect my septic system. David took the time to educate me on how septic systems work. By the time he left, I was reassured that my septic is functioning properly as well as steps to take in the future when it does come time to pumping it out or making repairs. The plumber did an excellent job fixing our drain. He was very professional, worked carefully, and explained everything very clearly. He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure the drain problem was completely resolved. After finishing the work, he also cleaned up the area thoroughly. Mike was absolutely great at fixing clogged kitchen sink pipe issues! I tried all day to unclog a kitchen sink drain and was at a loss as to what could be happening. Within a few minutes he was able to discover the problem, and after a short time everything was running like normal again. Would highly recommend!

We can't recommend Paul enough! We had our main sewer line back up in our basement on a Sunday afternoon and Paul dropped what he was doing to come out and fix it for us. It took him 6 hours and was a lot of hard work but he stayed until after midnight to make sure the job was done thoroughly. He used advanced scoping + milling technology to show us on a live feed exactly what he was doing (we got to see before and after scopes) and this method prevented having to have our pipes dug up which saved us thousands of dollars. Paul was courteous, professional, and transparent throughout his service. Though we hope we don't have to call him again, we certainly wouldn't hesitate to do so and you shouldn't either!

We had sewage leaking into our basement and needed help ASAP! We called the owner Paul and he was here within the hour and worked hard all by himself to get roots out of our pipes that was causing a clog. He worked hard until around 1 AM and gave us tips for cleaning and up keep. We definitely will be calling him the future and would highly recommend his services.

Very prompt service and a kind person. He made an emergency call to scope and clear a clog in a swimming pool return line that needed to be completed within hours; this could have been a costly nightmare. By no means was this an inexpensive visit, but this was not an ordinary plumber with routine equipment - all very specialized optical tools and powerful water jetting equipment to make easy work of this clog. After trying a few things, the clog was removed and we had renewed full suction back at the pump! Thank you for helping!

Joe from ASAP realized the drainage line had a crushed elbow that needed to be replaced by a plumber. Once that was done, Joe came back promptly and cleared the line. On Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend, one of our toilets would not drain at all and another drained poorly. I never imagined that we could get our drain pipes cleared before next week. However, I called this company and its owner-operator Joe was here in 30 minutes. He was just finishing up a job in a nearby town. He was great. He knew what he was doing and he had the right equipment, including a camera that he put through the long and bendy drain pipes in our basement, all the way to our septic tank. A real find! Well worth his reasonable price.

Had a sewer line underground clogged due to the tree root intrusion. Called the Superior Sewer & Drain Service, and the receptionist was really nice and helpful answering call. Kevin, a plumbing specialist was sent to my house within half an hour. They performed a mechanical milling method to cut out the roots inside the pipeline. Work was well done. Kevin was working outside in the rain and the cold weather. After he did the final inspection of the work, Kevin sent me the videos which showing the situation of the problem spot. I was well informed while they were performing the work. Plus, Superior Sewer & Drain Service provided a suggestion and estimate for the future Permanent solution to my sewer line problem. Kevin was very helpful with the inspection and recommendations for our sewer system repair. He worked very hard to earn our buisness and was very competitive against the competition. Not only was his work great but he kept a very clean line of communication between texts, calls, emails, and frequent videos of the work. Even other companies who also provided me a quote via his videos and inspection complimented his attention to detail and methodical approach.

I've called, lvm, texted and sent messages through their portal - no response whatsoever. Yes, I am seeking alternative providers. This review is just an FYI to anyone considering this company. Responsiveness isn't their strong quality. If you start a business like this, it's important to respond to potential customers; even if you don't have time for them.

I had a plumber come out and give me an estimate on my well issue. Then I called for 2nd opinion from Martin plumbing and well pump. The 1st guy said I needed a new pressure pump for over $1000. The owner said the pressure pump was fine. He fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. I've been ripped off by other plumbers in the past. I know, you can't beat Martin plumbing he's old school, call him.

A wonderful first time experience with this business. The owner responded promptly to the message I had left and came to my house within 2 hours. Luckily he recognized the issue with my lack of water pressure right away and it was an easy fix. It's reassuring to know that such a reputable business and owner exist in this area!

Nick was an absolute lifesaver. We were very stressed when we noticed a leak from our tankless water heater in the dead of freezing cold winter. This caused us to be without hot water which isn’t ideal when you have a young baby. When we couldn’t get any other plumbers to return our calls, never mind help us get service same day. Nick was quick to respond and extremely friendly. He reassured us with his expertise and made time for us, even though he was extremely busy. Even though he had a full day, he guided us on the phone until he could find the fix. We are extremely grateful and are lifelong customers. If you want an honest, competent, responsive plumber that you can trust look no further.

I called Nick in distress over a section of pipes in my furnace room that were connected to my water tank that broke. It was very cold weather, and I was without water. Nick responded immediately and came to fix the problem that day. He did an amazing job and got my water up and working without issue. I called TMG as I had an emergency situation with a water leak. This company provided excellent communication throughout. They sent a tehnician to my house in the middle of a bad snow storm. The tech determined that my water leak was not a plumbing issue, but he was able to figure out what caused it. This enabled me to take steps to stop the leak. I highly recommend TMG, as they didn't even charge me for the service call because it wasn't a plumbing issue. These are honest people. They even offered to help me with the insurance claim process!

I had a very disappointing experience with TMG and would not recommend them. We had a pipe burst in our home and called TMG around 3:30 PM. We were told a technician was already nearby in Waterford and could arrive within about an hour. We were informed that prepayment of $695 was required, which we paid. After payment was taken, the arrival window was changed to 5–7 PM. Due to the urgency of the situation, we contacted Ed’s Plumbing, who arrived promptly and completed the repair (they bill after services are completed). At 5:30 PM, while Ed’s Plumbing was finishing the job, TMG called asking if anyone was at the house. I asked if a technician was on the way and was told “not yet, but soon.” No one from TMG ever arrived. The next morning around 9:00 AM, I contacted TMG and was told by billing that a refund would be issued since no services were provided. About one hour later, I received another call stating that they had changed their decision and would not issue a refund, despite no technician ever showing up. I find this business practice extremely troubling—payment was taken, services were not rendered, and the refund was ultimately denied. As a result, I have: Filed a complaint with the State of Connecticut Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau Opened a dispute and fraud investigation with my bank This was a stressful emergency situation, and this experience only made it worse. I strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

Cannot recommend more highly. Have used on multiple jobs and nothing but professional, fair priced, and unrivaled quality of work. Extremely responsive and takes the time to explain the work. They are also extremely honest and will be upfront if he thinks the work is unnecessary. Ed’s plumbing has gotten me out of two emergency situations within the last year. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with the work. Do not make the mistake of hiring anyone else.
