I honestly cannot say enough good things about Competitive Plumbing and Heating and the owner Marc. We were facing every homeowners nightmare, a clogged sewer line at the septic tank, on a holiday weekend and with guests at the house. The sewer had backup into all the tubs. We tried everything ourselves to clear it, our drain auger was not long enough and none of the usual assortment of chemicals made a dent. We had never needed the services of a plumber before so we were blindly searching online and make desperate call after desperate call. None of the plumbers who advertised themselves as “24 hour” returned any of our calls. Then after reading the credible reviews for Competitive we made one last attempt of trying to find someone. Marc himself answered the phone, he was polite, friendly, professional and even agreed to leave his family event to help us late at night. He showed up even earlier than promised, diagnosed the issue perfectly, resolved the clog and left the house even cleaner than he found it. Amazing service! We had a leak in our main water service line from the street that needed urgent repair. Marc on the phone coordinated with our water works company to have the water shut off. Kevin arrived promptly, identified the issue, located the leak and had it quickly resolved. We are so appreciative of his kindness, attentiveness and ability to explain everything he was doing to us. DJ came out on a Saturday with a great attitude and a Friendly smile. He got right to work, assessing everything listening to my explanation about what was going on. Had water coming up into my bathroom and hallway in the basement. It happened once before and it turned out to be a clogged drain out to the septic turns out that’s exactly what it was. He even went and got a gasket to put the toilet back on the base because the one that was there was so bad. I will need that line replaced eventually cause he let me know it’s getting crushed in certain spots. The fee he charged was more than reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the prompt and competent service from St. Pierre Plumbing and Drain cleaning! DJ did exactly what I asked while repairing my sink and let me know what possible next steps were without any pressure. He was on time, efficient, polite, and obviously good at what he does!

On the Friday night before my sisters wedding, which was held at my house, our main drain backed up and flooded the lower level of our home. Left us not being able to use our plumbing. We had a troublesome clog that no matter what we tried it wouldn't clear. It was to the point that when we showered in our other bathroom the water came down to our first floor bathroom and everything leaked out of the toilet and sink. Chris came and he had a great attitude, was very easy to talk to. He knew what he was doing and cleared the pipe very fast. We will definitely hire him again.

Jimmy was on time, courteous, and explained what he was doing. I had my kitchen sink water backing up into my bathtub and my bathtub having serious clogging issues as well. After calling late in the day Tyler and his crew showed up first thing the very next morning. Our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain and after trying everything we could on our own, nothing worked. Tyler came and installed heat pumps, removed our propane units, installed a new control panel, backup heat coil, and setup ecobees to control them. He did an amazing job and charged a fair price and I’d highly recommend hiring him.

The guy that did the job on my toilet replaced was very friendly, knowledgeable and really cared about doing a good job! He worked hard, did a great job and cleaned up nicely! I called in the morning because my toilet was leaking into the basement and wanted to get this done ASAP! Excellent service! Technician was here within 2 hours of initial call. Contacted us before coming so he could be sure he had all the parts he would need. The day was cold, windy and snowing at times but Sahwn and Eric never complained. Will definitely call them again!
