Rob was wonderful to work with! We had him check our water heater, and repair a leaky old tub faucet for us. Service was professional and personable. Our faucet was repaired quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be calling Drain Wizard when our water pump heater will need to be replaced. He also gave us a lot of great advice and showed how knowledgable he is about the setups in these old houses on our side of town.

I highly recommend Drain Wizard to anyone who needs a great plumber! Recently we had an emergency: our sewer main got clogged, the toilet overflowed and the basement was flooded with sewer water. We discovered the problem at 3 am. I called Drain Wizard and they came right away. They got rid of the clog and immediately arranged for the remediation company to drain water from our basement, remove the damaged flooring and clean everything up. Most importantly, they identified the source of the problem (the collapsed house trap and old corroded cast iron pipes) and fixed it. The team is very knowledgeable and professional. They are very responsive and very easy to work with, the invoicing and payment is straightforward and the prices are fair and reasonable. It was a pleasure working with them, I cannot recommend them enough!

Awesome service! Great to work with and professional. We had been having issues with our pressure regulator and various other valves after moving in. These guys came out in the middle of the night and I'm talking 11: 30 PM/12:00 AM, to help us with a leaking washing machine. They got the job done fast, my dog got a ton of love and attention, and they were completely reasonable for an emergency call. Everything is working perfectly! I'm truly grateful.

I noticed the upstairs shower was leaking into the lower level of the house around 8pm one night.. Of course, I freak out. Who can I call at 8pm!!?!? So im googling 24 hour plumbers in my area and notice daffodil. I had called them a few months ago to unclog a kitchen drain. I remember them being super nice. So I call. Its past 8pm at this point, The office person picks right up and scheduled me for the next morning! I thought for sure id have to wait a day or two since it wasnt an emergency! Nope! They got me in the very next morning!!!! The plumber, Mike, got to my house in the time window the office game me. He was the nicest man. We actually had a lot of fun chatting while he was at my house. He was personable and understanding. He identified where the leak was coming from and gave me multiple options and price points for the services that would need to be done. He was able to do it all that same day! This guy is a LEGEND!!!!! Cutting dry wall, removing corroded pipes from the 1970s, replacing all the shower fixtures and even swept up the dust with a broom for me!!! Seriously, what plumber even does that!? 🤣❤️ It was the least emotionally invasive plumber experience ive ever had. It just felt like I had a long time family friend helping out upstairs! 20/10! 100% recommend! Mike is THE BEST! the price for everything was extremely reasonable as well! Ill honestly only ever call Daffodil from now on!

So appreciative of the prompt above and beyond care and service we received from Mike M and Daffodil Plumbing associates. We live out of state and were trying to assist a family member in CT who had no water for several days due to frozen pipes. This coincided with a huge winter snow storm and sub-zero temperatures where outdoor work was required. Starting with my initial inquiry everyone I spoke with listened well and were very kind and understanding of our situation. They set clear expectations on when the technicians would arrive and we were notified when they were on route. Mike M was very knowledgeable and after locating the problem area he provided us different options on how best to fix it. He was very patient and spent time explaining all of it to us via phone and photos and also to our family member. He was quite empathetic of our distance situation and really seemed to care. Needed a new water heater, and on the same day I called Daffodil, they did an estimate, removed the old water heater, and replaced it with a new one! I wish had contacted these guys sooner for all my previous plumbing needs, top notch!

Jason is a life-saver. We had a main-line clog on Christmas Day that caused a backup and leak down into our basement. Jason showed up within 15 minutes, and quickly determined that the sewer line had collapsed right outside of our foundation. He was back a day later with an excavator and quickly resolved the issue within a few hours, for a reasonable price. Not only did he do an excellent job with the work needed to replace the line, he took great care to leave the landscaping in a better state than it was before he came. We can't thank Jason enough for his quick help, open communication and professionalism. Will be going to him for all plumbing issues in the future without question.

The moment the two workers came to my house from the ATeam Plumming and drain they were excellent they introduce themselves. They assess the situation they looked at everything then they told us that they had to make a phone call and that they would be back. They made their phone call. They came back. They worked right through very professional knew what they were doing. We recommend this place highly it was just a great job. Everything was neat. They were very neat. They were just just very polite and professional, and I have my hot water and I’m so happy and it was before Christmas and it was a crush and the whole team at this company from the person who answered the phone for the first time to the owner to the workers have been wonderful. Aiden came out to service my boiler you guys installed last February and did an outstanding job. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. I had Dave come by a couple of times in the past two weeks (for unrelated issues! Everything happens at once) and he was GREAT. Friendly, professional, courteous, and kind. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything that he was doing. He was also meticulous and very very clean. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Richard Brundage and his assistant were very professional, arrived on time and quickly assessed our problem. We had a cracked 4 inch sewer pipe that went from a second floor bathroom to the basement. They were able to remove and replace the pipe and get our bathroom functioning in a short time. It was a pleasure working with them.

Richard came out and very quickly was able to identify that my water heater needed replacement due to corrosion. I have an unusual one and he was able to quickly find the same model new and line up the replacement to happen next day. He was timely, courteous, and a clear communicator. I greatly appreciate the work they did!

James did a great job replacing two pipes that started leaking. He redesigned the configuration to avoid it happening again. He was quick and thorough and explained everything along the way. Would definitely recommend for future jobs/issues.

Steve came out to fix a drain pipe that was leaking over my furnace. He was able to cut the pipe and pull it out without having to move the furnace. Extremely professional and kind. Came to the rescue quickly and the price was unbeatable. I highly recommend Steve for any plumbing job.

Steve came highly recommended by our contractor after we noticed some water in our mechanical room surrounding our hot water heater and furnace.
