David was great, quoted me almost half the price another company quoted me for "after hours" drain service at 4pm. He arrived quickly and snaked the drain, was professional and knowledgeable, and got the drain in working order. I would definitely recommend him and would use his services again.

I called this company early Sunday morning for a service call as our mainline was partially clogged. He came out within a few hours and took care of the problem in a very timely manner. If I could give 6 stars I would! Jim is wonderful. Called him Saturday at 430pm for a clogged tub and slow sink, and by Sunday at noon, all of my drains are better than new! Seriously, he exceeded our expectations. Calm ,professional, tidy, efficient and so prompt and friendly! If you are looking for someone to help with your clogged drains, Jim is amazing. I called on a Sunday night and they were able to get someone over the next day for a toilet valve replacement. The person I spoke with on the phone to book the appointment was extremely nice and was flexible with scheduling as we were trying to work around work schedules. Aaron, the tech who was sent out was absolutely FABULOUS. Extremely helpful, explained everything in detail and also explained what options we had in regards to solving the issue. He also was a very personable and friendly person, which is rare nowadays! If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I will absolutely be calling Zoom Drain, and requesting Aaron. Give that man a raise! Thanks Zoom Drain and Aaron! EDIT - I had to call Zoom again for a different toilet in my home. They sent out James for the job and he was knowledgable and AWESOME! James was also very helpful in explaining what issues I was having and what my options were and what he would do to fix the issue. I had a functional toilet within an hour and for a great price. This is a company that won't overcharge you for jobs, which is really hard to find. They are always on time and show up when they say they are going to and don't cancel last minute or pull a no-call, no show.

I called on the morning of 1/22/26 at 5:18am and left a message. I received a call back less than 15 minutes later. I explained that nothing would drain in my bathroom and I've had problems with roots growing into the waste pipe in the past. I was told someone would be there between 8:30 and 9:30am and someone would call when they were on the way. This is EXACTLY what happened. The serviceman (Keith) was thorough and professional and even cleared the waste pipe twice to make sure it was clear. The pricing was very fair especially considering the effort he out into making sure the job was done. Paul Anderson was referred to me from a plumber I know and I would not hesitate to refer them to others. Thank you.

Paid for a hydrojetting due to high amounts of grease. I was told it was all cleaned out but sewer was backed up 1.5 months later. Tried getting in touch but was left on voicemail for the multiple times I reached out. I had to call another company to come clear it out and was told that Rooterman had only punctured a hole through the original grease wall.

Sam H. Came out to replace gas shut off valve. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Said it would take an hour probably in and out in 45 min. Had everything he needed with him. Definitely 5 star service, would use in future and highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! Fixed a leaking pipe (under toilet) this time. Seemed like a big job to me but in no time, they were finished. Leave everything spotless everytime. (In August they replaced an outside faucet, fixed a leaking sink drain, repositioned the shut off valve) David is amazing, knows his stuff along with his patience and kindness..the guy he worked with was also great. David and the owner came out today and did an excellent job repairing a thermostat and reinstalling a toilet. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. Jacob with his crew and Kyle were both fantastic. I had a minor clog and it was fixed in maybe 5 minutes. I used Royal Flush last year to take advantage of their pipe lining tech. I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend!

Great people and company. We had the main plumbing stack lined (saving us from having to break walls and replace) and the kitchen sink drain replaced. They were very professional and respectful during the whole process. A few things popped up during the job and they took care of everything. Jacob and Nate (and crew) are the absolute best. They installed a sump pump (which was a pretty big project), replaced a leaking hot water tank, and just today did routine boiler maintenance. They're straight forward with repair & pricing options by explaining what's happening in simple terms. They show up when they say they're going to, get work done quickly, use mats to protect your floors, and are always kind to my kids and pets. I'm extremely confident their pricing is in line with industry standards, but honestly, given the quality of work, responsiveness, and professionalism I've seen so far—I wouldn't dream of hiring someone else just to save a couple of bucks. It's worth mentioning I originally found these guys on Google, and wasn't sure what to expect (probably just like you), but decided to give them a shot after reading some reviews. Hopefully this review helps you do the same. You'll be glad you gave them a call.

Did a great job fixing my sink and replaced shutoff, will have them back to do more work in the future. Very polite and professional. Easy to talk with. Had Sos back on December 16th to replace my boiler, and hot water heater. They did a great job with the installation, had heat the same day. They stayed till I had heat. Came back the next day for couple touch ups and clean up. The pricing was great New boiler looks great have continuous hot water. And now have a lot more room in the basement.

Mr. Rooter came out the same day we called. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Shane was out within three hours of our call and gave us a few options to take care of our clog and pipe replacement. The quote and work were completed within two hours. They were very professional and explained everything as the work was being done. He gave us tips for keeping the pipes in good shape. Very satisfied with our experience.

I have a membership with them. They come as soon as you call. The cast iron stack pipe in my 100+ year old house rusted out. As you can see from the photos, they cut out the rusted pipe & installed PVC. They responded promptly, gave me an estimate upfront & that is what I paid. They cleaned up when they were done. The repair man also noticed a leaking water line. He fixed that also. I have never been disappointed with Mr Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing.

I reached out through Mr. Rooter after seeing local advertisements, namely that they beat their competitors (infer a similar name?), and boy do they. I was tepid at first, my luck with plumbing companies hasn't been great. From the first contact to the end of the job, professional, courteous, kind, punctual, fair, open, honest, and transparent. Did i mention meticulous and clean, even for dirty jobs? Will (basically a master plumber in my eyes) and Cam (apprentice) were the lucky straw pullers. They replaced an entire sewage ejector chamber and pump, and even with some of those unexpected hurdles that cropped up, worked through it all and got our place back in order. After 2 years working through to now my third company, I can say resolutely that the team diagnosed and corrected our issue and concerns successfully. I recommend Mr. Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing wholeheartedly. (Note, the attached picture is prior to the finished concrete, which they also completed.).
