I called this company early Sunday morning for a service call as our mainline was partially clogged. He came out within a few hours and took care of the problem in a very timely manner. He explained everything thoroughly and was very respectful. Pricing was very reasonable and fair! I would highly recommend this company!

David came in ran the camera inspection about 60 feet, saw the blockage and came in with hydro jet. Cleared out blockage and showed in camera the water flowing for that peace of mine. I would highly recommend David as your first call to solve your backage issues.

I called Dave at 8 o’clock on a Monday night, my toilet was backed up and wasn’t flushing right. Dave was at my house by 11 o’clock the following morning (Tuesday), and performed efficiently. He used his camera through my toilet and through main pipe. Pulled my toilet , snake d it put new wax ring, new bolts and was in and out in timely manner. Very professional service. Service was great. We had a clog in the trap for our sewer line late at night and needed someone to fix it fast before it overflowed into the house. They called after they saw us schedule for the next morning and asked if we needed someone right away and we did. Sent over Preston and he did amazing, identified the issue and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Will absolutely call again.

Unfortunately for me I have a very invasive root system growing into my main line. This is the second time I’ve had to call out Zoom Drain and both times they have been great. They hydrojetted the line and were able to get some flow again until we can dig up the pipe and replace. Ruiz was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.

Derek and Chuck were both very organized and expert repairing our sewer drain. The prep protection for our furnished basement where a wall needed to be cut and our outdoor garden which had to be dug up to access the sewer line was exceptional as was the clean up after the work was completed. They both were kind and respectful of our property...wore protective boot covers before entering our home. They worked so well together as a team. Derek was able to place a new easy access to the sewer line behind a door in our basement rather a cut out in the wall where it had previously been located. We also had support from Matt the field supervisor for this project. Grateful to Roto-Rooter in RI and would highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with this Roto rooter serviceman. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything upfront after he assessed my situation. I felt I could trust him. He proved to be an impressive plumber. I was having trouble with my toilet leaking and needed urgent help. He was more than willing to help. He fixed my toilet and cleaned everything up and I thanked him for coming to my emergency. He said no problem and if you have any other questions or issues don’t hesitate to call him. I called on the morning of 1/22/26 at 5:18am and left a message. I received a call back less than 15 minutes later. I explained that nothing would drain in my bathroom and I've had problems with roots growing into the waste pipe in the past. I was told someone would be there between 8:30 and 9:30am and someone would call when they were on the way. This is EXACTLY what happened. The serviceman (Keith) was thorough and professional and even cleared the waste pipe twice to make sure it was clear. The pricing was very fair especially considering the effort he out into making sure the job was done. We had a huge problem the cast iron sewer pipe leaving our home was cracked leaking raw sewage in our cellar. The sewer line left our home directly under our brand new 23ft x 13ft deck so digging a new sewer line would have been a huge expense. Justin and his crew came in and was able to reline the existing sewer pipe. They spent a whole day descaling and cleaning the existing pipe prior to installing the new liner. We had a clogged drain that led from our washer to a dry well. Jesse troubleshooted the problem, snaked the drain and quickly got the drain flowing again. Jessie was professional and knowledgeable. These guys are awesome! Fixed a leaking pipe (under toilet) this time. Seemed like a big job to me but in no time, they were finished. Leave everything spotless everytime. (In August they replaced an outside faucet, fixed a leaking sink drain, repositioned the shut off valve) David is amazing, knows his stuff along with his patience and kindness..the guy he worked with was also great. We had an amazing experience with Quahog Plumbing today! The pressure in our water boiler dropped and our heat was barely coming through our radiators. Quahog came the next morning and fixed everything same day! Sergio was kind and personable and he explained everything that he was doing. He also found an additional issue that our previous plumber had missed, and also fixed that the same day! The work is well done and beautifully finished. As new homeowners we really valued that Sergio explained our heating system to us and really went the extra mile in making sure that we had all of our radiators working. We highly recommend!

Mr. Rooter came out the same day we called. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Shane was out within three hours of our call and gave us a few options to take care of our clog and pipe replacement. The quote and work were completed within two hours. They were very professional and explained everything as the work was being done. He gave us tips for keeping the pipes in good shape. Very satisfied with our experience.

I have a membership with them. They come as soon as you call. The cast iron stack pipe in my 100+ year old house rusted out. As you can see from the photos, they cut out the rusted pipe & installed PVC. They responded promptly, gave me an estimate upfront & that is what I paid. They cleaned up when they were done. The repair man also noticed a leaking water line. He fixed that also. I have never been disappointed with Mr Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing.

I had no heat on a very cold. I called Mr. Rooter and explained the situation. They sent a technician over within 15 minutes. They were able to fix a fairly complex problem with our furnace. The heat has been running fine now. I am very greatful for the very prompt and efficient service.

We had 2 very old direct vent gas wall heaters replaced. Evan and Steve are the best. They explained everything and did a awesome job for never putting in these Rianni heaters . Kept me informed and answered all my questions and eased my concerns . Couldn't of asked for two better guys. The electrician and his assistant were outstanding with the fact the house was built in 1925 with older wiring . Chen and his assistant installed 2 dedicated circuit for both heaters to run on and it works out great as now my air conditioner will run on the dedicated circuit this summer. Would recommend all of them for future heating needs .

What an excellent experience! The folks at GEM are clearly experts in their fields. The work is top-notch and the technicians were friendly and engaging. They walked me through the installation process step-by-step and also recommended some much-needed improvements to my existing system. I’ll be working with them on future projects!

We put in a ductless system on the 2nd floor (3 units) and a ducted system on the 1st floor w/ a separate dehumidifier unit also connected to basement and the first floor vent system. Pros: Adam and his crew were all polite and respectful to my family and my home. They took the time to explain in layman terms the daily update including any questions at anytime. The Cons do not reflect Adam and his crew in anyway- they just had to do the explaining of why was promised won’t work. Thus preventing us to give a 5 star. Cons: The “Walk Through” (AFTER YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT) in preparation for install, is done by employees that are not going to install it! In the end, where the heat pump was suppose to go in the basement was incorrect, where the outdoor unit was suppose to go was incorrect and worst of all, all intake vents were suppose to be out of sight. But as you can see from the above picture- 1 is not in the formal dining room. An installer should have been involved in the “Walk Through.” Lastly, the contract leads you to believe that you get the “Gem Home Comfort Club Membership” for free for 1 year - I was told by the electrician and their home office it was an extra $500 fee.
