I called on a Sunday night and they were able to get someone over the next day for a toilet valve replacement. The person I spoke with on the phone to book the appointment was extremely nice and was flexible with scheduling as we were trying to work around work schedules. Aaron, the tech who was sent out was absolutely FABULOUS. Extremely helpful, explained everything in detail and also explained what options we had in regards to solving the issue. He also was a very personable and friendly person, which is rare nowadays! If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I will absolutely be calling Zoom Drain, and requesting Aaron. Give that man a raise! Thanks Zoom Drain and Aaron! EDIT - I had to call Zoom again for a different toilet in my home. They sent out James for the job and he was knowledgable and AWESOME! James was also very helpful in explaining what issues I was having and what my options were and what he would do to fix the issue. I had a functional toilet within an hour and for a great price. This is a company that won't overcharge you for jobs, which is really hard to find. They are always on time and show up when they say they are going to and don't cancel last minute or pull a no-call, no show.

We had a huge problem the cast iron sewer pipe leaving our home was cracked leaking raw sewage in our cellar. The sewer line left our home directly under our brand new 23ft x 13ft deck so digging a new sewer line would have been a huge expense. Justin and his crew came in and was able to reline the existing sewer pipe. They spent a whole day descaling and cleaning the existing pipe prior to installing the new liner. His crew Tommy and Jesse were polite and professional. Reliable Sewer and Drain also had the best price. Not the first time I've used STP, and Steve is always very quick and helpful! He came out within hours on the biggest snow day of the year for my boiler blowing steam, and previously quickly replaced my hot water heated when it flooded my basement.

Jacob with his crew and Kyle were both fantastic. I had a minor clog and it was fixed in maybe 5 minutes. I used Royal Flush last year to take advantage of their pipe lining tech. I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank the crew who installed a new sewer line and lined the pipe to the main in the street. They were personable as well as professional and went about their business fixing my problem in no time, the equipment they used was beyond my imagination, meaning cutting technology.My basement was left better than before they came. Great people and company. We had the main plumbing stack lined (saving us from having to break walls and replace) and the kitchen sink drain replaced. They were very professional and respectful during the whole process. A few things popped up during the job and they took care of everything. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pipe work done.

I cannot say enough about Ed and his team! I got the info from a Home Depot referral and I will never use another plumber again. Ed kept in constant contact and scheduled me as quick as possible. Paul and Sam showed up exactly when they said they would and they were awesome!!! The problem was not as bad as I thought (I thought it was sewer line issues). Come to find out, it was my (likely) 30 yr old (ish) toilet needed replacing. I could have installed one myself, but they clearly explained the options and reasons for each. I have a very sensitive sewer system and the fact these guys gave me pros and cons of each and didn't push the most expensive option on me spoke volumes. HIGHLY recommend Rooter Man! Sam H. Came out to replace gas shut off valve. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Said it would take an hour probably in and out in 45 min. Had everything he needed with him. Definitely 5 star service, would use in future and highly recommend.

Thumbs up plumbing was awesome. I called on a Friday evening because I had a burst pipe in the middle of a very cold stretch of weather. I was looking for someone to come repair the pipe as soon as possible and thumbs up had a technician at my house about an hour after I called and they were able to repair the issue that night. I was incredibly grateful for their 24/7 service and impressed with their work. We will absolutely be using them again! Highly recommend!

It would have been a six-star review if there were six stars. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job disassembling my old solar system and encapsulating the plumbing. I was also impressed with the aesthetics of the plumbing around the sediment filter and water heater. The warehouse provided excellent logistic support to the plumbing technicians in order to complete the install. Overall, a great job.
